Isaac let out a low whistle as Jackie and Susan's combined efforts cleared out the demons. Why were we worried about the demons out here, again? A simple glance in the direction of the approaching flying beasts reminded him, ofcourse, and he took off running down towards the civilians. He could see the first two now, and he motioned to them to head toward him up towards the lead car. "Come on! This way! Don't panic, everything will be just fine! We're here to protect you afterall!" He called out cheerily to them, with a grin.

All three of the demons near them had fallen under the hail of bullets and wind. His own contribution to the acute lead poisoning the enemy had suffer did fairly little, but thaat didn't matter. But the Albino didn't let himself think they were safe. He'd heard the enemies, catching some glimpse of them. "Nice shooting." He offered in complement to the two senior cadets, before dashing off after Isaac. Gozai just hoped the other wouldn't give the civvies any dumb idea with how he was running his mouth.

As expected they were able to clear the threat closest to the train itself, and the princess. But time was still ticking. The feathery fiends were faster now, and if they got into range of Maria there would be nothing they could do to save her if they happened to target her. Everything was becoming more complex by the second. It wasn't easy to keep track of 6 different perspectives, speak to them individually, formulate attack strategy, engage in ranged combat, and do math in her head. The urgency kept her moving and focused, everything had to go exactly perfect. She literally had no time to panic.
The civilians were in view but Susan was not worried about them, not those particular ones anyway.
Tell them to come this way you two, but keep moving. If you don't rescue the civilians further away first they will be intercepted and nothing will save them.
Susan circled about of the train where she knew she had a line of sight, paused for a moment to get a bead on it, and fired a long-range burst.
Jackie I know you are low on ammunition. Grab a magazine from my backpack, the more damage we do at range the better off we are.

Isaac moved past the civilians who were making their way up past him toward the car, giving them a quick glance to asses possible injuries. But since it seemed they were faring well enough to travel alone, he kept going to reach the civilians who were yet farther away.
"Come over to us! We'll take you to safety!" He called out to the civilians who were farther away. As they made their way to himself and Gozai, Isaac looked in through the windows of the remaining train cars, a cursory glance in order to see if any more civilians were cowering within the metal shelter of the train car. "If anyone else is still alive inside those train cars, come out and join us! We'll keep you safe." Leave no one behind, that was his motto. And he'd be damned if he'd lose anyone this time, either.

The civvies would approach, showing what he assumed to be elation over their presence. But he couldnt' attend to them, not yet. He would stop, however briefly. "Yes, that way. We'll return for you shortly." The albino would point them to the direction of safety, before again rushing forward.
Even with the boost in speed, he couldn't quite make it. He'd reach out with the hand not currently occupied in holding his firearm, beckoning the civilians his and Isaac's way.

The enemy was almost within ambush distance. Even if they were put on the retreat the businesswoman would not be fooled. One step from disadvantage, two steps from disaster. And three from annihilation. Soon they would need to act urgently, she could only hope that everyone was in a good position before that happened. Namely Maria's sightlines, that was their key advantage in this scenario and they were fortunate she was so heavily armed. The short woman paused for a moment to allow Jackie to grab ammunition before reaching her main objective: the train tracks. Spying monsters rounding the train car she quickly raised her P90 to her shoulder to lay down suppressive fire.

She had shot it directly in the eye a few times as she allowed her muzzle to rise. With the creature knocked down Susan quickly summoned her crook to her other hand and eyed the train rail below her. Lining it up as straight as she could she swung downward powerfully to cut the rail exactly where she would need it.
Susan's Stats:
