| Telos sat back in his newly rented out office, looking once more at the clock he had hung up on the wall. The office itself was stark and neat, the windows drawn shut, a simple file cabinet against the wall, some chairs, and a desk that had his name on it. This was it.
He once again began to access the part of his databanks that held memories of the last few days, reflecting on the circumstances leading up to this moment. It all started with a few phone calls (and e-mails) to his creator's old colleagues about a week ago, or so.
He did so to request assistance for something he could not do by himself. "In human terms, I suppose, i'm doing what humans call 'asking for a favor'" he thought. The exact definitions of the 'favor' being this (more or less):
"I request your assistance in finding capable personnel that you deem to be of sufficient assistance in aiding me in pursuit of my goal: The elimination of any, and all, demonic entities that threaten humanity. If you do so, please contact me, and I will send you an address and a date and time to. Give that address to the person who you have selected under the context that I wish to meet them to potentially offer them a job, and that if they wish to find out more, to see me then to be interviewed to see if they are applicable to do so. That is all. In the event of your cooperation, I (in human terms): 'owe you one'."
They had all said "yes", and he waited. Eventually, he had gotten word of a single candidate. Wether or not said candidate would show up was another matter.
He looked at the time on the clock once again. It was now time. "The door is unlocked. Please come in." He said, upon hearing something that (at the very least) sounded like someone knocking the door.

| Bruno was staring intently at a little note, a note that looked even smaller in his giant hands, as he walked down an unfamiliar street. Earlier the week, when he was talking with a family friend and a person he talked to often, she had given him a recommendation for an old friend of hers, one that she thought he would get along with swimmingly. She had been a long time friend of his family for a long time, or at least that's what his parents had told him, Bruno wandered down the pathway and finally arrived at his location and after a few moments looking he knocked at the door with a rather large thump.
When he was given the a-ok and permission to enter the building, and right on cue, he walked in and waved a hello to the stranger, whom he assumed was the person that Dr. Marian recommended to him. "H-Hello! I-Is this Telos?" he asked, smiling. |

| "Yes. Do come in. I believe you are Mr. Bruno St. Peter? I was looking forward to meeting you. Doctor Marian sent me a file on you." He said, remembering the file he had been sent as he looked over the boy. Certainly unusual dress color, but it seemed to work with the large physique. Cheerful, certainly. Marian's file didn't lie, once again being close to 98% accurate. From a combat perspective, he was certainly bulky. That would be useful, especially when it came down to simply going the distance.
He was beginning to like him already. And from what the file said, if the next few questions were the answers he hoped for... Well, he had to be careful not to get ahead of himself.
"Alright. Take a seat. I have a simple set of questions for you to answer here. Do not worry. It is not a test, but rather, a set of questions designed for me to better get a grasp of you." He said, gesturing towards a chair, at the same time pulling out a piece of paper and a pencil. On it, there were 5 questions printed out on it. It was sort of unnecessary, because at least 3 of the questions' answers were sent to him on the file, but he decided to hear what the boy thought of himself. After all, it was rare for him to meet another ASSW. The questions were:
1. Are you willing to do hard work for little to no pay?
2. Do you have any particular thing that you are good at?
3. Are you willing to protect others from dangerous things at all costs?
4. Are you capable of teamwork?
5. Do you have any prior experience regarding supernatural (i.e ghosts, demons, etc.) events and beings?

| Bruno nodded his head when the older man asked him if he was Bruno, and sat right down in the chair that Telos pointed to. Looking at the man now in front of him, Bruno focused intently on what he had to say, still smiling happily, and nodded his head. "Y-Yes sir!" he said before looking down and staring at the questions. he focused hard to read the words, especially with the larger words such as 'supernatural' and 'prior', but soon came up with his answer, and turned the paper in to the stranger.
Bruno's answers.
1: Yes 2: I'm pretty good at making things, but i'm not that smart with school and other stuff like that though.. 3: of course! 4: I've usually worked by myself in the past, but i can work with others, i think. 5: I don't think so? maybe? |

| "Good." Telos said, looking at the paper. The big question, financially speaking, was the bit on the work. That was good. The second, third, and 4th questions also checked out with the file he was sent on him. As for the fifth, well... If he didn't, he soon would. "Hm. Now then. Lets talk. For starters, according to this file I have here, you were built to be your parents' s adoptive child." He said, holding up the file Marian had sent him.
"Don't worry though. Just like you, I'm also a machine similar to you. See?" He told him to reassure him, removing one of his gauntlets to show a mechanical arm that gave off a faint red glow in the darkness of the room. | |

| Bruno nodded his head, although he was a little surprised that his new acquaintance knew of his origin, but he let it go because he also was told that Dr. Marian told Telos. Given how much of an old friend she was to his family, or at least what his parents were telling him, he decided to trust the man sitting in front of him. "Y-Yes sir! B-But I haven't r-really met a-a person l-like m-me, b-before, s-so, it's nice to meet you!" he smiled before continuing. "I-If it's ok, c-can I a-ask why I-I'm here?" he asked, a little more quietly then before. |

| Stuttering. He didn't even know that was unconsciously possible, then again he had never done it himself, so how would he know how to? "You're here because I have a rather interesting.... job for you, potentially." He said. "Part of it would make good use of your talent for machines, and though I couldn't pay you, you would have resources to work with... provided they are within reason. Are you interested so far?" Telos asked him. | |

| Bruno had a curious look on his face as he smiled and tilted his head carefully, trying to imagine what kind of job would require him to work on robots. He pictured himself as an engineer or a mechanic, though he had a hard time picturing himself in a yellow jumpsuit fixing cars for long periods of time, though it certainly sounded like a fulfilling job. He continued to listen, nodding his head showing his interest. |

| "Good." Telos said. "In which case, you start immediatly." He added. "The first task I have for you is the construction of a home security system for my... house." He said. "Can you design one? If you have to see my house to do so, I can take you there as early as tomorrow morning." He asked him. | |
