Wait a minute... nah... nah that ain't how it happened. Lemme start over.
...cuz I fuggen said so! I lost most'a my fuggen blood at that point, you try keepin' a clear head while keepin' yer damn guts in ya fuggen wise ass. So like I was sayin'...
Kesson Rel didn't fade into the dark there like nobody thought. He did'n he didn't, that's how ya get a proper sneak attack. Yer mark can't be sure where ya is, if'n yer gonna pop out an' say hello with the pointy end there. They got a sayin' among us rogues, with a paladin in front'a ya, a wizard above, an' a ranger to the side who's the most dangerous? It's the rogue behind ya, sonny. But now I'm feelin' whoozy. S'hard to stand an' keep fightin' but I ain't got the choice. Feel the sweat poolin' in my leathers, seepin' into that damn bite with the stingin' salt. That's good there. A 'lil discomfort'll keep ya alert. As long as it hurts I know I'm still kickin', motherfucker.
An' that's the good part. I'm still on my feet there. This asshole ain't. Gonna stab'im while the stabbin's good. "Hit'em so gatdayum hard he feels it in the next life, fellas!"

The Acolyte let out a pained and joyous screech as it's head was sliced in half, rendering it effectively disposed of, even though both sides of the head continued to open and close it's jaw and chortle with a twisted jubilation.
The Fish however did not seem to be enjoying itself as much as the Acolyte, for it screamed in a chorus of damned souls under the constant onslaught brought on by the Seekers. As it slowly rose back to onto it's feet, knocked back up by the All Out Attack, it made one final desperate bid for survival...

I catch the healin' potion outta the air an' crack it in half to drink it quicker, waterfallin' it into my mouth. "hwheew, Yer a fuggen life saver, boy!" I call out to blondie there. Good kid, he'd make a good adventurer if he put on a 'lil muscle. But we got more important shit right about now.
This thing's too fuggen stubborn to die. The other one ain't. Split his fuggen melon right in two I did, sausage-link lookin' motherfucker. Serves'im right, alls I had to do was fight in a team like I used to. Now I ain't lyin' when I said I killed a lotta Sinspawn but I ain't ever do it alone then, s'fuggen better ways to die y'understand? I feel somethin' in my pocket there, got me a... whatchamacallit from its damn skull. Aw hell, it ain't no Sinspawn, 'least they got brains. Tiny brains but they's there, I seen'em. Ya get a good view when ya see skulls get smashed open with a great hammer. Nah, this thing got a thingy in its damn head. S'a fuggen Flesh Golem. Well, used to be. Now it's just dog food.
But I ain't got time fer this shit, someone ain't fuggen dead. This monster's gunnin' fer all a us but I ain't concerned 'bout me cuz I always turn out fine're the others cuz they'll make it, but Milton there don't look so good. As I see it wind up I rush over to the boy with my ring glowin', grab'im by the belt, kick out the back'a his knee and throw'im to the ground behind me. "Get the fuck down, kid!" I shout. Then I take it all. I get cut to fuggen ribbon's an' hit with some kinda blow, it happened too damn fast. With my hands over my face there it ain't hurt enough that'll kill me, I'm still fuggen standin'. An' it ain't about to be.
"...I ain't the one you gotta be worried about, asswipe."
Kesson Rel rises up behind it. Snuck over there while I was takin' the pain fer Milton, it ain't even fuggen notice I bet. S'too dark an' he knows what he's doin'.
"....boo."
My guardian spirit goes to put both daggers in it an' rip outward, tryin' a cut the damn thing in half.

Makin' an attack with Grand Larceny fer 52 Slash damage there.
Grand Larceny:
Skill Name: Grand Larceny Tier: Tier 3 Cost: 18% HP Type of Damage: Slash Description: "When yer outnumbered runnin' ain't always an option. Sometimes ya gotta slit every motherfuckin' throat on yer way outta a brawl and son, ya might as well take what you can get while yer there so it can't be used against ya."
Kesson Rel quickly vaults between all opponents on the field, slashing at them with vicious strikes and using his momentum to push himself to the next in a quick flurry of attacks. He deals heavy Slash damage to all opponents as he attempts to steal something from them with the same fluid motion. When Grubby uses this attack in PvS he rolls 2d6. If the number matches he gains steals an item from the enemy as dictated by the GM. One pair of rolls is made per each individual enemy.
In PvP and Dynamic PvS (and wherever else applicable such as QAS and dungeon traversal) if this move lands on a target Kesson Rel can take an item being openly worn or carried by the target (but not currently in their hands) and port it into Grubby's hands or pockets or take an item that Grubby is in possession of and reverse-pickpocket it onto a target without their knowledge if they have no way to oppose him (being outclashed, a Strength that can prevent theft, Strength to notice the reverse-pickpocket and remove the item quickly, etc.). The opponent will always get a chance to oppose the action when the attack connects, it's never an auto success. Grubby can choose not to deal damage with this attack if he's just trying to pickpocket/reverse-pickpocket.
In PvP this won't steal something from another player's Inventory but instead will deny the opponent the use of that item for the remainder of combat. Alternatively Kesson Rel can unslot a Weapon Node instead of stealing an item, denying their use in battle and forcing his opponent to have them re-slotted by Gear.

"Is...Is it over? Are we safe to come out now?"
Tabitha poked her head out from behind the garbage can she was hiding behind. The sudden lull in the sounds of battle bolstered her confidence from piss yourself terrified to permanently scarred but able to function. "What were those things?..."
"Does it really matter? They're dead and we're not! Now come on, we need to get the hell out of here and the hell off Junction! I'll take my chances with Determination thank you!"
Vshnre slowly climbed down from the tree she scampered up when the battle began. Once on the ground she used her scarf to wipe a bit of the black goo off her that had been flung about by the two Fish. While doing so, however, she would make her intentions clear by heading towards room 24."This gods forsaken tower just isn't right to raise a child in no more! Any sense-able mother would know that after seeing you freaks go at it!"
"Calm the hell down Vshnre! You really think a planet of Baselines are gunna be better then Junction? No offense but you're not exactly going to fit in..."
Dorris sighed and helped Tabitha to her feet. What ever the hell was going on here was so far above her pay-grade that she could see the appeal of jumping ship, but she also saw that Vshnre might not have all the options she did. While she hated to admit it, being baseline did have it's perks. "Come on Tammy... You're ok. Just breath alright, breath..."
As the Seekers regrouped and decompressed after the battle, the sound of heavy, labored footfalls would draw their attention to the westward bound path. Ever so slowly, a figure would emerge from the darkness, limping and struggling through each step. Once the silhouette became clear, the Moms present would visibly shake and grow pail.
The battered and bloody form of Alister Rem would survey the group, panting as blood soaked through his suit and onto the ground through halfway closed wounds.
"...Where is she?..."

"*Aheeeeeh, ahack ack ack! WhoooOOOACK HACK HACK!*" I cough up my fuggen lungs, holee fuggen moley that took the wind outta me. An' a couple other things. I'm just fuggen glad those teeth didn't hit any important arteries're I'd be a dead gob walkin'. I reach into my belt pouch and take another healin' potion, been a while since I had to drink so many in a damn row. Gonna be pukin' this shit up at this rate, got it comin' outta my damn ears. I turn to blondie there, got a couple fer him too. He's gonna need'em if'n he's usin'em all on dumbasses like me. "Heeeehackack! ...Kmmkmmkmm here ya fuggen go kid kmmkmm...... hoooOOOOORK! ...ptoo" I hock a loogie on the ground'n toss a couple a them healin' potions at Azul there. Got my stash runnin' low. Gonna have to go get s'more after all this, hopin' it ain't becomin' a trend. A gob's only got so much blood he can lose, trust me, I'm a fuggen expert in that subject.
Then the hens're goin' at it, pissin' me the fuggoff. Gatdamn townies always gettin' into trouble, s'the most pain in the ass thing I gotta do on the reg. Protect the townie that don't know that monsters is fuggen deadly and they ain't listen when people's talkin' 'bout common sense. Noooooo, I wanna go see the monsters, I can help with what I knooooooow. Ya can help yerself into an early grave, fuggen jagoffs. I get to lightin' my pipe, wanna get a smoke in after this one. "tzzzzzzzzzz... Pheewwww... Those were fuggen monsters, y'understand? Ya got somethin' runnin' 'round turnin' folks into blankets, the fuggare you not expectin' horrible shit? Y'all shoulda never been out here, ya shoulda listened to the damn guards. This ain't no place fer townies, tol' ya that 'fore we started here," I says. Then I start noticin' the werebear movin' off on her own. Not on my fuggen watch.
"Hey dumbass! The fugg're ya think yer doin'?!"
I chew on my pipe a bit as I shuffle over to the fuzzy bitch, blowin' smoke outta my nose. I had it up to fuggen here with these damn townies. "The fuck did I say 'bout stickin' together? I'll tell ya twice cuz yer too fuggen stupid to listen the first time: ya go off alone, that's gonna be it fer ya. So yer gonna listen this time an' listen good cuz I'm gonna let ya in on a 'lil secret. Yer money ain't good enough fer me to risk my neck more than I gotta. I'll let ya fuggen go, fuzzy. Ya can do whatever you damn hell want but if'n that ain't stickin' with the group an' listenin' to the only ones that're gonna make it outta here alive guaran-goddamn-teed I got no special obligation to help ya. Ya wanna make some orphans? That's fine with me, jagoff. I ain't gonna shed no tears. I don't give two shits if'n some dumb bitch runs off'n gets herself turned into a rug. You never was in control here an' you ain't right now, so personally if where yer goin' ain't where we're goin're where we tell ya to go yer on yer fuggen own. I'll let ya fuggen die, ain't no skin off my ass. Might even watch ya get maimed to prove a damn point. Ya understand that shit?"
This why Hilderbrandt ain't let me talk to the normal folk, I ain't got no patience fer bullshit. Common sense is dictatin' that the expert's in charge, an' that's fuggen us right now. I'm gonna look after my crew 'fore I start goin' outta my way fer some dumbass townies, period motherfucker. I said it once, I'll say it a thousand damn times. I ain't no hero. I'll protect the defenseless sure as fuggen shit, but if someone's stubborn enough to get themselves killed it ain't my job to stop'em. That's their call. But there's somethin' takin' this jagoffs attention away from me again, so I'm gonna see what it is 'fore I blow my damn stack.
It's the Guard Captain. Hot damn, bastard's got some grit on'im. I knew he looked like he had too much fight to die, but he ain't lookin' too good. He got this look in his eye, determined look. He got somethin' to fight for. Then he tells us what it is, kinda.

With a sigh of relief, Kuzi would plant his butt down on the ground and pant lightly. "Phew, man I don't think I'll ever get fully used to all this." The Dreedle would close his eyes for a moment, taking in a deep breath as Denki disappeared back to the subconsciousness. Shaking his head, Kuzi would take a look around the group, wanting to make sure everyone is okay. As far as he could tell, no one was mortally wounded, though it did seem as though his team mates had been knocked up quite a bit. "Hey, if everyone okay? Those guys were pretty tough, huh? I wonder where they all came from... I can't believe there are things like that just roaming the streets of Junction now. Its horrible. What in the world would we do if none of this Seeker stuff started happening too to defend it off? It's honestly a little scary to think about... And believe me, I'm no fighter. Or at least, I wasn't anything of the sort before all this. Though, being gifted this power, I feel responsible to try and help the best I can. Even if it freaks me out. Even if I have no prior battle training. If I can even protect a single life then it was worth it."
Picking himself back up, the Dreedle would head over towards Tammy and Dorris just as Vshnre began storming off. He wanted to try and say something to her... Though it seemed the green guy beat him too it and, well, if anything that guy was a little intimidating so the fluff would just let him deal with it... Hopefully Vshnre would listen to reason. "Glad you two are okay, no hidden injuries or anything like that? Be sure to speak up if you need help, okay?" The Dreedle would attempt to stay optimistic, if not for himself for the MOMs sake to try and keep them calm, though after all that fighting, he couldn't help the fact his stomach would start rumbling. "E-eheh, man I can't wait to get some food after th-..."
"U-uhh..." Taken aback, Kuzi wasn't sure what to say or do when he saw the severely beaten up police officer make his appearance. Staring in bewilderment for a moment, the pink fluff was sure he'd heard that the police weren't meant to be around here today. B-but man, t-that guy looked seriously roughed up. Was he the one firing that gun off earlier? Now that he thought about it, the green dude he was working with had some kind of bolt weapon not a gun. And there were definite loud shots being blasted earlier.
Wasting any further time, Kuzi would rush over towards the guy and yank the small sling pouch off from around his neck. Rummaging through it, he'd pull out his last medicine and offer it up to the officer. "H-here, take this. It probably wont help completely, but hopefully it'll stop some of the pain!" Afterwards, the small creature would pull off his green scarf and offer that up as well. "Y-you could maybe try to use this as a bandage for now? You know, to try and stop the bleeding?" It wasn't much, but it was all the Dreedle had on him. As much as he was unsure how much it could possibly help, the guy looked like he had already lost a lot of blood and even if it helped just a little he wanted to do all he could.
Though it was only in that moment that he truly thought about what the guy had said when he first arrived. "... She? Who is she? There are a few she's here and..." A quick scan of his surrounding area would make something quite nerve racking quite apparent. "W-w-wait... Guys, w-where's Clare?"

Azul finally let let out a deep sigh, using his soulbound to prob himself up, while coughing. Damn, that fucker hit hard. Knocked the wind right out of him, and all. Still, he, Verde, and Astro Boy were 'friends' now, right? If he wanted them to bail him out in the future, he'd have to bail them out now. After he decided he wasn't about to cough up a long, he stood up straight. "Somebody's been making snuff porn." He finally huffed. dispelling his weapon without another thought. "That's the second skinless freak I've seen so far, and that's two too many for my tastes. So..." Azul's voice trailed off. "Oh. Thanks, Verde." He blinked, awkwardly, accepting the medicine. "I'll pay you back later, yeah? I might need these soon, if another one of those guys show up." He rolled his shoulder, before pocketing the medicine.
Azul would only watch as Bear-Bitch left, as Butch-Bitch called after her. Determination, huh? If he survived the night, maybe he'd hop off too...no. Trouble'd probably find him there too, at least in Junction he had...friends allies. "Jeez, who put you through the shredder?" He rose a brow at Alister. Wait, was someone missing? Bear-Bitch had left but...oh, Butterfly-Bitch. "Looking for the chick with Red Hair, right? Lemmie see..." The fingers of his glove lit up, as he began working his display.
"Alright Butterfly, where'd you go?"
With a final keypress, Azul searched for devices nearby. If he had to hazard a guess, it'd be one of the ones running at an alarming rate. He already knew where Bear-Bitch was going, which meant that if there was one going in another direction...
Using l33t haxor skillz to search for devices in the area.
Racial Strength Name: H4k3r —Description: Due to replacing his right arm with a 'hacking tool', he has the ability to hack most electronic devices with the waive of his hand. (Note, will not work on anything in Dungeons, Sentient A.I.s, or C.W.I.S. ,or anything 'plot locked' I.E. has a password hidden behind a puzzle.) This can range from security cameras, to alarm systems, to phones...you get the idea. In addition, it can project two holographic displays. A large one that will appear infront of him, and another set infront of each finger on the 'hacking' hand. While he can just touch the large one to interact with it, he needs to use the ones that appear infront of his fingers to hack things. If even one finger is missing, then he can't hack anything, but can still operate the large display.

"I-I wha-" Vshnre was utterly flabbergasted, nearly knocked off her feet by Grubby's outburst. Several times during which she raised a paw to interrupt but was silenced by the next point of the tirade. Slowly but surely her tense, angry stance was worn away by the verbal lashing. By the end of Grubby's scolding the mighty and empowered Vshnre looked less like an all powerful mother grizzly and more like a wounded cub who was caught with her paw in the honey pot. Slowly, with her snout turned down in shame, she returned to the group and went to go stand by Tammy and Dorris. The former looking almost as shocked as Vshnre, the latter looking absolutely elated by the whole situation.
"Ho-ly-Shit! That was awesome!" Dorris nearly lost her footing and needed to lean on Tammy in order to keep her balance and stay standing."Little green guy! Anyway you can teach me to talk like that? My dog keeps pissing on the rug and I need to get em to stop!"
"I will maul you girl, keep talken..." Vshnre bore her teeth and growled lowly at the other woman.
"Not with the Jolly Green Midget around you won't Heyo!" Dorris raised her hand for a high five that a still shaken but markably improved Tammy was more then happy to oblige.

"Clare... Butterfly... Where the hell is she! Tell me where the fuck my w-"
Alister's anger fueled screams were cut short by the small fluff baby at his feet offering him a way to stop the pain for a moment. He would look down at Kuzi slightly confused before bending down and grasping the Medicine. "Toha Brand... Because of course it is. Fuck it." Alister popped the top off the small vile and downed it's contents in one gulp. His face contorted at the taste but managed to keep it down regardless. "Thank you citizen... I owe you one."
Alister took the small green scarf, rubbing the smooth fabric between his fingers for a moment before tiring it around an open cut on his arm, one to small to bother cauterizing, but to large to leave untreated.
Azul would managed to pinpoint a rather large connection to CWIS. Much... MUCH larger then a portable terminal nearby, but headed northwards through room 19.

"*kmm kmm kmm, kmmKMM UROGHACK ACK!*"
Gatdayum, still coughin' up a storm here. Tobacca usually help me with that but I got beat right to shit an' had to raise my voice. Fuggen townie had it comin' anyhow, I ain't regret a damn thing. I wind my shoulders a 'lil. Got beat right to the fuggen Nine Hells an' back, gonna have some scars from that one. Ain't like I'm gettin' no uglier anyhow. "*tzzzzzzzzz...* I'm still standin' so I'll fuggen live. *Pheeeeew...*" I says to the puff ball there. I point my pipe at'im. "Ya woulda fuggen died is what ya woulda done. Ain't the first time I seen these things an' they ain't no walk through the daisies, damn near pulled the skin off my bones but I'm a tough ol' bastard. Listen to an old gob, shit gets horrifyin'. This ain't even the tip'a the crust I'm tellin' ya. There's nastier shit'n this out here so if yer gonna get heroic ya better get used to it. Do this fer a livin' now so it ain't nothin' I ain't seen b'fore but it ain't all parades an' tavern drinkin'. These things'll kill ya an' fuggen townies ain't even gonna know the half of it. S'a thankless, hard job s'what it is."
I chew on my pipe a bit, go to pick up the cloak I cast off. Couple'a more holes in it than b'fore but I can patch those right up, it ain't no skin off my ass. 'Cept fer the skin off my ass that thing almost took off'a me. I tell ya, Lamashtu gotta be the worst cult ya can join, all about makin' their membership suffer. Buncha crazy motherfuckers if'n ya ask me. Blondie gives me his thanks but it ain't nothin', 'least he ain't go chargin' into fights he can't win with no misplaced sense'a fuggen honor're dumb shit like that. Ya do what ya can an' it's all ya can do, if'n ya can't do it ya gotta be prepared to not do it or lose. Almost lost meself, got lucky there. But it's gonna run out sooner're later. "Bettin' ya will. Hopin' ya won't have to. Also bettin' ya ran into another small fry. Somewhere's out there there's a big bad jagoff what's gonna need stabbin' to death, always is. An' if we wanna do a good job we're gonna have to give it a handshake at the pointy end, ya understand?"
S'become obvious that we's down a townie. Tee-fuggen-riffic right there. Shoulda known when I signed up I was gonna be heardin' chickens 'round in circles all evenin' but I didn't cuz all I saw was the payout. Well ya gotta earn yer keep there, s'posin' it'd be a bad thing to just let this wench go off'n get turned to a winter coat no matter who's fault it be. I take one last puff off my pipe there 'fore smackin' the ashes out over my forearm. "First, ya get fuggen old," I says to the firestarter there, "Then ya stop givin' a shit. Them two go hand in hand so it ain't hard. Killin' a few men'n watchin' the good ones die ain't hurt neither 'cept a fuggen lot, but whatever sails yer ship there missy." I wrap my cloak around meself an' draw my dagger. I ain't gettin' fuggen jumped again, shit's bad fer my health. But I jaw-jacked enough here. S'work to be doin'.
"Aright there jagoffs, here's the fuggen score. We stick together like tar'n feathers're yer gonna look like me'n the guard cap'n over there, 'cept in a lot more pieces and half as ugly ya understand? Anyone who don't I can't guarantee yer safety're that I'll fuggen save ya. Pay the fug'attention, furball, ya might be seein' exactly what happens when ya go off on yer lonesome there. Guardsman, I don't give two shits what ya do but we got a plan an' some info an' you don't so I'd say stick with us but it's yer own damn funeral. We's gonna swing wide fer somethin' we can use 'fore we get where we're goin', s'gonna take me'n Azul the same amount'a time to go git it you all are gonna use keepin' pace.
Any questions? Good. Shove'em up yer ass. We got a job to do, talk on yer own time."
Arcana: +15 to Wind skills Growth Study the Mark | A skill only for strictly support characters. If supporting a team, each use and demon/shadow defeated counts towards your rank ups aswell. | Passive | Tier 1
+ Strength + Quick Old Bastard: Grubby's occupation and life experiences have honed his precision and reaction times, giving him a 10% Luck bonus. + Strength + Git Yer Head Down!: Grub has a 10% extra chance to dodge AoE attacks by ducking at the right time. He also has a slight advantage in dodging out of the way of traps that he triggers using the same experience.
- Weakness - Dumber'n a Box o' Shit: Grubby's PMstr is decreased by 15%. - Weakness - Bad Back: If Grubby gets knocked down in battle he loses his Quick Old Bastard Strength and gains a 10% Luck penalty until the end of the battle or until a healing skill is used on him. - Weakness - Newfangled Pieces of Crap: Grubby is easier to hit with Gun attacks by 10%.
Soul Skill - Backstab:
Soul Skill Name: Backstab Persona Name: Kesson Rel Tier: Tier 1 Cost: None Type of Damage: Passive Description: "Never any such thing as a clean fight. You get in, hit'em, and get out, but you hit'em hard and you make damn sure you hit'em so hard they never get back up again. Use distractions, get in close, and go for the little nook under the ribcage."
Grubby's all too familiar with striking an opponent's vitals in combat and due to his size and strength this is really the only way he can bring someone down. Kesson Rel is a representation of this roguish training: one who's familiar with anatomy and where to hit someone to get them to drop. Of course, you can't backstab someone if they're looking straight at you.
If Grubby has not been targeted by an attack or skill on the enemy's last turn his critical hit chance is increased by 10%. In PvP this critical hit chance will apply if an opponent cannot tell exactly where he is when he strikes or is engaged in any distracting task that will take focus away from Grubby.

'Oh, hello there. What are YOU? Mine. That's what you are.'
A smug smirk had crossed Azul's lips for a moment, though faded just as fast, Finding the signal Was nice and all, but what did he do with it now...with a sigh, he shook his head, and looked around. He kept his hand open. "There's a large signal coming from the direction of Room 19. Bigger than a CWIS terminal, and it's on the move. I think it's heading towards one of the exits. It's probably either the killer running away, or Claire."
'Or both if my suspicions are on the mark...' After all, what reason would she have to run after that? It seemed obvious at that point, she was too weak to deal with them herself, and once her skinless freak died she had no choice but to run. It all seemed to tie up nicely...well, except for one thing.
What the hell was that thing the others had brought over?! It had died fairly quickly, but still. "...We're heading that way anyway. I'll keep an eye on it while we move. If it makes a break for it I'll let you know." With that said, Azul rolled after Grubbym heelie-ing away from his feelies once again.
