 | The Hakken Super Mall that has everything the mind can muster. Video arcades, a theater, restaurants, clothing stores and much more; the mall is the main location for entertainment. Its motto is "If you can't find it here, you can't find it anywhere", and its certainly been living up to it. Smaller businesses in neighboring towns hate the mall because of its publicity and its atmosphere that steals their costumers.

Philemon  | | A three story Casino located in the near center of the city. Open twenty four hours, the Casino is one of the biggest money makers in Shibakuzoi. Each floor holds slot machines, tables, and a bar for drinks. Those who are underage aren't allowed within the Casino, but it doesn't stop them from sneaking in.

Godai | | A large five story building in the direct center of Shibakuzoi City. People speculate that this was the first building built, and the city was constructed around it. This large building belongs to the Yachiru Group which is known to the public as being a trading corporation. Not much more is known of this corporation. The building itself is surrounded by a rather large urban park. A few hundred meters infront of the entrance is a golden statue built in the honor of the building's current owner. Once entering the building, when ever getting permission, the first floor is the only floor allowed to the public. The building itself is very high tech with free wifi and outlets spread across the walls. The ground reflects light making it appear as one is walking over nothing, and the majority of the walls are painted a light shade of blue. On the first floor there is only a desk with a secretary.

Yatagarasu | | Shiba General Hospital, the most credited hospital in all of Ueitawa. The hospital is quite large, standing at four stories tall and has an ER that puts many others to shame. The Hospital is fairly new, so most of the technology is very advanced. Just like standard hospitals, the inside is very clean and well maintained. Just like the rest of Shibakuzoi, it is quite a spectacle even for tourists.
