Dispatched in Mankind's Darkest Hour (3/4) Light of Latmus (45%) (0/3)
Role:
Rearguard: The team at the backlines. In this formation, you'd usually want to put your support oriented members. Support skills (tactical skills, healing, buffs and debuffs) receive a 5% boost in terms of potency (if they refer to percents in how they work.) and your SP and Luck will be raised by 40%. However, in the Rearguard your attack stats will be lowered by 50%.
Light of Latmus | Raises all allies' Defense by 30% for 3 turns. | 12 SP | Tier 3
Raised to 45% by Rearguard boost and passive.
Passives:
Invigorate 1 | Recovers 3 SP on each user turn | Passive | Tier 1
Soul Skill Name: Dispatched in Mankind's Darkest Hour Persona Name: Svalinn Tier: Tier 1 Cost: Passive Type of Damage: N/A Description: If an ally's health drops below 25%, the effectiveness of Cecilia's healing and buff skills will increase by 10%. This boost will last for the next four turns and will be taken into account when she heals/buffs any member of the party (including herself). It does not stack on top of itself and can only be acquired once per battle.
Queen's Example | Becomes immune to all mental ailments. | Tier 4
Relevant(?) Strengths/Weaknesses:
—Strength Name: To Protect and Serve —Description: Though Cecilia may not be able to harm and damage her enemies, she can utilize her soulbound in other ways. If she guards her soulbound shield will increase her PEnd and MEnd by 20% for the turn.
—Weakness Name: Pacifistic —Description: Cecilia cannot and will not bring herself to harm a living being. The violence she witnessed during the Eternal Divide fucked with her developing mind to the point where the mere thought of hurting a living entity on any level or scale sickens her. As a result, she can never attack someone directly regardless of the circumstances. Her soulbound cannot be used to inflict damage, she doesn't get to carry a side-arm with her, her Persona can't use attack skills, she can't slap/punch/stab someone, etc. It doesn't matter if she's about to die or even if it means the downfall of the government -- she simply cannot bring herself to stain her hands with the blood of another. And while she does accept it as a necessary evil and will allow the rest of her party to kill, she will always advocate for a more peaceful route if her opinion is asked for -- especially when it's humans she's dealing with.
—Weakness Name: Prejudiced —Description: Cecilia will refuse to negotiate with Demons unless no one else in her party is willing and/or able to.
—Weakness Name: Sweet Tooth —Description: Cecilia has a love of sweets and will take her sweet time (no pun intended) enjoying the flavor. HP recovering items restore 5% less HP than they usually would.

With her Eye of Horus Soul Skill Susan can provide remote support from an individual marked with it. She has placed an Eye of Horus on Jackie, Cecilia, and Albrecht this topic. As long as those players are active in battle and not KO'd Susan can provide remote support and monitoring, if they are switched out or become KO'd she can no longer do so.
Healing Wave acts on the team regardless of who's in the active party.
Eye of Horus:
Soul Skill Name: Eye of Horus Persona Name: Seshat Tier: Tier 2 Cost: 15 SP Type of Damage: Support Description: Susan can enscribe an Eye of Horus onto a person or surface, allowing her supernatural senses where she places it.
When placed on a person the Eye of Horus allows Susan to experience things that person sees or hears and can scan enemies just like Remote View. The key difference is that unlike Remote View which establishes a remote call between the team Susan can only communicate back and forth between whoever is marked. They also need to communicate to other teammates through Susan, as in they need to tell Susan to talk to other people, they cannot directly communicate with each other. When this skill is used in this way Susan communicates to others via sending words and information into their field of vision like a Heads Up Display, the other player must speak aloud to communicate back with Susan.
When used in a dungeon the Eye of Horus senses everything within line of sight in 6 spaces through sight and hearing.
When used in PvP she senses everything within line of sight and hearing of an Eye of Horuse when not placed on a person to a range of 3 meters for every 20 points in PMstr.
Susan can place one Eye of Horus for every 20 points she has in PMstr. If she places more she must choose which one is erased to support the new mark. An Eye of Horus lasts until the end of a topic. Susan can combine this skill with her Rewrite skill by adding its SP cost to place the hieroglyph at a touch and dictate how it appears.
"T" appeared to revel in their shocked expressions and hesitation. As out of place as it was, despite the threats of impending death and the horrors she'd seen Susan could think of nothing else than how closely this followed the mental profile she had been building for him. He not only wanted to defeat them, he wanted to play the villain and be feared. But Officer Jackie was able to resist the horror as Officer Hunt was unaffected completely, and they would regain composure. Susan had an additional fear, and that would be rashness of action considering her warning. Susan could feel a distortion in the air through... some... means... She did not understand it, it was like the fog yet more malevolent. And it was similar to the cackling of Serah Wilson. The businesswoman would not speak or flinch, instead allowing her P90 to dangle from its sling as she summoned her shepherd's crook to block her body. She stood resolute as she began to gain a foothold. Her confidence soared as she started thinking quickly enough to counteract his schemes.
HP: 231 + 50 (Mark of Chaos) = 187 / 281 SP: 242 / 315 + 31 (Guarding) = 273 / 315 (Susan never acted because of Fear so Traumatic Feedback didn't trigger) PEnd: 30% MEnd: 32% PPstr: 42 (21) PMstr: 80 (40) Dx: 39 (19) Lk: 90 (126)

Priestess Arcana: +5% to Tactical Support skills.
Light of Latmus: +45% Defense 1/3
Strength: Professional Courtesy - Charm and Rage have their success rates lowered by 15% against Susan. Strength: I'm the One in Control! - Once per withdrawal from Persona Overdose Susan can choose the target of a skill she uses instead of rolling randomly. She makes this choice after rolling for her target. The skill is still rolled randomly like normal.
Weakness: Not According to Plan - Panic and Fear have an extra 15% chance to succeed against Susan. Weakness: Rip Off the Bandage - When Susan is suffering the negative effects after Persona Overdose she loses 10% of her total HP every turn. This damage can and will knock her unconscious if she isn't careful but it can't result in her death since her Persona won't willingly kill its host.

—Strength Name: Glorious Melee Combat —Description: There's nothing more manly than two warriors shanking each other with a piece of metal, at least that's what Albrecht thinks. This love for melee combat makes the Forgotten even more effective at it granting a 10% Dex damage with melee soulbounds.
—Strength Name: Langschwert —Description: As one of the Black Lions, Albrecht received intense military training and his weapon of choice was the long sword. He know effectively how to use one and various techniques, such as half-swording and sundering. This strength allows Albrecht to perform two dexterity attacks in combat.
—Weakness Name:Melee Fighter —Description: Despite having accesses to ranged weapons, it is far from being his field of expertise, his focus on melee combat required that he sacrificed some ranged combat training. Gun attacks deal 10% more damage.
—Weakness Name: Not GLORIOUS MELEE COMBAT —Description: Gun fights are alright, if you are into that sort of thing. Certainly not nearly as good as GLORIOUS MELEE COMBAT. Albrecht deals 10% less damage with Gun.

Of course "T" would take this opportunity to needle at them while their defenses were up, but it was a foolish endeavor. From what she'd read the flow of combat was decided by focusing maneuvers in critical locations. "T" had hit a hard point, not a soft spot, one that was well defended and nigh impervious to assault although he did make the smart move of weakening them. Were it not for Officer Hunt's protective barrier Susan may not have been standing just then, she could feel the pain of the blows amplified but did not falter under the strikes. Without lowering her weapon or gaze the businesswoman would point to Officer Jackie for Seshat to manifest to, crawling over to assist the injured Cadet by enscribing a sacred reed upon his back.

"My name is Cecilia Hunt and I swear fealty unto the Goddess of Endymion. Until every last bone in my body has been broken, until every last ounce of life within me has been snuffed out, I will serve faithfully."
Soul Skill Name: Fool's Promise Persona Name: Svalinn Tier: Tier 2 Cost: 25 SP Type of Damage: Enhance Description: Martyrdom is no light task. When this skill is used a brief but awe-inspiring wave of light will wash over the battlefield and engulf Cecilia's allies for a split second causing the removal of any ongoing debuffs present on them. All these debuffs will be replaced by an equivalent buff at half the effectiveness and duration of the original (so for example, an ally subject to a normal non-boosted Tarunda will receive a 15% boost to their attack for 1 turn, and if they had also been hit with a Sukunda of the same nature then they'd naturally receive an identical boost to agility) that has the added benefit of stacking with any other buff skills such as Rakukaja or Heat Riser. The downside to this potent ability, however, is that Cecilia will effectively suffer in the place of her allies; every debuff removed from them will automatically transfer over to her at double their full effectiveness. These debuffs will persist until the replacement-buffs on her allies expire, although thankfully the severity of a transferred debuff will remain the same regardless of the amount of party members previously afflicted by it: for instance, if three teammates were suffering from the effects of an enemy's basic Marakunda then it'd still only translate to a 60% penalty to Cecilia's defense, in spite of removing it from all of them simultaneously.
Fool's Promise clears away all debuffs. Everyone receives a 15% buff to their defense for the next turn and Albrecht receives a 25% boost to his agility alongside it; this stacks with any other ongoing buffs and bonuses. Cecilia instead receives a 60% debuff to defense and a 100% debuff to agility, however, Marakunda is still cleared from her as is Goad as it would be for a normal Dekunda.
