PostSubject: A bold move? [Phil]   A bold move? [Phil] EmptySun Jan 05, 2014 4:37 am

This is one of the boldest moves and dumbest moves that Kogami is ever going to make. But Jin getting convicted was not a part of the plan. He had to do something, and he had to do something quick. Getting interviewed by the detective lady was basically the only way he could get to her. So Kogami basically walked right into nadashiki police station and put his hands on the wall. He then spoke out loud and clearly for everyone to here.” My name is Kogami Shibuya, and I am turning myself in. “ OF course, there is going to be an interview from Kiryu’s sister, hopefully. This is all speculation that someone is actually going to give fucks behind his actions and whereabouts all this time.  Even though he’s a criminal, he’s a sixteen year old boy who got accepted into Kizuna because of his good grades. No one like that can simply fall off the deep end like that without notice.

Was it conscience? He still had to try though, he still had to try to reach out to the cop lady. To reach out, before he gets put away forever, dead or alive. Kogami was put in the jail cell and sat down all calm.

PostSubject: Re: A bold move? [Phil]   A bold move? [Phil] EmptyThu Jan 09, 2014 9:38 am

“Awaiting the police lady sure isn’t giving me any brownie points, and here I turned myself in and everything. Ehh, when’s a guy going to get a little grub? Hello?!” Kogami shouted out but it seemed like the police officer was simply ignoring him. “Ehh, I guess things are too good to be true huh? The “Killer “ was captured and now they captured Kogami Shibuya at the same time. Shouldn’t the press be all over this by now, I need that one phonecall, but I need It after I talk to the cop lady…..” Kogami was definitely plotting ahead, and this was all assumptions that things were going to go his way. The jail cell was definitely something akin to thinking space, it was the safest place he can be at the time being. He was surprised that he wasn’t examined and given medical attention, which was a bit upsetting. He would of liked them to fixed his leg, even if it was just a quick one. Either way, he wasn’t really here for himself, he was here for Jin and the rest of the team.

Right now, it was all depending on what he was willing to do for the team, and how far he was going to go to finish things with the killer. He hurt Lori, things were personal. OR maybe it’s because he liked Lori a little bit, that could be one of the reasons he was taking this too far. Teenage hormones definitely played a factor into Kogami changing his tune, but crushes were meant to be chorused. However, this was more literal in the sense, because someone tried to hurt her when he promised he would protect everyone. What really clicked inside Kogami’s head was the fact that he would be seen as a liar, and he wouldn’t want to be seen as a liar against his own kind. “I just have to do the best that I can, I can’t give up. Everyone was ready to give up, but I I give up, then i am just like everyone else. How pathetic, a child that’s holding on to some kind of hope? Are we even allowed such a luxury? “ Patience was a virtue, testing his luck was the same as playing the waiting game. There was just one problem, how was Kogami to turn this negativity situation into a positive?

One of the officers would turn towards Shibuya while scratching the back of his head. "You won't be getting questioned by the Detective. She's busy with a much bigger case than a kid on a rebellious streak. You'll have your time infront of a judge." The older man sat in a chair and crossed his arms over his chest. "By the way, I hear there's a bounty on your head. I'm sure alot of your fellow troublemakers are going to enjoy your company behind bars."

Kogami didn’t really have time for this small talk, he needed to get this case back on track. However, he can’t do that if he doesn’t have access to the person that was running the case from the get go. The bounty was also something he wanted to talk to her about; there wouldn’t be much for him to do if the bounty was restricting his movements. At this point in time, his movements were restricted no matter what he did. Kogami also had this idea that some dirty cop was going to do something really underhanded, like kill some teenager for 10,000 dollars. Who gets this kind of money anyway? Its funny, Kogami started to remember why he disliked this place in the first place. “Ahh yea, it’s pretty sad. With that kind of money, I could buy all the ice cream I want…” Stalling for time, that’s all he could do for the moment. At least until he gets a lucky break, something he wouldn’t be able to do unless the situation demands it. “How long was you expecting to put me away for anyway? And when am I getting my phone call. I’m serious about the detective, it’s pretty important. “

Once Shibuya would finish what he was saying, he would not react much, as he was not amused by his joke. “The time you stay in here is up to the courts to decide. Until then, you are probably going to be here for a little bit,” he said gesturing to one officer already walking to him, before he noticed Shibuya looking rather lopsided. “Sir, he seems to be wounded in his leg,” the officer would say to the man in the chair who would nod. “Give him what his insurance can cover, and if he isn’t going to a hospital, take him to a vacant cell for now,” he would say simply before the officer would guide Kogami (forcibly if necessary),to a small ward in the office to have his leg splinted and given a cast. He would then be escorted to a small cell that was vacant and closed the door behind him. The officer would lock the cell and then return to his post.

After sitting down, Kogami would wait awhile. It appears to him that the police officers weren’t bad after all. Being passed off as a regular criminal didn’t help though, Kogami was actually a self-made man. Being on his own for the past four years, he managed to maintain a studious attitude just so he could get in. A misunderstanding caused by Nyra started this, he didn’t know that Nyra had the power to shape shift. It destroyed his academic career, and he lost everything he worked hard for. On top of that, the hole seemed to be getting deeper and deeper on top of it. Besides, he felt himself changing. It seems as if all these despair inducing moments were making him stronger somehow. Kogami was no hero, but the weight of his pride can only allow for so much. Arubai made it personal, he can’t just back out. Even if Jin gets slandered, he couldn’t give up now. Kogami felt somewhat responsible for the children, and he hated the feeling. It was the notion of loss; it was the feeling of disappointment. A feeling that seems to dictate his entire life and the mere fact that everyone gave up on him, but he still wasn’t going to quit. Having a record wasn’t going to stop him from living, but unfinished business was like having a bone stuck in your throat.

And then, there were the red zones he had to worry about. The red zones were unpredictable, but are seemed like they were running on a time frame. It was only a small hypothesis that the Mask was behind it or arubai as well. There were too many things that Kogami didn’t know, and he placed trust in people he shouldn’t have. Sitting by yourself for a long period of time really makes all the thoughts you have in your head linger. But, he had to do something. “Excuse me, officer. Is it ok if I make a phone call?” Just how bold was Kogami? What could he possibly do in that situation?

The officer who would be on his way to his post stopped at Shibuya's request. A phone call? Did he realize the position he was in? Regardless, he would walk back to his cell and look at him with suspicion in his eyes. "Why do you want a phone call? You just turned yourself in. Calling your parents?" he asked. Of course if this man was on the run, calling anyone let alone his parents would be out of the question. This man did not seem to have any patience at all, the way he just asked for the call after getting a cell alone. He would be waiting for a response from Shibuya, as he had no reason to get one at the moment. But if he really was calling someone to inform them of his whereabouts, the officer let him he supposed.

PostSubject: Re: A bold move? [Phil]   A bold move? [Phil] EmptySat Jan 25, 2014 9:22 pm

“Want me to be honest? My dad walked out on my mom, and my mom died four years ago. I was on my own since I was twelve…” This was indeed true; Kogami didn’t really have a family that he could turn to at this very moment, so there was no point. “Well… anyway…I was going to call the school actually. I guess they’re long overdue from an apology, more or less the student council president. I would rather avoid him and tell his sister instead, but you wouldn’t let me see her either, even though I had to see her for plenty of other things. As a matter of fact, if I was to explain something to you about what’s really going on around here, would you even believe me? “ Kogami was silent once more, but he wasn’t much of a liar anyway. He didn’t mind telling the truth; Kogami would call it as he sees it. “But things are going to go from bad to worse, and any kind of attempt I could make to lessen that, I’ll take it. It doesn’t make sense right now, and I’m seen as nothing more than a criminal to you, but yea… I need to borrow the phone if you don’t mind. It certainty has reached the point beyond lies, so I’m going to be as honest as I possibly can with you. No, i probably dont have the right to a phonecall, but a gesture of goodwill ..if anything...could be appreciated."

The officer really did not care much for his sob story. As far as he was concerned, this man was a rowdy kid that attacked the school and stayed on the run for all this time. If he has a reason, the court will decide it once they hear him. "The school is currently closed down cause of the recent murders. I am surprised you didn't catch that. It made big news," he scoffed. "Regardless, you don't have a reason to call the school do you?" he asked. If this man really had a reason to call someone, why would he call the place he attacked? Was he just messing with him? The officer would remain there albeit ready to leave if he had nothing useful to add.

“Yea I do, as a matter of fact, I’m trying to contact the only person that has the balls to do anything about it. You might think it’s over, that you caught the killer, but what if I told you that you caught the wrong guy? Hypothetically speaking, the killer has plenty of methods to kill, like the methods that has no involvement with a body. More or less, his so called ”Game” can be played off as a missing persons episode, when you guys truly think that you caught him because of his recent efforts and a scapegoat. My attack on the school is not without motive, I was framed from the getgo. The guy named Abel, he’s missing too right? He might have known the person who told him to mess with me and why, too back I couldn’t of asked him. Though, I could have nothing to do with that since apparently, jumping out the window can cause a broken leg. I’m lucky to be alive, and I guess my efforts on playing the hostile detective didn’t work out. I’m sure he’s there, even if the school is closed, he’s always going to be there. But the schools going to continue to be in danger unless you get the right guy. I wanted to talk to talk to the female cop lady, because she overseeing the investigation. But, there are a few people that can’t be satisfied with a lie. True justice can only be obtained by the people who could look past the current extent of natural sight. It’s always the things that you don’t see, that matter the most. Like how you’re looking at me now, is that all you really see now? Like criminals who are in jail because they killed a rapist that you couldn’t catch, that raped their spouse. So what about them? Of course that’s what you see in front of you, but what about the problems at home after the rape? How mortified the family was to push him on the edge? Or maybe I’m getting ahead of myself, there’s plenty of things that the media and others can say, but nothing beats hearing it from the actual person.

This was getting ridiculous. He really did not seem to have any solid proof of that or at least he never showed it. Even then, he still did not say who he intended to contact at the school. "You can talk to Detective Keryu if she feels she needs to. The Killer was caught and now there are no murders. Goodnight Shibuya," the officer said before leaving finally towards his post near the front of the station. He didn't need to hear any more of this, as he was clearly just flapping his mouth away. Maybe some time will straighten him out.

As soon as the police officer left, Kogami then decided to make his move. There were no cameras in the room. “Sorry, but I can’t wait here any longer…. Raiza…..” The new Raiza then appeared with Kogami and a huge wind blast came from out of its mouth. The wind was strong and fierce, blowing off the cages and blowing a hole in the wall as well. “Icarus… “ Kogami then had small black wings appear on his back and flew off. All he did was deepening the wound; there was no going back from this. The amount of time that Kogami would spend in Jail from escaping custody, he would be tried as an adult. Even so, Arubai would just keep killing. Throwing people into limbo wasn’t hard; the game wouldn’t have to stop. So Kogami brought it upon himself to stop it, for Lori’s sake. He had to try; revenge was the only thing that motivated him. Satisfying his Rage was his only purpose for the time being, so it’s all he had at the moment.

When the large blast in the cell wall was heard, there were shouts heard throughout the station as some inmates were either in fear or disbelief at the monstrosity Shibuya had summoned and destroyed the wall. It would be too late for the cops, despite how some were close could not catch the man who seemed to vanish or according to the inmates, fly off. The man seemed to have an odd agenda, turning himself in only to escape later the same night, and add another crime to his record. What was Kogami Shibuya planning?
