 | The underground tunnels are where the stronger Shadows reside within the Dysfunctional City. The tunnels stretch on for miles and are constantly changing on a whim. Those dragged within "Limbo" could possibly end up here if they escape their Shadow. Getting lost is rather easy in this area.
