| It had to happen eventually. Eryka had realised that simply walking, or more accurately jogging, everywhere was not always practical and in a lot of times she could not justify the expense of public transport except in the most pressing circumstances. As such she was shopping for a bike and no, not a motor bike. She was here for a bicycle. Bedecked in clothing that could only be described as monochrome, Eryka marched down the street heading directly for the only bicycle shop she had discovered in all her years living here. You can blame her lack of exposure to modern computing for that.
"Hmmm....I suppose any of these bikes will suffice...a mountain bike would be the most useful as I can take that off-road..." Eryka was also considering the possibility of having to use her planned purchase to traverse off-road but also the possibility of using it after dark as part of her Cadet duties. A bicycle's advantage was its small size allowing it to traverse paths that something such as, say a car, could not. Eryka's brow was furrowed in deep concentration, grey hair casting a faint shadow over her golden eyes. She was starting to regret wearing her jacket...this weather was swelteringly hot.

| Lupin had just done another pogo performance for the crowd raking a fair amount of cash, he had a gleam in his eyes as he takes a look at his earnings. "This will definitely be put to good use." Lupin was strolling about the stretch taking a look at the needed supplies for the orphans such as food and medicine. Lupin was legitimately shocked at wonderous the people of Endymion found his pogo stick bouncing, but hey whatever brought in the dough.
Lupin was then passing by the bicycle shop and just simple scoffed at it. "I wonder when people are going to realize that pogo sticks are clearly the better mood of transport." In his mind he was right, pogo sticks could usually cover most terrain types and aren't relient on ramps. Who needs a bicycle when you a got a pogo stick. Lupin shook his head.

| "You're an idiot." Eryka heard ever single word that Lupin had said and, with a scowl on her fast, turned to face him. His idea was idiotic and uninformed. A bicycle could cover grass, pavement, mountains and fields of dirt. The only ground Eryka realised bikes would struggle on would be beaches on account of the loose ground making traction difficult. You also had to consider stamina and ease of use.
"Pogo sticks are slower than running. I can run faster than your pogo stick can bounce and bikes can move faster than I can run. Additionally, consider terrain. Can a pogo stick climb mountains faster than a bike? Can one take corners as well as a bike? You have to consider balance as well. A bike's balance is maintained by movement and do not consider suggesting that personal enjoyment is a factor in determining superiority. That is subjective to the individual not the vehicle." People's idiocy was simply surprising.
