Support skills (tactical skills, healing, buffs and debuffs) receive a 5% boost in terms of potency (if they refer to percents in how they work.) and your SP and Luck will be raised by 40%. However, in the Rearguard your attack stats will be lowered by 50%.

The violence she witnessed during the Eternal Divide fucked with her developing mind to the point where the mere thought of hurting a living entity on any level or scale sickens her. As a result, she can never attack someone directly regardless of the circumstances. Her soulbound cannot be used to inflict damage, she doesn't get to carry a side-arm with her, her Persona can't use attack skills, she can't slap/punch/stab someone, etc. It doesn't matter if she's about to die or even if it means the downfall of the government -- she simply cannot bring herself to stain her hands with the blood of another. And while she does accept it as a necessary evil and will allow the rest of her party to kill, she will always advocate for a more peaceful route if her opinion is asked for -- especially when it's humans she's dealing with.

Haru is feeling drained from the battle, but holds his ground as he hears the train coming on the track next to them. Cecilia and the enemy are on the track on the other side. They’d be seperated for a bit when the train came, but it was what it was. For now, he’d give his persona a silent command while he could still see the enemy.
Meanwhile, Aquarius facepalms at this missing thing, but shakes it off as he hears a silent command from his master who is quiet, but seems pissed in a way. The persona decides not to make a comment this round as it vanishes from Haru's side and reappears on track 4 attempting to hit the demon again.
Note: + 15% boost in damage resistance against physical-based skills and +15% boost to their Ppstr.

The screeching noise was undeniable and it was easy to feel the rush of air coming. The lights grew brighter and brighter until the train sped through the tracks, dividing the rest of the party from both Cecilia and her enemy. Taraka began licking her lips as Serah smirked.

The train was loud as the wind from its passage pulled and tugged at him; however, the Cadet remained steady enough as he watched it passed. He felt power coming to him from Cecilia right before she disappeared from view. He couldn’t hear much over the sounds of the train, but he could hear the folks with him talking. “It’ll be fine. We just need to be ready once that train passes,” he would say in calm tones despite looking worse for wear. He’d summon his power once more to heal himself. Next time….
