Railroad Track: 4 Strengths: Fire Weaknesses: Wind
Feet: Tearless Loafers
Light of Latmus (35%) (1/3) Stagnant Air (3/3) Rakunda (2/3) Panic (1/3)
Role:
Rearguard: The team at the backlines. In this formation, you'd usually want to put your support oriented members. Support skills (tactical skills, healing, buffs and debuffs) receive a 5% boost in terms of potency (if they refer to percents in how they work.) and your SP and Luck will be raised by 40%. However, in the Rearguard your attack stats will be lowered by 50%.
Invigorate 1 | Recovers 3 SP on each user turn | Passive | Tier 1
Soul Skill Name: Dispatched in Mankind's Darkest Hour Persona Name: Svalinn Tier: Tier 1 Cost: Passive Type of Damage: N/A Description: If an ally's health drops below 25%, the effectiveness of Cecilia's healing and buff skills will increase by 10%. This boost will last for the next four turns and will be taken into account when she heals/buffs any member of the party (including herself). It does not stack on top of itself and can only be acquired once per battle.
Relevant(?) Strengths/Weaknesses:
—Strength Name: To Protect and Serve —Description: Though Cecilia may not be able to harm and damage her enemies, she can utilize her soulbound in other ways. If she guards her soulbound shield will increase her PEnd and MEnd by 20% for the turn.
—Weakness Name: Pacifistic —Description: Cecilia cannot and will not bring herself to harm a living being. The violence she witnessed during the Eternal Divide fucked with her developing mind to the point where the mere thought of hurting a living entity on any level or scale sickens her. As a result, she can never attack someone directly regardless of the circumstances. Her soulbound cannot be used to inflict damage, she doesn't get to carry a side-arm with her, her Persona can't use attack skills, she can't slap/punch/stab someone, etc. It doesn't matter if she's about to die or even if it means the downfall of the government -- she simply cannot bring herself to stain her hands with the blood of another. And while she does accept it as a necessary evil and will allow the rest of her party to kill, she will always advocate for a more peaceful route if her opinion is asked for -- especially when it's humans she's dealing with.
—Weakness Name: Prejudiced —Description: Cecilia will refuse to negotiate with Demons unless no one else in her party is willing and/or able to.
—Weakness Name: Sweet Tooth —Description: Cecilia has a love of sweets and will take her sweet time (no pun intended) enjoying the flavor. HP recovering items restore 5% less HP than they usually would.
Tackle | Inflicts moderate strike damage to a target. Forces the enemy to move up or down a railroad track with the user after inflicting the hit. Must be a track away to use. | Tier 2 -- 25%
Sukunda | Lowers one enemy's Agility by 30% for 3 turns. | Tier 2 -- 25%
Arrow Rain | Inflicts a moderate amount of Pierce damage twice to all enemies. |Tier 2 -- 25%
Black Keys | Inflicts a heavy amount of Slash damage to one enemy. Boosts the next physical attack by 40%, 60% instead when targeting demons. The boosts have a two turn cool-down when used. | Tier 3 -- 50%
Arrow Rain | Inflicts a moderate amount of Pierce damage twice to all enemies. |Tier 2 -- 25%
50% of 80 = 40 80 + 40 = 120 40% of 120 = 48 120 + 48 = 168 168 damage to Serah with each hit.
50% of 80 = 40 80 + 40 = 120 60% of 120 = 72 120 + 72 = 192 192 damage to Taraka with each hit.

Slowly, but surely, clarity was beginning to return to Serah as she grasped her head almost painfully. However, she was weakening. While Taraka has been damaged from their latest attack, it strangely made a sudden recovery...

The businesswoman would be satisfied that her plan was agreed with and would move over herself behind Cecilia to maintain a box formation. From this position it would be possible to escape any and all trains either through position or repositioning of the tracks, and it would be best to have a pair of bodies on each side in case the worst happened. Apparently Susan had a sixth sense for impending doom. She had tended to Serah's wounds because she known that she was a bystander in all this and she was injured, it was the first thing that had come to her mind and thus the first thing Seshat would willingly do. Shortly afterward she would hear the rap of heavy machine gun fire. She looked on with a horrified stare to find Maria waylaying into both Serah and the abomination, apparently unaware that machine guns spray. "Ma...Maria!!" she would shout over the heavy artillery, that lone word speaking for itself.
She placed a clenched hand to her face with a grimace, her own nails biting at her skin. Susan was no longer resolute in her actions. She had grown quite cross instead. It frustrated her to be part of a situation she had no control over while others made mistakes, very simple mistakes that would only take a moment's thought like what are my weapon safety rules. She had taught those to her herself. If there was one thing the businesswoman couldn't stand it was blatant disregard for procedure. But she had a job to do. The devil was strangling the life from Serah, no doubt already injured and on death's doorstep.
Strengths: Light Weaknesses: Fire Overdose Strengths: None Overdose Strengths: None Passive Boosts: +5% boost to Support Skills Light of Latmus 2/3: +35% damage reduction
Personal Strengths —Strength Name: Professional Courtesy —Description: Some might use the words "repressed" or "vanilla" or "wet blanket", but Susan considers herself well-disciplined, polite, and composed in all circumstances. To a fault, really. Her obedient nature and adherence to structure rarely ever see her cutting loose or acting inappropriately enough so that it's ingrained into her psyche to be on her best behavior.
Charm and Rage have their success rates lowered by 15% against Susan.
—Strength Name: I'm the One in Control! —Description: During the struggle that occurs after withdrawal from Persona Overdose Seshat is still physically attached to Susan. While that means that Seshat can pull her around the opposite is true: Susan can pull back. In dire straights she can exert herself to guide a rogue attack from Seshat to somewhere more desirable.
Once per withdrawal from Persona Overdose Susan can choose the target of a skill she uses instead of rolling randomly. She makes this choice after rolling for her target. The skill is still rolled randomly like normal.
Personal Weaknesses —Weakness Name: Not According to Plan —Description: While she may seem like an aloof and cold businesswoman Susan is incredibly easy to fluster. She works very poorly under pressure and isn't the best at coming up with ideas on the fly, only before or after the fact. It isn't difficult to get her to stutter and stammer at a loss for words when dealing with a situation she isn't accustomed to.
Panic and Fear have an extra 15% chance to succeed against Susan.
—Weakness Name: Rip Off the Bandage —Description: When Susan enters Persona Overdose Seshat will partially merge with her in a bid to consume her as Artificial Personas are wont to do. To free herself from Seshat's bindings Susan must struggle both physically and mentally, and the process leaves friction burns, paper cuts, bruises, and even pulled muscles in her violent fight to gain control of herself once more.
When Susan is suffering the negative effects after Persona Overdose she loses 10% of her total HP every turn. This damage can and will knock her unconscious if she isn't careful but it can't result in her death since her Persona won't willingly kill its host.
Actions & Position:

Unlike everyone else who was reacting on emotions at the situation, Haru was back to his calm and serious self. The situation was..agitating to say the least, but even so they could not afford to lose their head here. That would cause more headaches than he could handle right now. “Cool it and focus guys. We need the girl alive.”

After losing her temper at the incredulity of the situation Susan would follow Hatsuhara's advice and focus. She normally wasn't this aggressive but apparently the stress of combat brought out a particularly nasty attitude. She would need to be mindful of that in the future. "R-right. I'm sorry, I-I'll stay on task." The businesswoman calmed herself and allowed her professional facade to take over, focusing on the situation at hand rather than how she felt about it when she felt an otherworldly menace emanate from Serah as the demon strangled the life out of her, her evil choked laughter. "S-she's doing something, I don't know what. Keep on your toes!"

Haru would give a nod to Susan, happy the other decided to take his advice versus lash out or do something else unnecessary. Either way it would seem their situation was just getting worse. The girl would cast something and the demon would do its own thing. While they didn’t deal damage, the Cadet couldn’t help but feel uneasy and agree with Ms. Groves that something was indeed being pleaotted. On top of this, it seemed like another train was coming.
Yeah. Let's be careful,” he would respond back to the woman as he shifted his weight to fall into a defensive position. As he did this, his persona did the same as it landed on the tracks and kneeled looking over at the enemy. While the persona’s face couldn’t be seen its red eyes were alert and for whatever reason it was humming the song The Itsy-Bitsy Spider between soft chuckles of unstableness...and it was making sounds where anyone near by could hear. Even so Haru was not phased by his persona’s odd habits as he remained calm and collected in this situation.
