Do I Know You? Déjà Vu [ Snow / Jackdaw ]

"Mhmm. Sure you are. If anything you are honest. One can appreciate that about you. And well yes. Art is subjective, but still I would say I have better taste than you," he would say quite amused as he continued his search only pausing to look over at the other when he called him blood. He'd give the guy a smirk before going back to his search and upon finding the things he was looking for bring them to the other.

He didn't care what the other thought of his home as long as the guy didn't resist any help...which he didn't. At this point he was rather trusting and a good listener to. He took the meds and drank some of the water before handing the flask back. He'd take the flask back making sure to shut it before, he hooked it near by the bed just in case the other needed it later. As for what the other said, Snow would give a small smile at that one.

"I'll take that and the food then as payment. It better be the best and meet my high standards," he would tease, but under it all he was rather humble and just wanted more than anything for the guy to have a smooth recovery. "You try get some rest and stay as long as you need to, Jack," he would say gently to the other as he retreated to a chair near by.

“Better taste!?  You’re a real fuckin’ riot, aint’cha Snow,” snickered Jack.  This time it didn’t hurt quite so much to laugh.  “As for your standards, ain’t nothin’ beats my quality.  We’re gonna get a full course meal when I get better- hemlock excluded.”

The ever cheeky grin from Jack bared his fangs, as he laid his weary head to rest.  There were few saints in this world and Snow happened to be one of them.  Not just that, but it felt as if Jack had experienced this all before, as if he had known Snow a great deal.  If anything Jack would count his blessings to have met someone like this, at a time like this.  Closing his fuschia eyes he muttered one last thing:

“Thank you Snow.”
