Takes 15% of total health off the opponent each turn, for three turns. Can be put out by a bufu skill used on self that matches tier. Effects do not stack
Fire Boost | Increases Fire damage output 25%
[spoiler="Action!"] Dex slash attack on Ripper - 18 damage No missing!
PvS Guest Battle Initiated: Press 'F' To Pay Respects!
Environment:
>The dancing couples within the area continue to waltz and frolic about to the music... >The tempo of the music has begun to quicken gradually... >A miasma is present... [Ailments are boosted by 20%]
Soul Skill Name: Dispatched in Mankind's Darkest Hour Persona Name: Svalinn Tier: Tier 1 Cost: Passive Type of Damage: N/A Description: If an ally's health drops below 25%, the effectiveness of Cecilia's healing and buff skills will increase by 10%. This boost will last for the next four turns and will be taken into account when she heals/buffs any member of the party (including herself). It does not stack on top of itself and can only be acquired once per battle.
Invigorate 1 | Recovers 3 SP on each user turn | Passive | Tier 1
—Strength Name: To Protect and Serve —Description: Though Cecilia may not be able to harm and damage her enemies, she can utilize her soulbound in other ways. If she guards her soulbound shield will increase her PEnd and MEnd by 20% for the turn.
—Strength Name: Prideful —Description: Cecilia's arrogance can get grating, but at the same time it can come off as a reassuring display of confidence. Upon entering the start of a dungeon, she has a 50% chance of increasing the courage of an ally of her choosing by one level for the duration of a single topic. If the dungeon is exited or Cecilia leaves the party then this level boost will disappear from the individual.
—Weakness Name: Pacifistic —Description: Cecilia cannot and will not bring herself to harm a living being. The violence she witnessed during the Eternal Divide fucked with her developing mind to the point where the mere thought of hurting a living entity on any level or scale sickens her. As a result, she can never attack someone directly regardless of the circumstances. Her soulbound cannot be used to inflict damage, she doesn't get to carry a side-arm with her, her Persona can't use attack skills, she can't slap/punch/stab someone, etc. It doesn't matter if she's about to die or even if it means the downfall of the government -- she simply cannot bring herself to stain her hands with the blood of another. And while she does accept it as a necessary evil and will allow the rest of her party to kill, she will always advocate for a more peaceful route if her opinion is asked for -- especially when it's humans she's dealing with.
—Weakness Name: Prejudiced —Description: Cecilia will refuse to negotiate with Demons unless no one else in her party is willing and/or able to.
—Weakness Name: Sweet Tooth —Description: Cecilia has a love of sweets and will take her sweet time (no pun intended) enjoying the flavor. HP recovering items restore 5% less HP than they usually would.
—Strength Name: Glorious Melee Combat —Description: There's nothing more manly than two warriors shanking each other with a piece of metal, at least that's what Albrecht thinks. This love for melee combat makes the Forgotten even more effective at it granting a 10% Dex damage with melee soulbounds.
—Strength Name: Langschwert —Description: As one of the Black Lions, Albrecht received intense military training and his weapon of choice was the long sword. He know effectively how to use one and various techniques, such as half-swording and sundering. This strength allows Albrecht to perform two dexterity attacks in combat.
—Weakness Name:Melee Fighter —Description: Despite having accesses to ranged weapons, it is far from being his field of expertise, his focus on melee combat required that he sacrificed some ranged combat training. Gun attacks deal 10% more damage.
—Weakness Name: Not GLORIOUS MELEE COMBAT —Description: Gun fights are alright, if you are into that sort of thing. Certainly not nearly as good as GLORIOUS MELEE COMBAT. Albrecht deals 10% less damage with Gun.

Using Susan's I'm the One in Control! Strength to change the target of Kouga to Jack the Ripper.
The plan worked flawlessly, even as she struggled to breath while the paper dug into her fingers, wrists, and neck. The team had managed to coordinate well enough to turn what was once feared a dangerous situation into a controlled one, using the enemy's advantage against them to put them on the ground. Officer Frost did exactly as she told him to do, frighteningly so. He continued to slash at either the terrorist or mind-controlled hostage savagely. She immediately regretted telling him to do so. Susan herself had said that if he would get back up again he would kill them all, and that was still true, but he was in a position for subdual and not death. It made her question if this was an acceptable loss or not, as she questioned it in the training exercise.
He is eliminating potential hostages. This is counter-productive to our directives and a direct failing of your tactical abilities. If you cannot deal with this situation I will handle it for you.
Seshat raised a hand that began to glow, prepared to shoot Officer Frost in the back for trusting Susan's input. She would not have that. The small woman fought harder, freeing a hand to loop around the bandage on her right wrist and tugging it sharply. "You will not!" The pull caused Seshat's hand to jerk to her left, instead discharging the luminous blast into the other grounded being. The bandages quickly began to fade as Susan found her confidence, leaving her gasping for breath and massaging her bruised throat.
Rearguard: Support skills (tactical skills, healing, buffs and debuffs) receive a 5% boost in terms of potency (if they refer to percents in how they work.) and your SP and Luck will be raised by 40%. However, in the Rearguard your attack stats will be lowered by 50%.
Strength: Professional Courtesy - Charm and Rage have their success rates lowered by 15% against Susan. Strength: I'm the One in Control! - Once per withdrawal from Persona Overdose Susan can choose the target of a skill she uses instead of rolling randomly. She makes this choice after rolling for her target. The skill is still rolled randomly like normal.
Weakness: Not According to Plan - Panic and Fear have an extra 15% chance to succeed against Susan. Weakness: Rip Off the Bandage - When Susan is suffering the negative effects after Persona Overdose she loses 10% of her total HP every turn. This damage can and will knock her unconscious if she isn't careful but it can't result in her death since her Persona won't willingly kill its host.

Her comrades taking advantage of the situation managed to put the enemy on its last legs, just as she'd planned to do. Not from the beginning yet for at least a minute now, since they managed to make the battlefield more hazardous. Speaking of which, the dancers began to twirl once more yet Susan paid no heed. The threat had to be eliminated. She would take the risk. She grasped at her aching throat and called out to her Ego to destroy the final threat in a pillar of light.

They had won in the nick of time. Defeating their enemy, one named Jack the Ripper as had been written by the Goddess of Scribes had warded off the dancing crowd and saved them from a savage beating among the chaos. They were able to slip away when their path was unhindered. Susan massaged her aching throat, it was already starting to bruise from the trauma. The long-term effects of her Persona worried her, among other things. She worried if one day she would lose her voice permanently from all the damage to her voice box. She was also concerned about the mission, more so about the mission in fact. The level of unfiltered aggression and carnage coming from her teammates was something to fret over but it may even be necessary. The timid woman would not make any more comments on the matter until she could be certain. It was a nice thought to believe they could save the day, to rescue the mind-controlled civilians without any collateral damage yet that was unrealistic. Priorities had to be made. At the moment their lives were worth more than those of the ordinary citizens since they were the only ones who would stand a chance against the terrorists and prevent this from happening in the future.
"W-we've no time to waste..." Susan croaked, still rubbing her neck, "Th- *aheck ahack...!* ...the way forward is clear again. I posit we will find another mirror or a source of light or laser. We need to *nnnnnack ack!* ...we need to solve this puzzle to win the game, I-I believe this is the correct course of action." Susan began to move at a jog, Seshat floating behind her to provide her calming, enlightening glow to dance across the miasma.
