—Strength Name: Kerrigan Vigor —Description: His workout ethic gave him an impressive body to behold for someone of his stature. He's tough and built to endure most of anything. Most importantly he's built to keep himself going for long periods of time when under stress and exertion. Slash attacks cost 2% less to use.
—Strength Name: Basic Combat Training —Description: Originally he was aiming to be a police officer. But his family is leading him to become a Cadet. —Weakness Name: Normal Joe —Description: Because of his focus on working out and perhaps as a result of his experimentation, he finds difficulty in using magical skills. It doesn't mean he can't use them, but it will take out a whole lot more. Magical attack skills cost 5 more SP to cast.
—Weakness Name: Normal Joe 2 —Description: Likewise, because of his lacking affinity to using magical skills, it's harder for him to aim using them. It complicates his ability to use fine and precise actions with them. 10% additional miss chance when using magical attack skills.

Healing Wave was charging while I was in Alt Cast, I didn't post just to note the charges though.
The engagement was over fairly quickly and by the numbers, a relief to Susan that she did not have to call upon Seshat's power further. Continuous use of that ability must be causing long-term tracheal damage. As the team mopped up Susan would approach again. "Cover our backs Hatsuhara, I will be taking point for the moment. I've noticed you're a little distracted, so please take a breather and gather your focus," she spoke bluntly, in her own antagonistic way of attempting to show she cared about the welfare of the team. There happened to be no time for softness, the mission came first. Speaking of which...
"We're retracing our steps, we passed a powerful one this way. Walk with me and conserve your energy. It's a marathon, not a sprint." As she stepped forward purposefully with her weapon at the ready her Persona hung limply behind her, dormant, shedding light across the alleyways that was comforting in an odd way. She would gather more intelligence later but for the time being she would need to be more brusque toward the new recruit. "I will ask you this, Fairweather: a Boyscout forgets to safely put out his campfire before turning in for the night, he starts a blaze that ends the lives of a dozen of his own troupe. A man walks through an apartment building with a can of gasoline, soaking the carpet and lights a match. The fire kills a family of four who could not escape. Who is more evil? The boy who killed more on accident or the man who killed less with malice?" She would give the boy a pointed look.
"Who has control over their abilities does not matter if the ones who do have control are using them to terrorize and murder. It is our responsibility to prevent sick-minded individuals from using their abilities to accomplish this. Ethics and morality and protecting those who can't protect themselves. That is our right. To uphold everyone's unalienable rights of life and safety. You would do well to remember that."
As Susan neared the corner she would turn back and flick her weapon off its safety. "I may fill you in on the true threat these people face at a later time. Prepare for combat."
Susan's Stats:
Level 12 Strong: Light, Gun (Bulletproof Vest) Weak: Fire
Healing Wave restores the party for 20% HP at the end of the fight. Healing Wave also goes off, healing the party for another 20% HP.

She makes this choice after rolling for her target. The skill is still rolled randomly like normal.
Weakness: Not According to Plan - Panic and Fear have an extra 15% chance to succeed against Susan. Weakness: Rip Off the Bandage - When Susan is suffering the negative effects after Persona Overdose she loses 10% of her total HP every turn. This damage can and will knock her unconscious if she isn't careful but it can't result in her death since her Persona won't willingly kill its host.

As soon as she spoke Susan would break into a sprint toward what she identified as stronger demon territory. She did not get a good look the first time but she was aware of the general danger. The short woman quickly took a flank of the alleyway to allow her team to encircle the enemy unhindered, aiming down the sights of her P90.
Susan's Stats:

Isaac returned the pointed look with a determined glare. "I could argue that neither one is evil." He said swiftly, not taking his eyes off of her. His tone was not one of malice or even debate, it was genial, despite the coolness of his eyes. "Life and safety are the reason I'm here, Ma'am. I'm not here to pass judgement. I'm here to put out fires, hopefully, before they kill anyone. And I will. No matter who starts them." The words may have been a little naive. Would he kill if he had to? If he was ordered to? probably, if it couldn't be avoided. But that was never the point. And the minute destruction became the primary objective, then truly what was the point?
Having said his peace, He came up behind the group, sword at the read. "Roger. Moving to engage."
