Agnolo lacked the bandwidth to wrap his head around the skepticism expressed by his companion. "...yeah," He repeated, very nearly by rote. "I think."

"Stuck?" Agnolo questioned during their march, quickly latching on to Eloy's glibness. "Where're we supposed to head now?"

The arrival of another qualified figure on the scene also caught Agnolo's attention. The beaten boy moved to hastily straighten himself, as if at attention.

“Is it…possible he would have gotten…taken out?” Well at the very least, focusing on thinking was a decent distraction from feeling like shit, so he might as well try to do that. In all honesty though, he knew nothing about how skilled any of these people were but, it would be safe to assume someone who was the superior wasn’t easy to take down. Thus were that to happen, it could imply there was a worse danger in the vicinity than those things they had defeated here. Unless the man disappeared on purpose…but the implications of that would be equally as bad, obviously enough.

Unlike the other two, Huayan didn’t dismiss his weapon for the time being, perhaps finding it oddly comforting to have the weight in his hands, a way to ground himself in reality. As long as he made sure to not stab anyone with it, it should not be an issue, right? In any case, he would find himself casting his fellow student a brief odd glance at the sudden questions. “I think…we’re still going to the Gilded Rose…? Can’t really take…a group of people where the danger is…” Surely? That was the original destination as far as he could remember Eloy saying, and even though there seemed to be more trouble brewing, if the students’ safety was the priority there was no other choice but to head for a shelter first. That being said, while he did notice the woman joining them, he didn’t seem to take much interest in her for the time being, trying to keep his focus more on the surroundings.

"He's a very capable man, so if he got taken out by something... or someone, I do not like our odds... I'm hoping he's just being stubborn and not answering our comms. There's also a risk that something is preventing him from answering, be it some kinda interference, or perhaps he's unable to for other reasons." Eloy frowned, seemingly deep in thought. "Well, we're not gonna get any wiser by just standing around here. Our first order of buissness should be to take the students to the Vanguard Garrison at the Gilded Rose. From there, Group A will escort them safely out of the city. After that, I'm going to help Apollo seal the rift. If we happen to stumble upon any traces or clues as to Syr Tenorio's whereabouts, all the better."

That was, at least, a plan. Regardless of Tenorio's current situation, the civilians had to take priority. "Sounds good to me. I'll bring up the rear, in case we get ambushed from behind." Sergeant Maura started directing the students, making sure no-one was left behind. "Alright! We gotta be quick on this. Come on, lets go!" The throng of teenagers haphazardly followed Eloy as he directed them away from the bridge and up the Residential district. firearm at the ready, just in case. "Keep an eye on the rooftops, and windows. There could be more shadows waiting to ambush us from above."
