Let the fun and games begin!
The loud crack of the fireworks above and the warm glow of the lanterns surrounding invite you deeper into the tent. Shrouded in mystery and intrigue… The Fungeon has begun!
The Goal is simple, collect as much treasure as you can! Once all the treasures have been collected the Fungeon is over the the team with them most treasure wins! Be careful though... Vicious beasts block your path. To get past them you will need some special tools.

Bestial Howl: Reduce the defenses of all enemies by 10%. 10 Charges
The Rogue:
Quick Jab: Perform a t1 dex attack of one declared physical element on one enemy with a 20% chance of inflicting “poison”. Declare element when you choose this class. 20 Charges
Stealth: Cloak a party member in stealth, increasing their dodge chance by 20% for three turns. 10 Charges.
Distracting Strike: Attack the enemy with the purpose to distract them, this attack does no damage but will allow the rest of your party to have +10% crit rate that round. 10 Charges
Fungeon Layout:
Dungeon Key: Blue Stars: These are entry points, you may choose either of the four blue stars to begin from, just be sure it's clear where you are starting. You may also leave from these points at any time to end the dungeon for yourself to go partake in other events. Note: A single person can leave the party without everyone having to leave if they wish. Please choose one entrance for your team. If an entrance has already been chosen by a different team please choose a different one.
Red Stars: These are the “enemies” you have to fight! They will be actors that will challenge you to battle, defeat them to move on. Remember, they can see you for up to three spaces away and will get the jump on you! However they cannot see through doors.
Green Stars: Eye spy treasure! Throughout each room there is a treasure chest, some of them have useless items, some may be handy to you! Who knows, you might find some money or something super important in one of them!
Purple Stars: These spaces have obstacles on them! Enemies cannot see through purple stars and you cannot pass over a purple star even if you have more spaces left to move. You must stop at purple stars and complete an “adventure” puzzle. Figure out how to get passed and you can keep heading on your way!

Alright! I had been waiting for this. It was the eve of the Jump and I was already ecstatic about the thought of going to a new planet. That, along with the general hustle and bustle of the festival really put me in the spirit of things. Although it seemed childish the thought of prizes and exploring always got my blood rushing. Looking around it seemed everyone's face was new to me. We had what seemed like a regular girl, some sort of bird woman, an intimidating looking man, and a crocodile person? I was itching to ask them about their pasts and lives to add to my notebook but sadly that would have to wait. Giving a hearty wave I decided to greet the rest of my party members "Hey guys! I'm Nagami, let's do our best to clear this." I say excitedly. Looking around at the faces in our entry point I was confident we could get it done. Looking around at my surroundings everything looked safely built, most of the walls as well as the ground were padded in case of slips and falls. Everything was decorated super vibrantly, almost like one giant circus. I was actually mildly worried about the actors, the only type of fighting I know is from the streets and I was a bit concerned I'd get too into it. However, looking at the sets of weapons it would seem that I had nothing to worry about.
Whatever the case may be we had to get started. Wandering over to the adventure kits I spied a pair of foam daggers in the corner. Scooting over I picked them up in my hands, light enough and lets me move quickly on my feet. I give them a few test swings in the air and couldn't help but chuckle a little bit. They felt like they should, like toys, and in hindsight, I bet I looked a bit silly to the rest of my group. Looking straight down the hall in front of us, I could see some sort of obstacle blocking our route. I guess the only way to go was right. I looked over at my team, "Ok let's get started. Time to see what's behind door number one..." I say, pointing to the corridor to my right with one of my blades. Although we could've progressed onwards, the mystery, as well as the prospect of reward was tempting and I'm pretty sure everyone else felt the same.
Info:
Picked the Rogue box. Slash for the element. The starting point is the star in the top left, moving two right and two down through the door to engage enemies at the red star.

Lo and behold, the long awaited festival of going to a new universe....... even after years of studying about the relevant shit this still hurts my head. Which I guess would make sense since this place is so supernatural and advanced technologically, it would likely take me a lot longer for me to catch up. But anyway, enjoying this festival is top priority. Who knows when we can have so much fun again? And the drinking oooooh the drinking. I should get with the Turba Sanguis for a fun little drinking competition. Gods know we deserve to let loose some. Anyway, focus on the fungeon, can't go overboard, this is just fun...... what the hell was the term for it.... larping? I think this is close to larping. Yeah, gotta hold back and have fun. Anyway, looks like my team consists of a young-looking man, a bird woman of one species or another, though not from my world, a young woman, and some sort of crocodile person. Quite the odd little team, and i mean little because all of them are at least a foot shorter than me... but then again I am a bit of a giant, so there's that. Ugh, I probably look all intimidating to them now that i think about it. What with the scars, mechanical hand (Which I made sure to cover in foam, can't have accidents happening. Seriously, it is surprisingly hard to make sure not to go overboard with a metal hand.), and missing eye...... damnit, I should have gotten an eye-patch. Well, at least I also put myself into my regular outfit of a black shit, long beige pants, and black boots. It looks like the young looking man has talked first. His name is Nagami eh? Guy looks pretty excited about this.
"Sup everyone. The name's Bellum. It's a pleasure to make your acquaintances. Shall we begin?" I say plainly then politely to them. I wonder how they'll react to this giant being polite. It feels appropriate that I got the 'Knight Kit' upon entering here. If things had gone differently............. there's no use brooding about the past. It's over and done with, and i'm making a new life here. Wait a minute, now that i look at Nagami, he seems to be channeling the excitement of his inner kid for this. Looks like he is really admiring this place, and now that I think about it so am I. Everything is so happy and peaceful, so bright and jubilant compared to my home world. It makes me feel content. Though it does seem that he was a bit worried before now that i think about it, he seemed to recover from that worry easily. But anyway, to equipment, just a foam sword and a foam gauntlet. Ahh, toy weapons, what every child should dream of obtaining. Hmm? Nagami is practice swinging with his foam daggers. I give him a noticeable thumbs up as my sign of approval for said action. If he was practice swinging like that, he must at least know how to handle a weapon. So, he's earned some points in my book for trying to adapt to fun toy daggers. Anyway, it looks like we are advancing. There's some obstacle that our first guy is avoiding, so I follow him into the door to the right. And it looks like we are entering through it. I smile at his comment. "Nothing this sword of true justice can't handle." I say trying to suppress my laughter at my attempt at theatrics. "Anyways, let's go."
Info:
Choosing the knight kit, foam blade of fate is pierce, and foam gauntlets of devastation are bash.
Strength Arcana:Pros: The Personas of the Chariot Arcana are commonly Personas excelling in Physical-based attacks. Users have a latent 15% boost in physical-based skills and 15% defense boost against slash skills.
—Strength Name: Mechanical Hand —Description: Due to the nature of having a new hand that is stronger than your previous flesh and blood one, it could be very useful. Though there could be many uses for it in combative situations, it could also be useful for other things, like hard work. Carrying heavy objects, latching onto things, and many other possibilities with a stronger, metal hand. WILL NOT BE UTILIZED FOR THIS BECAUSE WE DON'T WANT PEOPLE HURT.
—Strength Name: No Wasted Movements —Description: Due to his experience with combat and comparably unwieldy weapons, he has learned how to best attack so as to not waste any energy with unecessary movements and also speed up his attacks to a surprising degree.
Allows Bellum to attack twice with dexterity attacks. Smooth moves man
—Strength Name: War Veteran —Description: Due to having been through many wars in his old homeland, he has plenty of experienced fending for himself, surviving.... and killing. This may have consequences, but it's perks have made him strong, hardy, resilient, adaptable, and even wise. This has also made him quite observant and made his senses that are not taste or sight more acute (cause taste is useless and he is half-blind). Will be moderated FOR FUN
—Strength Name: Herculean Strength —Description: Bellum has been training to be stronger than anyone since he was a lad of 10 years. With the many wars he's been through, the brutal self-inflicted training, (FE Fans.... compare it to Frederick's Fanatical Fitness Hour, but double the fanatical.), along with the gear that he carried and the construction work that he is currently doing, has made him basically a paragon of fitness and strength. He can easily lift weights most others couldn't even attempt, like 400 pounds. WILL BE MODERATED BECAUSE WE DON'T WANT TO HURT PEOPLE
—Strength Name: Hardy —Description: Due to the nature of his old world and his occupation, Bellum ended up getting hurt alot. Though this has also made him strong enough to shrug off the pain, and it has also made him much more resilient to damage of any kind.
+10% to PEnd Nice tickling bruh.
—Weakness Name: Half-Blind —Description: Due to a combat injury from his old world, Bellum has lost his sense of sight in his right eye. Though he has compensated well for this lack of depth perception, he still has issues in more heated and fast-paced situations, such as combat.
-10% to attack accuracy. (Returns to regular accuracy percentage if 20 Luck faster than the opponent.) This is called a handicap.
—Weakness Name: False Hand —Description: Having a new hand isn't all fun and games. Though he has had it for a decade at this point, he still feels phantom pains from losing his hand, along with the fact that it is not as dextrous as a regular hand, which makes it fortunate that Bellum lost his non-dominant hand. AGAIN, WILL NOT BE UTILIZED BECAUSE WE DON'T WANT PEOPLE HURT.
—Weakness Name: Terrors of War —Description: Bellum has seen the worst of humanity in the war he was in, and been a part of it somewhat in his quest for vengeance. He has seen people burned alive, torn apart, and all sorts of things no young lad is meant to see, along with watching his father be executed. This has permanently scarred him, and though he tries to hold tightly to his beliefs and virtues, the supposed legacy of his father, sometimes he can't help but lose faith in people, even in himself. THIS IS THE FUNGEON NOT THE PAINGEON
—Weakness Name: Traumatized —Description: Due to the horrors Bellum has witnessed, he is frequently tossing and turning in his sleep due to nightmares, reliving horrible events, and being basically a shellshocked veteran, sometimes waking up in a cold sweat. Though he has gotten help for it with his friends and company, he is still suffering greatly. Hopefully he can be at peace before the end of his life. THIS IS THE FUNGEON NOT THE PAINGEON
—Weakness Name: Lurking Rage —Description: Due to his nature when cornered in combat, he basically has a pool of rage inside of him waiting to be released uncontrollably to attack his foes and survive.
+15% Chance to be inflicted with the Rage ailment. THIS IS THE FUNGEON NOT THE PAINGEON
Foam Blade Of Fate: Perform one t1 Physical attack of one declared physical element on one enemy. Declare element when you choose this class. (Pierce Element)
Foam Shield of Justice: Raise one ally’s defense by 10% for three turns. 20 Charges.
Foam Gauntlets of Devastation: Perform one t1 Physical attack of one declared physical element against all foes. Declare element when you choose this class. 10 Charges. (Bash Element)

Being around the people in the Top Ward was infuriating, so it was no surprise that Gisèle had gotten the urge to start hitting things... particularly them, but as was she knew she'd have to tolerate their existences at least a little while longer, so she took the safer option and opted to sign up for this "Fungeon" thing. It was nothing more than a mock fight, but even a charade like this could allow for some catharsis assuming that the actors were any good at playing their parts. Armed with a plethora of spells (read: bean bags) and donning an unholy cloak which radiated with the almighty powers of the ancients (read: a used rain coat she found which smelled like dust and death), the Scourge of Kings took up the role of a black mage with all the eery silence that came with it.
She gave her teammates a quick glance and looked them over, but their short introductions wouldn't elicit much of a reaction from her. There was one person who caught her eye though, a slightly familiar face amidst a group otherwise full of complete strangers. It was probably a coincidence, but it was an interesting one nevertheless. A wide grin spread across her face for a split second and she gave a hushed, short-lived chuckle, but whatever amusement she derived from this twist of fate would fade away soon enough. With a pull of the strings at the top, she'd tighten her hood further concealing her face beneath it and would trail behind the overly eager boy and the giant with her eyes set on the actors up ahead.

Heather didn't often have actual fun. That wasn't to say she COULDN'T have fun, it was just rare. And usually it ranged from Illegal to SUPER Illegal. Today was different though. Apparently there were enemies to beat up in this so called 'Fungeon' and that alone was enough to make her give it a shot. She had gone to cast dumb lightning bolts, or whatever, but instead had ended up with...the healer role. One she would take will extremely well hidden disgust. "Hiya~ I'm Heather, but you can call me Ankh...actually don't that'd be super weird! I'm here for Fun and Booty!...like, treasure, not THAT kinda booty! I heard there were enemies to beat up so I came but all I got was this staff! So i'm gonna help you sucka's beat up enemies! Do a good job alright! if we all do our best, we'll clear this in no time!" She gave a thumbs up. She followed the others, deciding not to object for the time being. So long as they protected the White Mage she would just follow.
Well. That was odd. There was something strange about the one in the cloak... not that she was going to question it.

Urgh. This was stupid. Why was she doing this to herself, she barely even wanted to come up to this stupid festival in the first place. Whoopie, we're doing the same stupid thing we do all year round, going to some other cruddy planet, picking up even more idiots to join the ride of the million world city. Urgh. Why was she such a downer all the time. Stupid people just annoyed her, she couldn't help that. Regardless, if she was going to be up here she might as well do something and, well, the idea of being allowed to punch some guys in the face whether it be "pretending" or not seemed more up her ally than anything else going on around here. Though she'd probably have to hold back a little... Which could prove annoying.
Stepping into the place after signing herself up, Yeara would notice the others that she was supposedly meant to work together with. Good. Time for her super amazing social skills to take over. "Yeara." She'd state bluntly as everyone else seemed to be exchanging names. Hey it was better than the girl in the white hood did, at least she said something. Not that she was surprised, but they seemed to be quite an odd selection of people. The girl in the hood, some aquatic looking person, a regular guy then... Well, he still looked like a guy, he was just really tall. Like, probably having to duck under all the door frames tall. Whatever. The one winged Talarian would pick up the ranger set, not because it was really the set that she would of chosen if given the choice, but it was the only one no one else picked and she didn't want whoever she shared a class with to start talking to her about it. With a light roll of her eyes, she'd follow the others. Time to see if any of this was worth coming to she guessed.

Yeara would follow the group into the first room they came across, she didn't really know what she was expecting to find as the "bad guys" but... This was, not exactly what she was expecting. Psh. It didn't matter, if they were the ones that were being paid to let them beat 'em up. Didn't matter what they looked like. Yeara would pull back the string of the bow she'd been given and placed an ordinary foam arrow into the notch and began to aim. Kinda unsure how good her aim was with a bow, it had been a while.

Hmm, the woman that is with us..... her rain coat smells of death. Why the legitimate fuck is she wearing something that smells of death in a bloody FESTIVAL!? And she's even being silent for extra creepiness. But it looks like she did chuckle at one of us..... for some reason. She is really giving me weird vibes because of her actions. Wait a minute.... is she trying to act like a dark mage? ......overboard. Too overboard. Ah, so the crocodile person is female and named Heather. .....it seems that she is too excited and eager to beat people up. "Uhm, this is supposed to be fun and games, not beating people into submission with foam toys." I say hesitantly pointing out. Pls don't ruin the fun. Ah, the bird-woman also introduced herself as Yeara. ....She doesn't seem to be enjoying this much. I wonder why? Anyways, it looks like we have the full set and some enemies are awaiting. .....Is that cat missing an eye? Shit, you have my sympathies if it's not part of the costume.... Anyway, i ready my SWORD OF JUSTICE(Regular foam sword) and attack the FOUL FELINE(Cat) with ALL MY MIGHT(Tapping it).

Relevant(?) Strengths/Weaknesses:
—Strength Name: Eat the Rich —Description: When fighting against another character Gisèle will deal 10% more damage to them if they have more VC than her in their inventory.
—Strength Name: Warrior of Chaos —Description: Throughout all her many incarnations across the multiverse the Scourge of Kings has always been a skilled swordswoman. Under the rare circumstance that she wasn't able to rely on her supernatural powers, she could fall back on her prowess with a blade and her natural speed to deal with her opponents. Mechanically this translates to her being able to attack twice in one turn with her soulbound weapon.
—Weakness Name: Strange Bedfellows —Description: Needless to say by now, Gisèle is not very fond of those at the top of the food chain in society, so working alongside them can prove quite difficult. If the majority of her allies have more VC than her then any healing or buff skills used on her by her party will be 5% less effective. This means that a basic Media would only heal 15% of her HP instead of 20%, an unboosted Tarukaja would only give her a 25% increase in attack power, etc. This effect doesn't apply to passives, however, so skills such as Auto-Mataru would be unaffected by it.
—Weakness Name: Aquaphobia —Description: Every time she stares out into the waters Gisèle is reminded of... unpleasant memories. Around significant amounts of water, she feels incredibly uncomfortable and she'll try her best to avoid it at any cost making swimming or visiting an aquarium out of the question for her. This also has the mechanical effect of increasing her chance of being inflicted with Fear for the next two turns after being struck by an ice or water skill. Ice increases the chance by 5% whereas water increases it by 10%. The extra chances don't stack on top of each other though; for instance, if she was hit by an ice skill and then shortly after hit by a water skill the 10% boost would override the 5%.
—Racial Weakness Name: Azure Sin —Description: Gisèle's inexorable ties to her myth and her supernatural nature grant her a means of defying death, but they also ensure that she will forever be a slave to the parable from which she sprung. As such, she will never be free of that Azure Sin, the crime that stained her inside and out and stole from her her humanity, that very first murder that her tragedy itself is intrinsically rooted in. It matters not whether the tale is true or false, whether or not someone could convince her that it was just a legend; she is nothing more than an actor on a stage, a pawn of pawns cursed to play the role she was given. And so shall the waters forever reject her, so shall she never know comfort within the waves.
What this means is that if someone were to submerge her body in water after killing her through real damage they'd negate her chance of revival and cause her to experience death as she normally would. However, this also has another and arguably much more potent effect.
Any time a water skill is used on Gisèle it has a chance of instantly killing her as if it were a light or dark skill of an equivalent tier. The way the skills normally function doesn't change meaning that she still receives damage in PvS from being attacked by them, they just have an extra benefit when used against her on top of that. Any relevant boosts to water skills will also increase the chance of the instant kill being a success but just like for light and dark skills it can't exceed the cap that's in place.

Looks like we were doing some pretty good damage. I liked the big guy, he was really getting into the mood of things. Heather was also getting me into the groove of things. I didn't want to judge but Yeara and the silent one were bringing down the mood a little bit. But you can't win them all! "This time for sure!" I say, rushing forward with my two daggers into a slide I aim at the cat's side before stopping behind it and giving it a right shank in the back.
