	Penecia Outpost _{One side of the city has bunkers placed underground that connect in various fashion to each other, which provides for movement around their area safely. This is where those of Philemon’s alignment can find comfort and safety. Above ground, there are some buildings and houses that some of the high-ranking Persona-Users spy through to keep watch on the enemies. This outpost is clean for the most part and is a well enough environment to live in these circumstances. 	Ruined City _{The other side of the island are where much of the ruined buildings are. This is where those under the Crawling Chaos can stay and devise their plans against those with Philemon. They are mostly above ground in houses and ruined buildings, only the champion having any kind of protection underground, however there is enough debris and abundance in houses and buildings that they can stay where they are and remain hidden from their foes.}	3	36	Falling into a n...
