As the Icy gale blew past, and Rampage managed to dodge it she shook the frost off the fur on her lower half "Hmm...not good...." she muttered as she then grabbed the extra mask she had and slipped it on over her face "Well then I will just have to rely on Colchak" she said with a smile as a yellow aura started to envelop her and out of the aura stepped her mask demon but rather then use it to attack Rampage instead moved in to launch another quick pair of punches at the woman.

The witch didn't even try to get out of the way. It was cold. The cold didn't hurt her that bad. But she learned something from looking at the bitch's horoscope, she didn't like fire. That put a grin on her face. As she raced forward to get a soccer kick in on the demon when cowgirl knocked her down the skinny chick didn't say anything. And didn't say anything as she charged her magic with the crackle of lightning. She just laughed. "Aheeheeheeheehaha! Aaaaaaahahaha, AAAAAAHAHA!AAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAAAAIIIIEEEEE!!"

As Cow Girl charged in and kept working the body the witch slithered out of the way of the lightning bolt and started to pace menacingly, idly twirling her staff through her fingers. "Aheheh, come oooooooon, what's the matter? We're just havin' fun," she threatened. Lightning crackled up and down her form as her free hand tensed and untensed. Her lone eye shone from beneath her hat.
With strange echoing words that felt... wrong... the air shifted. The demon woman would begin to feel incredibly dry, her protection against Fire waned. The energy in Wicked's hand began to surge as she tensed her body.

Weal and Woe:
Soul Skill Name: Weal and Woe Persona Name: Bridgette Bishop Tier: Tier 3 Cost: 25 SP Type of Damage: Buff/Debuff Description: Witches are masters of hexes, specific spells designed to manipulate the magical energies latent in their environment, specifically mana or life energy. With these curses they can turn good things into very, very bad things and twist a tragedy into a blessing. Patricia can manipulate a target's natural mana to corrupt or negate their blessings and ills by speaking words of power or using hand signs, granting fortune or misfortune.
Patricia selects any target with an active buff or debuff. That buff or debuff now does the opposite of what it did before and cannot be dispelled or extended or cancelled out by applying the same type of buff or debuff (Ex. a target with corrupted Tarukaja suffers from a 30% penalty to attack, Taunt, Tarukaja, and Heat Riser won't be able to apply their attack buff while Tarukaja is still corrupted). Any target can only be targeted by one instance of Weal and Woe at a time and for only one buff or debuff at a time. A target that has been affected by Weal and Woe cannot be affected again until 2 turns have passed after its effect ends. For buffs or debuffs with alternate effects such as Soul Skills Patricia can choose an appropriate opposite effect for Weal and Woe (GM discretion necessary for weird effects).
