Appearance:

Tatsui Kitao is almost always wearing a light, white jacket with an odd checker pattern at the shoulders and black cuffs. His height is 5 feet 10 inches and weighs about 160 pounds with Blue-ish Grey eyes, blond hair, and a spiky sort of hairdo. Under his jacket he wears a black zipper shirt that has an odd X hanging from the zipper. (At least a paragraph)

Alternate Appearance:


This coat that Tatsui is wearing represents the unkown justice of the world that leaves very little to show. Normally the face would be somewhat visible under that hood but it is covered in a one-way shroud of darkness. This coat has a zipper that goes all the way down to the bottom of it, but since it is so large yet well fitting Tatsui keeps the bottom part unzipped. Using this coat, Tatsui can effectively become completely unknown, but it is embellished even further with the shroud of darkness covering his face also alterating his voice to that of an anonymous middle age man. Personality: Tatsui Kitao is a kind and forgiving guy normally, however he has certain triggers. He actively hates anyone who is consciously evil or commits crimes. He usually has a sunny hopeful disposition that hardens into a will of cold, black, steel. He is very faithful to his friends and family and would resolutely defend them. He is very dedicated to his work and his goals, and resolutely adheres to his view of truth and justice. (At least a paragraph)

—Description: Tatsui has been an avid fan of working out and has frequently done hard physical labor. This boosts Tatsui's Dex by 15%

Weapon Description: Two oddly shaped blades, one snow white with a star at it's tip, another pitch black with a helm at it's tip. For hand guards Oblivion has some that look like bat wings, while Oathkeeper has some that look like the wings of a dove. They also seems to be radiating a small amount of light and darkness. Each blade is 3 feet and 6 inches long with a width of two inches. (What it looks like)

The Background
 



History: Tatsui Kitao was born to the Kitao family in Sunlake Palms. His family lives the life of comfort and ease in these large old-style residences, and they take joy in the small things in life. When Tatsui become older he ran across a book that opened his mind, like there was something great waiting to be discovered. Since then he has had a fascination with heroic tales and childishly somewhat wants to become a hero himself.

His family happily encourages his attitude and hopes for him to truly help the world. He has nurtured this into a sort of lifestyle for himself and tries his best to help those in need of help. This conclusion of his also fortunately led him to becoming quite fit. He helps many in his community in sunlake palms, always helping out and always refusing pay.

Forseti appears as a grim yet young man with blonde hair sitting on a throne of sorts. His posture indicates one of judging someone or something. He is also clad in royal robing, looking akin to European kings. He looks to be about 6 feet tall. (What your Persona looks like. It should relatively be not human in appearance.)

Persona Background: Forseti (Old Norse "the presiding one," actually "president" in Modern Icelandic and Faroese) is an Æsir god of justice and reconciliation in Norse mythology. He is generally identified with Fosite, a god of the Frisians. Jacob Grimm noted that if, as Adam of Bremen states, Fosite's sacred island was Heligoland, that would make him an ideal candidate for a deity known to both Frisians and Scandinavians, but that it is surprising he is never mentioned by Saxo Grammaticus.[1]

Grimm took Forseti, "praeses", to be the older form of the name, first postulating an unattested Old High German equivalent *forasizo (cf. modern German Vorsitzender "one who presides").[2] but later preferring a derivation from fors, a "whirling stream" or "cataract", connected to the spring and the god's veneration by seagoing peoples.[3] However, in other Old Norse words, for example forboð, "forbidding, ban", the prefix for- has a pejorative sense. So it is more plausible that Fosite is the older name and Forseti a folk etymology.[4]

Medusa:

Medusa appears as a woman with a snake's tail from her waist down, extending 15 feet. She appears to have once had a pleasant and attractive body but was cursed to this state. Her head is writhing with small, attached snakes, that replace her hair. She is also wielding a bow and arrow. But what lies beyond the metal mask she is wearing, is the true horror of her. A horror that turns people to stone. She is about 5'8". (What your Persona looks like. It should relatively be not human in appearance.)

Persona Background: In Greek mythology Medusa (/məˈdjuːzə, məˈdʒuː-, -sə/, US /məˈduː-/; Μέδουσα "guardian, protectress")[1] was a monster, a Gorgon, generally described as a winged human female with a hideous face and living venomous snakes in place of hair. Gazers on her face would turn to stone. Most sources describe her as the daughter of Phorcys and Ceto,[2] though the author Hyginus (Fabulae Preface) makes Medusa the daughter of Gorgon and Ceto.[3] According to Hesiod and Aeschylus, she lived and died on an island named Sarpedon, somewhere near Cisthene. The 2nd-century BCE novelist Dionysios Skytobrachion puts her somewhere in Libya, where Herodotus had said the Berbers originated her myth, as part of their religion.

Description: Medusa dashes over to the opponent with serpentile speed. (If you are within 7.5 feet, you probably can't react in time, like, look at snakes darting to bite their prey.) She then coils around them harshly and takes of her mask, revealing a face of horror. This attack deals Tier 4 Light damage and has a 10% chance of inflicting the fear ailment.
