Fool's Promise: Interesting choice. But I would like it if you also doubled the effect it has on Cecilia. Such as if she undoes a Tarunda on her allies and gets 60% debuff to her attack. Make SP count as 25.

Edited Fool's Promise accordingly, but since you want it to be double can I remove the part about debuffs stacking on Cecilia's end? As is this can already be extremely crippling since to remove a debuff at 45% (and accordingly give out 22% buffs) she now has to take a 90% decrease -- which can potentially be to attack, defense, and agility all at once if the enemy's used enough skills or tossed down a Debilitate. If the enemy can stack further debuffs onto that then it just gets absurdly skewed since you can end up with 135% all-around debuffs on her with just Devil boost and nothing more.

As for Ichorous Prayer, right now it's just giving objects enhanced durability, although I intend to upgrade it to that level through raising the tier (as I've discussed with you in the past). Right now they don't do any dex damage though (nor do they have any of the other properties of soulbounds like being summonable) and soulbounds will make mincemeat out of them like they would any other real object, it's just that they're impervious to real damage. So a box targeted with this soul skill would become essentially invincible to, say, mundane non-soulbased gunfire for a limited time and as a result could potentially be used for cover during an ordinary firefight. Or it could be used as an easy means of blocking a real-damage knife if you couldn't summon or use your soulbound for some reason. That sort of thing. I can elaborate more if need be but it should be relatively self-explanatory.

Fool's Promise: Yeah, I'm fine with removing the part on stacking. It'd get stupidly ridiculous if your defenses goes down by 90% lol.

Ichorous Prayer affected objects just have enhanced durability. That's it. They can't be summoned, they don't do dex damage, they'll get destroyed in a single strike by actual soulbounds just like any other normal object would, they can't be used to break Personas, etc. If it helps then you can think of them as not-soulbounds but the differences heavily outweigh the one similarity they have. Right now all the soul skill's doing is making it so you can't break a stick over your knee or destroy a car with a bomb.

Tl;dr, they'll probably be like that once I upgrade it, but right now it just makes them more resilient to real damage. Nothing more.

Description: This refinement of Ichorous Prayer retains all the effects of the original but builds upon the foundation established as well. Now targets enhanced by Ichorous Prayer possess the full properties of a soulbound as opposed to merely proving impervious against real damage. They can be summoned back to Cecilia or the ally wielding them at will, they deal Tier 2 dex damage when used offensively against an enemy (caster decides on each individual casting whether the marked item deals Slash, Strike, Pierce, or Gun damage), and most importantly they can clash with other soulbounds without fear of being destroyed like a normal weapon would. However, in becoming what's effectively a temporary soulbound weapon, they lose their ability to do real damage.

Can't clash with soulbounds and also do real damage at the same time. Maybe at Tier 4, sure. Souka had a soul skill at Tier 1 that allowed him to turn anything into a soulbound. So you can adjust it a little if you want.
