Appearance:
Tatsui Kitao is almost always wearing a light, white jacket with an odd checker pattern at the shoulders and black cuffs. His height is 5 feet 10 inches and weighs about 160 pounds with Blue-ish Grey eyes, blond hair, and a spiky sort of hairdo. Under his jacket he wears a black zipper shirt that has an odd X hanging from the zipper. (At least a paragraph)
Alternate Appearance:
This coat that Tatsui is wearing represents the unkown justice of the world that leaves very little to show. Normally the face would be somewhat visible under that hood but it is covered in a one-way shroud of darkness. This coat has a zipper that goes all the way down to the bottom of it, but since it is so large yet well fitting Tatsui keeps the bottom part unzipped. Using this coat, Tatsui can effectively become completely unknown, but it is embellished even further with the shroud of darkness covering his face also alterating his voice to that of an anonymous middle age man. Personality: Tatsui Kitao is a kind and forgiving guy normally, however he has certain triggers. He actively hates anyone who is consciously evil or commits crimes. He usually has a sunny hopeful disposition that hardens into a will of cold, black, steel. He is very faithful to his friends and family and would resolutely defend them. He is very dedicated to his work and his goals, and resolutely adheres to his view of truth and justice. (At least a paragraph)

—Description: He has found many ways to seek both of his needs and accomplish them, along with his ambidexterity, this allows Tatsui to dual wield his soulbound, though he doesn't know it yet. This attacks as a double dexterity attack buff.

—Description: Tatsui has been an avid fan of working out and has frequently done hard physical labor. This boosts Tatsui's Dex by 15%

—Description: His working out has also well condition his legs, making him a well paced and fast mover. This translates into 2x distance travelled per dungeon post.

Weapon Description: Two oddly shaped blades, one snow white with a star at it's tip, another pitch black with a helm at it's tip. For hand guards Oblivion has some that look like bat wings, while Oathkeeper has some that look like the wings of a dove. They also seems to be radiating a small amount of light and darkness. Each blade is 3 feet and 6 inches long with a width of two inches. (What it looks like)

The Background
History: Tatsui Kitao was born to the Kitao family in Sunlake Palms. His family lives the life of comfort and ease in these large old-style residences, and they take joy in the small things in life. When Tatsui become older he ran across a book that opened his mind, like there was something great waiting to be discovered. Since then he has had a fascination with heroic tales and childishly somewhat wants to become a hero himself.
His family happily encourages his attitude and hopes for him to truly help the world. He has nurtured this into a sort of lifestyle for himself and tries his best to help those in need of help. This conclusion of his also fortunately led him to becoming quite fit. He helps many in his community in sunlake palms, always helping out and always refusing pay.
