"Oh, I'm a model. Like, not THE model, just...one model", she chuckled again, expecting that kind of question at one point. She was not famous yet, perhaps a bit acknowledged at the Academy due to one past campaign for a cosmetic chain. Being used to the little "fame" that rose past one successful work, it was funny to meet someone completely clueless. A proof that, indeed, George wasn't from around. "I guess you could say that. But I'm used to working since early age and, well, I live on my own and bills don't get paid on their own, right?" The girl shrugged, with a twirl turning her back again, this time facing the path in front of her. That's just what it is: she lived alone, naturally work was a necessity if she still wanted her small but comfortable apartment to return to at night. "What about you? Do you wanna be a cadet?" She could totally see that happening. George was kind of a serious, composed and disciplined guy, judging solely from the initial contact. In other words, the exact opposite of her. It wouldn't be exactly a shocking revelation if the guy expressed his desire to work for the government. That is, if he weren't a cadet already, there's no telling.

A model? That wasn't the most surprising reveal. In fact, he could really see her being one. Though anyone with eyes could tell and wouldn't be surprised. In George's case, it just came a little bit late. Whether he was just somewhat slow or has some kind of condition, it was everyone's guess.

"Oh I see," George said before turning to the side to notice another classroom of interest. He continued almost listlessly and delicately, "That explains why you're so pretty."

He just continued to watch the activity in a classroom and soon lost interest inside there. Then the man froze in place, only his eyes showed any signs of movement as it started to widen in realization of what he said. Deep inside his mind, the Touzaki heir was screaming for the poor choice of words, making his whole distress felt in his entire psyche. In the words of internet mavericks, "the spaghetti was starting to spill from his pockets".

"Hm?", she looked back to George, a smile quirking her lips upwards laced with amusement. "If I didn't know you probably aren't the type, I'd say you're trying to hit on me. So, are you?", she had this mischievous, prankster look on her face as her eyes glared at Touzaki's static motion. Of course he probably was just making a polite compliment, she wasn't paranoid as to misinterpret someone's intention like that, namely someone she had just met. However, it was just in her core to joke and mess with quiet, composed-looking people. Her special kind of fun.

"N-no! I-I... didn't... mean to..."

His face started to feel the fluster of his embarrassment. This was one helluva pickle for the Touzaki heir. Take a few minutes outside of the lab, they said. It'll be fun, they said. And here he was, having this "fun" where his head started to have blood starting to rush up his head, rendering his mental processes to lag. But if there was a saving grace, it was a phone on his pocket starting to screech for his attention. He breathed a sign of relief and took the call, he knew what it was about from examining the caller ID and found he was correct.

"Yes, this is George, speaking."

......

"I see, I'll be there soon. Thank you."

And he hung up, looking back apologetically at Brittany. But he gently smiled back at her. "I'm afraid work calls for me. Thanks for taking the time to show me around. We should meet again sometime later. How about it?"

Was he embarrassed? How cuuuute! Her inner self struggled with the urges of squealing and pinching the man's cheeks out of the adorableness of the sight! Of course she wouldn't do that, limiting her responses to a wholehearted chuckle as she watched him pick on the phone due to some precisely convenient call. Coincidentally, it was about time for her to head to the agency as well.

"Oh, no problem! I know when the hotline bling, that could only mean one thing: work time! Totally! I should be on my way as well. So, yeah, you know were you can find me!", she returned his kindness with a smile and an effusive wave before heading in the opposite direction. It was a fun meeting regardless, but it was a time to be responsible and cope with adult life's responsibilities. In due time, should George return to the Academy for whatever he's assigned too, for sure they would meet again.
