Move it along... (Grex NPC Thread)

The sounds of sirens are nothing new to the upper Slums, if anything they're like the soothing white noise that lulls the masses to sleep. Unlike the lower levels of Lower Ward, the upper parts still fall under the jurisdiction of the JPD. As such most of the force's resources went into keeping things relatively safe for the upper lower class. Today had been Alister's first day off in several months, but a sudden shootout at one of the off brand food banks brought him and his gun running. Sure his men could handle it, but he didn't want them to be doing anything he himself wouldn't...

"At least they could have hit one of the nice food banks..." Alister took one last puff from his cigarette before putting it out against the wall he leaned on.

"H-HEY! STOP!" Alister's head shot up as  one of his officers called out. Quickly looking to where the disturbance came from, he saw one of the gunman, a ten foot tall bipedal squid, begin to dart down the street away from the police block-aid.

With an annoyed sneer, Alister gave a shout to his men and gave chase."Pursuing! Someone back me up!"
