Thanks to achieving Rank 4 with Tomomi, he and Cecil can are now eligible for a Team Attack together.
Proposal is as follows:

Team Attack Name: Calling Unannounced
Team Members Involved: Cecil, Tomomi
Personas Involved: Ankou, Goole
Team Attack Cost: 1/3 SP (Both participants)
Team Attack Tier: Tier 2
Damage Type: Wind/Dark
Description of Attack: Cecil and Tomomi blink out of sight, only to reappear by the enemy with the weapons of their personas. A blitz of bullets and whirling blades is unleashed on all foes, and then the pair vanish once more, only to reappear where they were as if nothing ever happened.
All enemies hit have a 30% chance to be inflicted with the Distress ailment.
