He was amused by the way the others were getting into character. Though that amusement would end as one shot missed the target and one of the enemies managed to land an attack on him. Letting out a low and faint growl, the demon would take aim again with blue arrow around the time he heard the other give him a buff. “I appreciate,” he would say to Ace before refocusing and letting his arrow fly. Hopefully this time they would both be hit.

Shinji kept silent, mainly because he wasn't sure if he was acting right. Then again, he supposed he could let loose a little. "Good sirs, I, the black knight, shall not tolerate your acts of mischief and misdemeanor. Prepare to meet my blade!"

Gus grinned as the figure would strike him, easily shrugging the hit off with the flow of his hooded cape. "Quite lovely, but far from enough." He chuckled as he readid the blade and struck once more.
Starting Kit - Rogue:
Quick Jab [18/20]: Perform a t1 Pierce dex attack on one enemy with a 20% chance of inflicting “poison”.
Stealth [10/10]: Cloak a party member in stealth, increasing their dodge chance by 20% for three turns.
Distracting Strike [10/10]: Attack the enemy with the purpose to distract them, this attack does no damage but will allow the rest of your party to have +10% crit rate that round.

A demon plaguing any trace of sapiency, the lucidity within one's mind set asunder, spilled like beans. —Strength Name:*Lucid Dreaming* —Description:Fabric of dreams is a canvas to fill. Incubi have set characteristics, but are altered to an extent depending on what they are dreamed into. At this time, Gus is a senseless devourer. In order to fulfill this role, he became physically stronger, increasing his overall muscle force, able to tear limbs off a regular human like a twig, and crush bones with a bite for that sweet marrow. This further increases during Corruption.

—Strength Name:*Darkness hidden within dreams* —Description:Thriving on the fear of others, unbenknownst to its own, what lies within is merely what was lost beyond. Absorbing energy wasted by one's peers, one can remain forever strong.
>Grants a 2% HP recovery at the start of every turn for every ally under 50% SP, not counting the user.

—Weakness Name:*Ethereality* —Description:Dreams fade from memory. Having no one to remember them at all makes it almost as if they'd never existed in the first place. Sure, Gus is his own being now, yet this aspect of his formulation remains.
>Decreases Pmstr by 10% when user is under 50% HP.
—Weakness Name:*Mobious Refraction* —Description:Hiding under blankets is a valid method of keeping the monsters at bay. As such, it is safe to assume darkness both validates their existence as much as it repels it...or something. Let's just say Gus might've been dreamed into an entity that believed this to be true.
>Takes 10% more damage from Dark skills [note: counting Mudo in PvP].
—Weakness Name:*Out of control* —Description:Being as is, to Gus it matters not who he consumes. He was broken once, now there is no way to fix him. No longer technically an Incubus, a being of nightmares, but an actual live entity, when pressured, the chain unhinges, ravaging what is left in the wake.
>Deals 10% more damage when attacking Allies.
Racial S&W:
—Racial Strength Name:**Devour** —Description:Born into being a construct meant to devoure with hate comes with its perks. Restoring one's soul is easy by devouring another's essence, crushing their very existence. It provides regeneration.
>If the user's Physical skill defeats an enemy, this strength provides restoration of SP equal to 10% of the damage dealt in the final blow [note: if multiple enemies defeated by an AoE, count all of them].

—Racial Weakness Name:**Inches from the point** —Description:Unstable at best, for all he appears, within him grows ever deeper void, consuming wasted ego itself. If one cares not of well-being, one will only sink. Incubi are this, at best, when formulated into reality, it clashing with their core existence as mere constructs, resulting in disaster under strain.
>Decreases Lk for the duration of the battle by 5% at start of each turn for every ailment suffered by the user at the time, up to the maximum of 30% decrease.

He had already seen this attack so faking the hit for it was easier than it would look. ~ Target the DPS, not the healer! ~ He laughed a little before turning his staff to Siku and gently patting him in the to get him "back into the fight" ~ There you go. ~ And as soon as he did that he pressed another button and as soon as he did.... * BORK * He couldn't help but laugh a little bit more about all that situation.
Holy Salve: Heal one party member 30% HP. 19 Charges.
Holy Book: Scan one enemy. Displays stats and Weaknesses. 18 Charges.
Holy Word: Raise one ally from 0 HP back to half health. 10 Charges.

Whoo, well that went pretty well, right? Though Ace would momentarily turn to the healer guy with a faint chuckle. ''Does yours come with additional sound effects?'' He had been hearing some odd sounds during this fight, though he hadn't checked up on it before as they had been busy. Now it seemed like it was pretty much over though.

Well now. It looked like the battle was going in their favor. One “enemy” was left standing after the onslaught of attacks and from the screens he could see that revealed its information, this one had very little health to go on. The demon would shift his weight a bit as he watched Ace attack once more and while successful did not seem to take out the “enemy” who was hanging on by a thread. Guess he’d have to finish that one of--eh? The demon blinked as he felt the touch of something against him. He’d turn slightly and look at their healer just as he pressed a button for said heal spell and released yet another odd sound. Oookay. The demon wasn’t quite sure how to take this at first. On one hand the sound could annoy even more so considering his hearing was way more sensitive than the others and he wasn’t fond of touch without warning, but then again.... The guy was having fun wasn’t he? Hmm. Maybe he should loosen up a bit too.
The demon tensed only for a second before letting out an amused “Heh.” Looking back at the enemy. “Thank you kindly,” he would say in a soft friendly tone before aiming a black arrow at the enemy and letting it fly. Hopefully it would hit and clear their path.
Either way, he would hear the question posed by Ace, but did nothing more than listen for now.

Gus smiled and stopped his attacks. He could see that the enemy had begun to stutter in its wake. There was no use for him to interfene any further, so he merely waited on the side.
"Quite fun, this place so far." He turned to the others and joined his hands together, putting away the rubber knife.

Moving a little bit to the side from the now defeated enemies, Ace would take to opening up and inspecting the treasure box in the way. Only to find some sort of drinks inside, alongside...some spicy sauce? Was that from the local restaurant? Weird for such an object to be put as a prize item. It could get really messy when you had to lug sauce around with you the whole way. What if someone spilled that or whatever? Whoopsie? Ah well. Ace would shrug to himself, considering he was unable to figure it out at the current moment, as he waited a bit for the rest of the team to catch up as well. He would hand each of them one of the drinks they got.
‘’It looks like we found some refreshments. No idea what these are, but free drinks are awesome either way, right?’’ Let’s just hope they weren’t going to taste too terrible. He wasn’t necessarily familiar with this brand, so it could end up being any kind of experience. Maybe later though. ‘’And I guess we got some spicy sauce too. I wonder who’s decision that was.’’ It really was such an odd pick. But hey, to each their own. And maybe there was some mystery reason behind the objects? Ace wasn’t sure what was really the objective of this exploration outside of the fact that it was supposed to be a fun adventure event of sorts. Were they going to win some extra prize if they did really well?
'’Heh, well I suppose that’s it for now. Everyone ready to keep moving? I bet we still have ways to go through this place.’’ Not that he knew how big it was, but that’s be a very short fun if it ended as fast as that. In any case, assuming no one had any complaints about it, he would soon start heading forth through the maze, looking for anything in the way that they could engage with. And as luck would have it, it appeared that there were more ‘enemies’ waiting for them just behind the set of doors that were nearby. Man, this place was rather populated, eh? It made him wonder just how many of these guys would they have to combat as they moved about. Heh, hopefully these would go down as easily as the last pair did. It would sure make things simpler for them.
Movement:
Going 2 up, 1 left through the door and 1 up again to engage the red star. P.S. Keep in mind the rest of you will have to move 5 spaces to get there. Which isn't really different, but just saying so you don't forget to note that.
