An Adventure of Sorts [open]

A darkened cityscape, lit only by the artificial glow of the windows and signs. A single figure mills about as part of the crowd. He was nothing special, yet unique. The most unique of them all. A blanket of clouds seemed to eternally hang over the city, yet his eyes pierced through to see-

Jeremy shook his head. He could already tell the dark tones weren't piecing together right in his head. Ever on the search for inspiration, he decided to go on a little trip out into the city. And so he wandered from street-to-street, looking around. But his gaze and his mind were, as usual, somewhere completely different, crafting a new world around them. He was only moderately conscious of where he was even going. Not that it mattered much to him. For all he cared, he was wandering the dark, mysterious streets of... "New Providence? Nah. Greenport? meh... too rural sounding.... Millenium City? Blah, I'm not writing a superhero comic...." he mumbled to himself as he walked, toying with the ideas around in his mind.
