The Tormented One gave an exaggerated gasp at the question. How could he be a demon!? "Of course not, I'm just your average everyday catboy, Meow!" He responded while sweating bullets and looking left and right. To be honest, he expected them to take his words as a joke but both of these women were so deadly serious. Just who were they? Something wasn't right here. One even entertained his words and asked if his Master was currently present. His ears lowered and his tail stood up straight as he cleared his throat. "My Master could or could not be here. The rules of the game don't let me go into detail when it comes to them. L-Look at the time! I gotta go!"

Tormented One clapped his hands together before closing his eyes. His body began to dissipate from the head downward before he vanished. He was surely going to get a scolding from his Master. But it wasn't as if his Master hadn't broken the rules before aswell. After all, he was the one who gave the humans the idea of this big reveal. He pushed them towards this day, so he already altered the game to his liking! Surely T.O. couldn't be tormented for such a decision! Nor punished, right? Well, regardless if they knew about demons and his Master being nearby, this day's outcome was already set in stone to start an even bigger game. Now all that was left was himself, the two women, and the foolish Detective to meet.

"Do give your Master my regards, dear. I hope to see a good show tonight. Farewell."

It seemed the boy was easily flustered as he scurried off. Hearing what he had to say next and how he responded certainly verified a few things for the red-head. True, he didn't exactly voice out his true intentions so blatantly. But, his reactions to their questions was the kicker. So that was it. Touko couldn't help, but snicker to herself while trying to hold back the mirth with one free hand.

"The evening will be busy," Touko cryptically remarked to herself and then looked back at the Tsurinai's, "I do wonder what the Tsurinai's of this world will do now. I suppose I'll find out soon enough. Good luck to you both."

She bowed down her head in farewell and left. As she left, her smile never left her face.

Shiina didn't say a word. She shuffled softly on the bench and dug herself just a bit deeper into it, then stared at the ground in deep thought. What was going through her mind right now? Intrigue? Maybe a bit of annoyance? No. She was... disappointed. Disappointed, but only for a few minutes. The Tsurinai didn't see the woman off; instead, Jakob took it upon himself to say their collective farewells while Shiina simply ignored them, too busy with what just happened to notice what was going on.

Albeit... that changed once she actually understood what she'd seen; and once she did, her expression changed.

A cunning smile crossed her lips before she chuckled in a satisfied tone.

//"Jakob, pack your tea set, please. We have a little call to make. Naito-san will be proud, for sure..."// With that, she got up from the bench and quickly tucked her cake's package under her arm. Jakob, for his part, silently nodded and brought out a large suitcase, then opened it and neatly placed the tea set inside it, in very specific, stuffed spots designed to carry the utensils.

"This will be interesting, as the woman said. Let's keep an eye out, Miss Shiina. We won't want to miss anything." Jakob looked towards where the other woman had gone and frowned, before the two began moving back to their vacation estate. This call would be one that would mark Shiina's place in the Tsurinai Group, that much was for sure...
