—Weakness Name: I Don't Need to Study —Description: Cecilia's confidence in herself makes it difficult for her to accept she doesn't know something. Any points she gains toward ranking up her intelligence stat are decreased by half.

Didn't notice this at first, but this should come into play for that Arcadia visit:
—Strength Name: No Good Deed Goes Unrewarded —Description: Cecilia's status as a Cadet and a member of the Helper Sorority don't go unrecognized. Though many of her peers dislike her high-and-mighty attitude even they have to acknowledge her contributions to the local community and the city at large. As a result of this she's offered occasional discounts and pays 5% less VC for any item or service she's purchasing.
