Though people usually would be skeptical of a Government run bank, the Government has the entirety of people fooled into believing they are beneficial. The bank has its own annex to the building housing the Backlight District where people can come to deposit and withdraw funds. However, anywhere past the front desk is for authorized personnel only.

She assists the players during the day and afternoon as long as they have enough coin for her services. The Demon Summoner plays many roles for the player such as a guiding hand when they are struggling with what to do next, collecting quests for them to complete, spreading rumors across the city, and last but not least, reading the current mood of the people within the city.
