Katsu! Katsu!'s Carnival Land Adventure! [Open]

Katsu! sat in the back seat of one of the various vehicles his studio manager owned under his name. Looking out the window, the young idol stared at the sky and the large bridge that Yoro was known for. It had been so long since he had been in Ueitawa. Perhaps about a year and a half now. He still hadn't gone back to Hayabusa to see his parents for the time he would be in town, nor did he go talk to his old friends before he left for the idol life. Letting out a sigh, the boy would throw his arms behind his head and look towards the front seat where the driver was located. This guy was supposed to be his bodyguard. Why did he need a bodyguard? Would someone really want to bring harm to a little fifteen year old? For some reason the sinister thoughts made him start to laugh out loud while wiping a tear from his eye. "Oi Oi! Drivey-san!" Horrible nickname for your bodyguard who you had driving you around most of the day. "I just had this awesome thought of someone trying to kill me, Yeah! I was like all.. 'You shouldn't do that!" and he was like "Imma do it!" and I was like "Nuuu!", Mmm!" The little idol reenacted the scene for his driver/bodyguard as if he was in a play. The man in question would shake his head with a narrowed eyed look towards Katsu!. "That isn't funny, Katsuro. Even i-" The boy stomped his foot and his cheeks puffed up in annoyance. "Katsu! Katsu! My name is Katsu!, Mnn! Katsuro is a government name, and I'm no government lapdog, Yeah!" Like the kid he was, he crossed his arms and gave a wide grin. "Anyway enough about that! I can't believe I'm finally going back to the Riverside Carnival! This is going to be so awesome! When I was a kid I used to barf all over this place on every ride!" Not the best memories of a place you enjoyed when you were younger...

Katsu! sat back in his seat and gave a wide smile. "...So awesome, Drivey-san. I wonder what I'm gonna do first when I get there. I'm so excited I could explode right here and now. Ka-BOOM!, Mnn!" At this time, the driver would be pulling into the parking lot for the Carnival. The car did take the attention of few, and made him sort of regret taking it out. When they finally reached a parking spot, the driver would turn off the ignition, and look back towards the young idol. "Okay, Katsu!, we both know you can't just walk into this place how you are. That's too much attention and my boss will kill me. I hope you brought a disguise so you're not noticed amongst the crowd." The man spoke in a calm voice as Katsu! simply stared at him. For a moment there was no words. Infact, Katsu! appeared to be a statue. However something happened that made the driver's eye twitch. A long piece of drool came from the idol's lips, showcasing he wasn't listening but was inact daydreaming. "Damn it, Katsu! listen! Disguise!" The boy snapped out of his world and wiped his lips clean. "Right Right, Drivey-san! A disguise. Katsu! Katsu! knows exactly what to wear to trick them all! Trust me, I'm a genius, yeah!" He wasn't.

After several minutes of fidgeting, Katsu! would exit the car with a black baseball cap, sunglasses, and an outfit that consisted of black jeans and a slim yellow jacket. On his feet were boots, and even his hair was spray dyed to look blonde for the occasion. He was ingenious! WIth his costume on, he'd make his advancement into the Riverside Carnival with a smile. Walking up to the ticket master, he'd purchase a ticket and head in with his first destination being the fun house of mirrors. Skipping like a little schoolgirl on the first day of camp, he'd be heading there without paying attention to the majority of his surroundings.

Kenta looked up from the ground. He had been wandering around the carnival for some time but was now unable to remember why. "Where was I going again?" wondered Kenta aloud, looking left and right. "Why did I even come here again...?"

Kenta turned and looked up to the sky. "Oh, that's right...I wanted to ride the Ferris wheel."

As luck-or lack thereof- would have it, Katsu! managed to crash right into Kenta. Kenta yelped as he landed on his posterior. "Owww..." mumbled Kenta, trying to get back to his feet. "Can't you watch where you're going?"

When Katsu! trampled into the other, he fell straight back into a hard clump of snow. All that could be seen was his outline in the frozen abyss, before he jumped out of the pile shivering. "C-coooold!" The boy yelled out while clenching himself and trying to rub himself warm. Looking towards the person he had ran into, the young idol would fall to his knees and take a bowing position. "The Culprit behind my cold endeavor stands before me! Talk about nature's promise!" The last phrase made no sense, as that was a butter company and not an actual saying. No matter, Katsu! would throw his arms behind his head and lean on one foot in a lopsided manner. "Your name, Culprit-san. What is your name? My friends call me Ka-!" He stopped himself! He couldn't use his idol name, someone could overhear and notice who he really was. So not so cleverly clearing his throat, the young Idol would fix his previous mistake. "My name is Cruise! Karrot Cruise!" Horrible name, but Katsu! thought it to be amazingly great. It was obvious by his childish smile and constant bouncing off his back foot. "Have you ever been here before?! It's pretty cool! This one time I went on this ride and barfed all over the person next by me. It was awesome! Hey! Maybe we should get on a ride together, Culprit-san!" Flailing his arms like a child, Katsu! would bend his knees and tilt his head to the side innocently. "Don't you know the old saying? It's better to ride a roller coaster and die with a friend, than to die alone!" That wasn't a saying. That was just him being his weird self...

Relevant Strengths:

"...my name is Kenta Hanabusa." answered Kenta, staring at 'Karrot' in disbelief. "Are you...feeling alright? You seem to be unable to keep your words going in a straight line...they're all over the place, it's really confusing." Kenta was seriously wondering if this guy was on cocaine or some other drug. This person's behavior was absolutely bizarre, and a bit unsettling. The thought of turning around and running away as fast as possible was startng to seem like a tempting idea.

"No no no!" Katsu! interjected while bouncing up and down and shaking his hands out infront of himself. "You don't answer a question with a question! What are they teaching you young wipper snappers in school these days?" Now apparently he was an old man? "I came here to chew gum and ride rides that made me barf, and I'm all out of gum. Every moment I waste standing here talking is precious minutes I have to myself for barfing on unsuspecting civilians!" Katsu! winked towards the boy and put a hand up infront of his nose as if he was bowing. "That means you either answer my previous questions, Culprit-san, or I leave you here to grovel in the snow, Yeah! Let's try this again, Mn? My name is Karrot. Karrot Cruise!" The young idol would lean to the side while placing both his hands on his hips. "Actually, don't answer that! I'm going to go to my fun house of mirrors. BAI BAI!" And just like that, Katsu! turned on his heel and took off in a sprint with his arms spread out like airplane wings. Even making the sound like an old Japanese bomber plane, he'd swerve through the crowd before dashing into the opening to the fun house of mirrors. Those who watched the kid probably thought nothing of it. That he was just another child excited by the carnival, but in reality Katsu! was there to do much more than barf all over the people. Luckily people didn't look too far behind his deranged crooked grin, and innocent chuckling. Who would suspect an idol of foul play? He just wanted to have fun in this game called life, after all...

Kenta was taken aback at Katsu!'s sudden departure. "W-Wait a minute!" shouted Kenta, running after Katsu! "Why do you want to puke on people? Isn't vomiting an unpleasant experience? You're really leaving me in the dark here! Can you please give me some answers?"

Kenta kept following Katsu!, though he quickly had to slow himself down to a weary stagger. "S-slow down..." panted Kenta, putting his hands on his knees and wheezed. "I can't keep up."

Kenta slowly looked upwards. The house of mirrors. Wait, that was the 'destination' of that trap date back in Okinawa, the one that had humiliated Kenta so much. Kenta groaned. If I don't go in, I'll never understand him... he thought, walking into the fun house.

When the one named Kenta finally made it into the house of mirrors, Katsu! would be nowhere to be found. However, the various mirrors lining the walls and the floor showed his reflection. In each of them, he was making a goofy face while twirling on his toes like a ballerina. "Impressive that you've made it this far, Culprit-san! However, the mystery is just beginning!" The boy would strike a heroic pose before giving some laughter. What was so funny? Who knew. But how he was talking, it was like he was playing a game. Was there truly nothing Katsu! could take seriously? No matter, the boy would continue to twirl, as his reflection showcased this on various mirrors. "Oi Oi, Culprit-san... I'm going to ask you a question and you have to give me an honest answer, Yeah. Do you believe in demons and gods?" Though Katsu! Katsu!'s playful tone didn't show it, the innocent little idol was very interested in the boy's answer. Suddenly stopping his twirl and giving a crooked grin, the unpredictable Katsu! would kneel down and begin to give a low chuckle to himself. "I had this dream that demons were real. They roamed the Earth, killing people without worry or remorse. When I woke up, I was smiling! Hahah! Isn't that crazy, Mn?! I wonder if I should go seeeee a therapist or something!" The small boy popped back up to his feet before suddenly walking forward. In that moment, his reflection left all the mirrors. "When I think back on that dream, the demon look sorta familiar. Like... someone I know very well. They were laughing, and having such fun. It was like the greatest video game ever created! You know who that person was...?" His voice slowly trailed off...

In the moment he'd jump out behind Kenta while making a loud "RAWRRR!" noise. "It was the muffin man that lives down drury lane, Hmm!" Katsu! bent over and held his stomach laughing at his own horrible joke. "Oh Oh! Know what we should do? We should wait until someone comes in here, then hide. And when they least expect, we'll barf on them and run! Muahahah!" The idol placed his hands on his hips and gave a heroic? laugh.

Kenta was growing and more and more terrified of the boy by the minute. This boy's insane...

He gulped. [color=lightblue]"No...no I don't. Things like that are impossible..."

Katsu! was gone. Kenta's palms got sweaty. "H-hey! Where are you going?!"

And then Katsu! jumped out behind Kenta. "AAAAAAAH!" screamed Kenta, falling over and landing square on his face. When he stood up, his nose was bleeding. "I think we should find a first aid tent or some similar facility." moaned Kenta, covering his nose with his hand. "My nose hurts..."

Katsu! tilted his head and blinked at the bleeding boy. His smile never left his face, as he snapped his fingers and gave a chuckle. "Muah haha! Culprit-san it tis only a flesh wound!" The young idol laughed at the boy's injuries before suddenly stopping and placing a hand to his ear. The sound of snow crunching could be heard from outside, meaning someone was heading towards the tent as he spoke. Placing a hand over Kenta's mouth, Katsu! would yank him behind one of the mirrors and place a finger on his own lips to signify the other to be quiet. "I hope you have plenty of barf stored up, cause we're gonna get this guy good!" He had just told Kenta to be quiet, yet yelled out his plan like an idiot. The person who walked into the funhouse would give a growl before rubbing his head and yelling out. "I know you're there, so just come out. If you come out now, you won't be in any trouble." Katsu! looked at Kenta with a slightly annoyed yet childish look, and when then push him out from behind the mirror.

So now basically Katsu! was still hiding behind the funhouse mirror, and he had pushed Kenta out into the open where the man could easily see him. If this actually worked, Kenta would find himself standing face to face with the owner of the carnival, Jōkā. The man would be dressed as a clown, with a tophat on his head and a stern expression on his face. "Ah, you must be the culprit going around speaking of vomiting on our guests here. That is not acceptable, and I can't allow it! If you continue this behavior, I'll be sure to escort you off the premises immediately." Though he was a clown, Jōkā was completely serious about this, as he would stare daggers towards Kenta. Meanwhile, Katsu! remained hidden behind the mirrors with a snicker under his breath, as he stayed near the edge of the tent just incase he needed to make a daring escape.

"Uh..."

Kenta was really starting to dislike this kid. "It wasn't me, it was some other kid." explained Kenta. "I just came here to ride the Ferris wheel, not puke on people..."

He gulped. What if the kid beat him up for selling him out? Kenta twiddled his thumbs nervously. Well, it was too late to not sell him out, maybe he could play damage control?

"Look, I'll talk to him and try to get him to not throw up on people." offered Kenta. "Is that alright?"

The man gave Kenta a stern look before turning and leaving the tent. Once he was gone, Katsu! would walk out from behind a mirror with his hands on his hips. "OI! What the hell was that, Culprit-san? You were supposed to take the fall for me!" The childish idol would cross his arms and switch his head like a schoolgirl. "Pathetic display of an resolve! If you're not willing to go the extra mile for Karrot, Karrot will not go the extra mile for you. So... BAI BAI!" The idol would stick his tongue out towards Kenta like a little kid before bolting out of the tent and leaving him behind. The chance of a friendship starting was broken..
