| One more night and one more patrol. Susan had been spurred by her earlier conversation with her Captain to take up this responsibility. He had considered her a leader and she was eager to prove him right, that despite her cowardice and weakness and personal traumas that she had what it took to lead a team into battle and to dominate the enemy with expert maneuver. Her muscles still ached from the night prior but she would push through, there was work to be done. They were out in full force tonight, it was all hands on deck with the rampaging supernatural menace in the area. The full moon was a grave threat to the local populace and as Cadets they could not stand idly by and allow these demonic creatures to run amok. She referenced dispatch and compiled her report before organizing a squad to deal with the threat. There would be new faces and something to prove on this night, she preferred not to let those so fresh into the force on the streets during a crisis like this but she had little other choice. But she would lead as effectively as she could muster and prove herself to be capable of that mantle, that she was worthy and valuable in the eyes of Class Zero in the face of all odds, her differences, and those that would doubt her ability to perform. Susan stood at the rally point quickly checking her P90 as the others arrived. She had come prepared tonight and with extra supplies and bullets, with a little something else she managed to acquire through underground means. The short woman would not question the usefulness of such a service nor would she intervene. It was better this way as a whole. The timid businesswoman looked rather stern in her usual combat attire of her tactical vest, marked cap, cargo pants, and pink running shoes. There was no room for faffing about tonight. Everyone would only live if they stuck exactly to plan, she took her responsibility very seriously and it was her first duty to ensure the survival of her team in the face of obscene odds. With a cold glance she greeted her squadmates. She was not the senior member tonight, Joseph was, but she was the one who's shoulders it would fall on to succeed. "Good evening, Cadets. I will be acting squad leader for this patrol, for those of you who are not familiar with me I am Class Two Officer and Tactical Specialist Susan Groves. I will cut to the chase: anyone in Endymion is aware of the danger a full moon brings, for those who do not know it whips the demons into a frenzy. I have compiled reports from dispatch referencing severe property damage and injury in the area of operations, this is where we will begin our patrol. I also have reports of one much stronger, fiercer demon, we will put a stop to it if we can but I will take into account our own fighting strength. It is wiser to live to fight another day, do what you can and survive to do more. I will also do my best to teach and answer questions to our fresh faces as we do battle but bear in mind if you are here tonight you have chosen the wrong night to learn the ropes. I will do as I can to guide and protect you.
Now as we begin, I ask permission to touch each and every one of you so that I may apply my monitoring mark. This lets me track your combat status and provide distant advisory and assistance. You are free to refuse it if you are not comfortable but if you do I will not be able to help you if you become separated from the squad. Final questions before we begin, make them quick. We step off in 2 minutes." - Susan's Stats:

- Action:
Susan is requesting to place an Eye of Horus on everyone involved in the dash. If you refuse state so in your post, otherwise it's assumed she uses it.
- Modifiers:
Priestess Arcana: +5% to Tactical Support skills.
Strength: Professional Courtesy - Charm and Rage have their success rates lowered by 15% against Susan. Strength: I'm the One in Control! - Once per withdrawal from Persona Overdose Susan can choose the target of a skill she uses instead of rolling randomly. She makes this choice after rolling for her target. The skill is still rolled randomly like normal.
Weakness: Not According to Plan - Panic and Fear have an extra 15% chance to succeed against Susan. Weakness: Rip Off the Bandage - When Susan is suffering the negative effects after Persona Overdose she loses 10% of her total HP every turn. This damage can and will knock her unconscious if she isn't careful but it can't result in her death since her Persona won't willingly kill its host.

| "(Shit. Shit Shit Shit Shit.)" He had just remembered what the Full Moon meant. Goddamn why did he blank out at this time? Of all the times his job required him to do his, y'know, job, it had to be tonight. They had to goddamn boot their ass into the middle of a possibly orgy-gore-infused warzone condensed into one single night. For Christ's sake, why did they have to go to work in the middle of their mating period? This was just a horrible Japanese fantasy adult video scenario in the making, and it's not just the tentacles either. Fuck this shit. Joseph merely gave a silent wave towards the rest of the team, he just wasn't in the mood for any of this faux camaraderie this time. Hell, even the damned granny is just trying to puff herself up as some reliable important leader. But he still remembered what happened in their earlier training simulation. How anyone could take her seriously with those shoes was far beyond his understanding. This entire night was a goddamn shitstorm brewing and threatening to explode in their faces. Shit. "Here. Let's get this show on the road." He took off his glove and gave the back of his hand towards Susan. - Action:

| The young man had been inactive for some time thanks to a cold he had caught. But now he was ready to go on patrol again, one organized by Susan Groves. He arrived in his red ferrari, stepping out from it radiant and sharply dressed as always. He had come as soon as he could. He greeted the other cadets with a smile and then listened to what Susan had to report.
"Very well, i'm ready as i can be."

| "Oh, hell yeah. Let's do this." Isaac Fairweather had rather taken the long way, coming by foot. But he had also arrived early. The rather large sword he carried didn't seem to bother him as he squatted in place and did a few stretches to limber up. He greeted each of the other Cadets, even those he'd never met before with a smile and a handshake if they'd allow it. If not, oh well, no big deal.
He listened to Susan's detailed explanation of their mission with a serious expression that was still marred by a contented smile. He had heard a little about Susan's track record. Her's was one of the names he'd written down in his book. She was...small. But she carried the floor with an authority that was awe-inspiring. Even with the adorable pink shoes she wore. Isaac wished they had more time to chat as friends and comrades before heading into mission-mode. But it was all well and good. When she finished, he wait his turn and offered his hand to her. "Class Three Isaac Fairweather, prepared and ready. Lead the way, Ma'am."

| The idol arrived shortly after the one called Isaac, feeling a bit drained still from all that had happened in the past few nights. Even so, he hid the exhaustion well enough as he considered the crowd around him. Some faces were new and some were familiar making him wonder just how things would turn out. Even more so with a full moon about. He had heard whispers of what a full moon meant, but this would be his first time dealing with one for real. He wasn't sure how he felt about more insane demons than before, but at least they weren't people, so maybe he could swallow whatever hell awaited them a bit better than last time.
In any case, the idol would pull himself out of his thought as Isaac came up to him in greeting. To the handshake idea, the idol would consider the other with an unreadable expression for a few seconds before reaching out and allowing the action to occur. He didn't exactly mind the move, so that was that. From there he would listen to Susan as she spoke about what was going to occur and how she was going to be leader of the group this night before asking permission to mark them.
The idol was quiet, but when it came to the woman being able to mark him, he wouldn't offer a hand, but instead a nod giving her permission to do what she needed to do to set the mark. Once everything was in place, he'd look over the group once more before looking back towards their path and focusing on the task at hand.

| It seemed no one was up for small talk or questioning, which was to be expected in a serious situation such as this. Susan was glad to see both Joseph and Hatsuhara here, being veterans of more deadly combat encounters. A specific one in Vista Square. Gionatan she had met before but knew nothing of his capabilities, and this new Isaac was as eager as any new stereotypical recruit to protect and serve. She had a lot to prove to be sure. She had let down Joseph before in the training simulation and Hatsuhara had voiced his concern over her measures in the past and how she runs her missions. For Gionatan this would be a first impression and Isaac was fresh to the force, Class Three. This patrol would test her mettle, there could be no room for mistakes and she would need to gauge her leadership ability and put it to the test. It was unknown if she could run this as she was accustomed to, calculated and cold with no room for heart. Her longstanding allies would judge her for it and it would shake their confidence in her and to those new to her it could leave an unfavorable impression. Unless it was effective. There could be no mistakes tonight so Susan would fall back to what she knew: ruthless analysis and judgement. But at the same time no one could be allowed to fall. They were not permitted to lose. To test her psychic mark she spoke to the team using her text overlay as she racked the bolt on her P90. Very well then, we shall begin immediately. I will be acting as a distant support element for these encounters until I am forced to step in. Our objective tonight is the stronger demons, they will be fiercer but taking them out will minimize damage to the city and its populace. We cannot destroy every single creature that crawls up from the depths so we will focus on the more dangerous foes through the course of the patrol.
On my lead. With no further instruction the short woman would begin to walk quickly with her gun in her shoulder, scanning the environment as she moved. - Susan's Stats:
Level 12 Strong: Light, Gun (Bulletproof Vest) Weak: Fire
HP: 278 + 50 (Mark of Chaos) = 328 / 328 SP: 272 / 272 - 60 + 40 = 252 / 272 PEnd: 38% MEnd: 40% PPstr: 57 PMstr: 100 Dx: 60 Lk: 110
- Action:
Susan places an Eye of Horus on Joseph, Gio, Isaac, and Hatsuharu. - Eye of Horus:
Soul Skill Name: Eye of Horus Persona Name: Seshat Tier: Tier 2 Cost: 15 SP Type of Damage: Support Description: Susan can enscribe an Eye of Horus onto a person or surface, allowing her supernatural senses where she places it.
When placed on a person the Eye of Horus allows Susan to experience things that person sees or hears and can scan enemies just like Remote View. The key difference is that unlike Remote View which establishes a remote call between the team Susan can only communicate back and forth between whoever is marked. They also need to communicate to other teammates through Susan, as in they need to tell Susan to talk to other people, they cannot directly communicate with each other. When this skill is used in this way Susan communicates to others via sending words and information into their field of vision like a Heads Up Display, the other player must speak aloud to communicate back with Susan.
When used in a dungeon the Eye of Horus senses everything within line of sight in 6 spaces through sight and hearing.
When used in PvP she senses everything within line of sight and hearing of an Eye of Horuse when not placed on a person to a range of 3 meters for every 20 points in PMstr.
Susan can place one Eye of Horus for every 20 points she has in PMstr. If she places more she must choose which one is erased to support the new mark. An Eye of Horus lasts until the end of a topic. Susan can combine this skill with her Rewrite - Pharaoh's Edict skill by adding its SP cost to place the hieroglyph at a touch or glance within the limits of that skill and dictate how it appears.
Susan moves to the location on the Map. The team recovers 15% SP from Pathway of Light. Healing Wave Counter O / X / X
- Modifiers:
Priestess Arcana: +5% to Tactical Support skills.

| Isaac followed the woman in short order. Her command was clear, her tactics sound, and left no room for question. As the mission started, he withdrew the large sword effortlessly from his back, and brandished it, ready for anything. "Roger" Was all he said in a quiet, but steady tone, so she knew he understood the directive. His eager expression chilled as he entered "mission mode," remembering his night with Albrecht. He was a little sad Albrecht wasn't here. Partly because he enjoyed fighting beside the man. Partly because he wanted to be able to talk sense into him if he decided to level a city block for the sake of destroying one demon. But that wasn't something he needed to worry about right now. It was well out of his hands. All he had to do was focus on the task at hand. - action:

| The idol was remained his usual quiet self as he watched the others around him. Some of them were used to this drill already and others would have to get used to it by jumping into the hell that this full moon would bring. While the idol had confidence in those he knew, he had to wonder how Susan would fair as leader. He had seen her break down before during combat so he wondered if she would do it again. On the other hand, she could dish out some sound orders so maybe if she could stay calm, it wouldn't be so bad. In the end, he would have to wait and see. Regardless of this, he would keep his thoughts about the woman on the back burner as she approached and placed the mark on him, his eyes having to adapt to the heads up display that appeared before him. Listening to what was said, he would nod before forcing his feet to move to follow the woman and the other. It looked like this may be a rough night. Good. Maybe it could get some of this troubling energy out of him. - Action:

| ("You've got to be kidding me.") Oh no. No. No. No. Why the hell do these jokes keep writing themselves? A rich trust fund kid driving in with his shiny car and a dumb shonen protagonist with a fuck-off sword that painfully and obviously compensated for something. There was another asshole-like pretty boy in the mix too, but at least he kept his damn mug shut. It was official, this night isn't going to suck. It's going to be absolute bullshit. Why is reality conspiring against him? What did he even do to it anyway? The uncertainty was all over his face when he saw the new recruit. It was going to be a goddamn miracle if they ever got out in one piece in this kind of shitty work. But maybe they were a godsend for a neat meatshield. Just a little accident here and there might do the trick if shit hits the fan. "Hey. Isaac, right? Stay close. This could get ugly this time around."What? - Human Strengths and Weaknesses:
—Strength Name: Kerrigan Vigor —Description: His workout ethic gave him an impressive body to behold for someone of his stature. He's tough and built to endure most of anything. Most importantly he's built to keep himself going for long periods of time when under stress and exertion. Slash attacks cost 2% less to use.
—Strength Name: Basic Combat Training —Description: Originally he was aiming to be a police officer. But his family is leading him to become a Cadet. Taking advice and training from his former military and law enforcement family members, Joseph can carry himself with confidence and knows what he's doing when in the heat of the moment. Strike attacks cost 2% less to use.
—Strength Name: Magic Eye —Description: As a result of the trial experiments his parents let him join, his eye can turn its sclera black and iris scarlet red. It allowed him to have vastly improved eyesight in which he can almost perceive near sub-sonic speeds. But it doesn't mean he can act right away for most situations. 15% boost to Luck stat.
—Weakness Name: Normal Joe —Description: Because of his focus on working out and perhaps as a result of his experimentation, he finds difficulty in using magical skills. It doesn't mean he can't use them, but it will take out a whole lot more. Magical attack skills cost 5 more SP to cast.
—Weakness Name: Normal Joe 2 —Description: Likewise, because of his lacking affinity to using magical skills, it's harder for him to aim using them. It complicates his ability to use fine and precise actions with them. 10% additional miss chance when using magical attack skills.
—Weakness Name: Psychosis —Description: His eye tends to have sudden random "attacks". But it is more of an attack of his own mind. Kerrigan experiences a debilitating state of something resembling dementia from time to time. For the first three turns in battle only, Kerrigan has a 10% chance of skipping that turn.

This damage can and will knock her unconscious if she isn't careful but it can't result in her death since her Persona won't willingly kill its host.

| "Contact sighted and engaging. Let's keep it together, guys." - Action:
Following party and engaging red star.
