| After getting regaining her footing Susan brought her weapon back up to the hip with one hand, quickly assessing the damages with her free one. ....there was blood. Her skull had been pierced through, the bone had been- ...no, no the blood was from when she had hit her head on the ground earlier. She was fine. Either way it didn't matter, she was still in a condition she could fight in. Even if she had risen like some grotesque zombie the demon threat still needed to be quelled. Many things were going through her mind that she attempted to suppress, to instead focus on the immediate. She could fret about being shot in the head later, or being forced to raise her weapon against civilians, or children being burned to death. All could be dealt with in time but not now lest it turn her into a shivering neurotic mess in the middle of a combat situation. She placed her trembling hands back on her P90 and stood on shaky feet, her mind aching Seshat back into existence to continue the suppressing assault of light spears. The businesswoman needed to regain control of the situation, it was the only way they were going to succeed. Despite nearly being killed she remained on the front lines. Hatsuharu had implied that her team did not care for being accounted for in terms of statistics and tactical options but this was the only way to form coherent battle strategies. Whether or not he or anyone else liked it facts were facts and hard numbers could be trusted over nonsense such as strength of spirit, it could not be relied upon like math and logic could. But she was no exception to this equation. She could fathom that her team would not wish to be expended or placed in harm's way in order to accomplish a maneuver or object but that was not her goal, her goal was complete and utter battlefield control. It wasn't to save her own skin or to sacrifice others for herself. And so if she would need to be at the forefront of the attack formation and in peril in order to accomplish this a offensive strategy so be it. She accepted the risk. | It was hard watching Susan go down and to be frank it took alot of effort to maintain the calmness he was displaying as he automatically went to her side. "You ok?" he would ask before watching the enemy unleash more attacks upon them. This horde was becoming annoying. Even so he was more concerned about the woman who was actually bleeding from hitting her head. Not good and while she seemed more or less determined to push through, he had to wonder how this was really effecting the lady. Unlike everyone else she did display more natural reactions to this unnatural situation. He made a note to ask her, but for now nodded at the woman's request. "Understood," he would say taking a spot to help keep the enemy bottled in before pushing off the ground to attack. - Hatsuharu - Level 9 – Main Line:

| There were some things in life that, Haru just didn’t get. Like this whole concept of sacrificing yourself for something you barely knew or seemingly had any remotely human understanding of the situation. See when the enemy attacked the demon, Ms. Hunt decided to be like a robot for some odd reason and kind of let herself be Koed for a creature that didn’t even bat an eye or mourn what she had done. No rage or anything. Just focused attack. It was a bit disturbing to be frank and made him wonder for a brief moment just what it was about this demon that Ms. Hunt saw worth it enough to sacrifice herself for. It was weird and maybe he would’ve done something if it weren’t for the enemy turning its attention on him. While one missed the other did not, the blows that assaulted him stinging pretty good even more so since the effect Ms. Hunt had cast had decide now was a good time to wear off. Taking the blows, but staying on his feet, Haru would pull his energy up as he shifted from his position and his made his way over to Ms. Hunt. “Cover me,” he would request as he made it to Ms. Hunt’s side and after digging in his pocket used an item that would hopefully get her back on her feet. - Hatsuharu - Level 9 – Main Line:

| As Susan was able to quickly fall back into a battle stance she would focus on keeping the enemy at bay with her spears of light, summoning Seshat yet again to keep the Demons off of them. Yet Officer Hunt would stand before her captured Demon in the midst of a fatal attack. Considering that the Demon would be forever dead as she had seen before and Cecilia would be only temporarily unconscious she would laud this as a wide decision, one she had considered herself though her unique disposition and hesitance would prevent her from stepping before the attack herself. She would allow the flow of battle to play out, confident in the abilities of her teammates and sound choices. As she took to unsteady feet Hatsuharu would join her and she would not be dishonest. "N-No," she answered, aware of the impact to her mental faculties and ability in combat, "B-but I do not need assistance, p-please assist other team members or maintain aggressiveness...!"
