With the nerf to Heavenly Wind (which Susan's OD build relies heavily on, relegating it from being a guaranteed advantage in her OD to being able to use it only once) I am reformatting her skills. - Seshat's Stats & Skills:

Skill 1: Dia | Recovers a small amount of HP (30%) to one ally. | 4 SP | Tier 1
Skill 2: Patra | Removes Panic, Fear, or Distress from one ally. | 3 SP | Tier 1
Skill 3: Kouga | Inflicts moderate Light damage towards one enemy | 6 SP | Tier 2
Skill 4: Dekaja | Remove stat increase from all enemies. | 15 SP | Tier 2

Ability Name: Persona Overdose
Persona Name: Seshat
Description: Rogues get an ability called “Persona Overdose” that can be used once per battle. In this mode, for three turns, the Rogues get access to a completely new skillset, swapping it for their previous one for that time limit. The new skills are unlocked as the Rogue gains skills normally, and they can be anything, so long as the skill has the same tier as the tier of the skill in their normal skillset. For example, your first skill is Tier 1 in your normal skillset. That means your first skill in your “Persona Overdose” skillset can be any skill as long as it is Tier 1. You can also change your strengths and weaknesses in this mode as long as you have the same amount of strengths and weaknesses as your original skillset does. Your available skills in “Persona Overdose” also are unlocked at the same time you unlock your normal skills. So if a Rogue only has five skills unlocked in their regular skillset, they can only have access to the first five skills in their Overdose mode. Once the three turns are up, their skillset reverts to normal, and for the next three turns, your active Persona skills will be randomized each post, as well as the target for said skill, meaning you will not have any control over what your Persona does for the duration of the three turns.

Skill 5: Auto-Maraku | Begin the battle with Marakukaja cast on all allies. Takes precedence over Auto-Rakukaja. | Passive | Tier 3

Applying for a Floating Strength—Floating Strength Name: Basic Officer's Marksmanship —Description: When Susan Groves entered the Cadets she possessed no form of formal combat training. While most tend to gravitate toward swinging a weapon Susan learned how to shoot before anything else. Her accuracy with a firearm is comparable to your standard everyday police officer and she practices smart maneuvering as well as the fundamentals of shooting, she's more competent with a gun than your everyday untrained street thug. When Susan is suffering from the Rage condition she will fire her Side-Arm at opponents before using her Soulbound as long as she has ammunition with which to do so. In PvP she will not rush recklessly toward an opponent who has inflicted Rage on her, instead engaging in fire and maneuver as she's been trained to do. She has enough presence of mind to take cover and attempt to flank or suppress a target and not step in front of attacks like an idiot, although as long as she's Enraged she will never run away from a fight and seek to do as much physical harm to the opponent who caused it. —Justification: Susan has only used her Soulbound in the Cadets a grand total of twice, and one time was only because she did not have her Side-Arm with her. The first time she used her Soulbound by choice because it was the optimal thing to do.The second time she used her Soulbound when she had no other options.Susan has since began carrying her Side-Arm with her at all times, in everyday situations as can be seen in the below threads: Carrying it to work with her.Carrying it to a class lecture.Carrying it to a medical examination.Her normal Side-arm is not easily transported because it's not something to be carried concealed so she shows obvious preference. In this thread Susan learns to shoot from Maria.In this thread Susan seeks to go to the firing range herself as a routine activity with Eryka, even if Lunar left before the thread could be completed it was something she normally seeks to do.Tracked in this Compendium Susan has fired over 60 rounds. In her following combat threads which are listed below Susan can be noted that she engages in All-Out Attacks by emptying her magazine into downed opponents instead of swinging her Soulbound. Masquerade BallDemocide DashAggravated AssaultIt's also important to note that when Susan lost her temper at T she chose to empty her magazine at him, even when he was downed she shot him repeatedly in the face.The bottom line is that Susan's first instinct isn't to swing her weapon, it's to pull the trigger. | |
