The Biography

Base & Transformed Appearance:
Normal appearance~
Her arms are made up of two huge mechanical arms called ‘Ogre Arm.’ She is rarely seen without these arms and always keeps them on. She has a robotic tail with a vertebrae-like design that can move freely and her feet are metal stilts. Alter has a black hood with white flames on it and white ribbons at the base of her tail and knee highs. She has bright orange eyes, dark tan skin, and short white hair as well. When changing into her True Self, her eyes turn a bright white or light hazel. This appearance is her after awakening to which she will wear normal clothes up until that point.

After transforming, Alter takes on the appearance of something quite different from herself. Her hair turns a shade of golden and her eyes a bright blue making her look younger. Her attire becomes something that looks like a two year old made it for a doll; it seems to be a dress with a hoodie. Her color pattern is red and black which appear as patches on this dress. Her skin becomes a pale white and her height shrinks by a few inches. She I’ll be seen with a torn teddy bear in hand usually, stabbing it with a needle and stings to cast skills, this refers to what a voodoo woman would do.
Personality: Alter is a girl with deep emotional scars. They creep up on her a lot and that is sometimes the only thing she can think of. Being easily stressed, this girl can become distressed, panicked, or full of fear at any moment. She barely talks and is very secretive about her past and her identity. She can almost never get extremely close to someone because she would never full trust them ever. She has a hard time facing the truth and will stop at nothing to protect herself from it. She gets angry faster in a conflict due to her bottling up her anger.
The Potential
Strengths:
—Strength Name: Strength is key —Description: For the appearance she has, it is hard to believe this ‘little girl’ is able to deal heavy blows and especially hold her soul bound weapon. Her strength is larger than that of a person her size. This strength gives her a 5% boost in her dexterity in battle.
—Strength Name: Swiftness —Description: Alter has been shown to have speed that is different than a normal humans, being able to run at half the speed than other humans, covering more ground. This strength allows Alter to travel double the amount of distance in dungeons.
—Strength Name: One isn’t enough —Description: Along with her speed, Alter can use her Ogre Arms twice in combat, dealing two doses of damage. This strength will allow Alter to attack twice with her Soul bound weaponry in PvS conflict in one attack post.
—Strength Name: That won’t take her down —Description: Being able to take more blows, Alter takes much more beatings, allowing her to take 5% off physical damage (from soul bound/ physical hits not Personas) received.
—Strength Name: Dodging bullets —Description: One final perk to Alter’s speed is that she has a greater chance of dodging attacks from any enemies. This strength adds 5% to Alter’s luck stat.
Weaknesses:
—Weakness Name: Curse of irritation —Description: Anger is something she cannot prevent, she is easily angered. This weakness means Alter can be put into a rage 15% more in battle.
—Weakness Name: Stress is a burden —Description: Being extremely strained her entire life, Alter has a 15% higher chance of being thrown into a panicked state in battle.
—Weakness Name: Tensing up —Description: Continuing on her stress, Alter can also be distressed faster than a normal person. This weakness grants Alter a 15% higher chance of becoming distressed in battle.
—Weakness Name: Health, a key element —Description: If Alter’s health drops below 20% she will begin to slow down and her strength to travel twice the distance in one post will no longer be valid.
—Weakness Name: Better watch her health —Description: Along with the last weakness, if Alter’s health drops below 15% her strength to attack twice in one post, will become invalid.
Soul Bound Weapon:
Weapon Name: Ogre Arms Weapon Description: This pair of mechanized arms allow her to punch her opponents with great strength. They are larger than her entire body mass. Her weapon is very hard to take off so she wears it almost all the time, only worn after her awakening. The Background
History: Growing up in a poor family, her parents struggled to maintain a happy household and they often fought. Being abusive to their daughter as well yet still being able to keep her for the first few years of this girl's life. That was, until her father had pulled out a revolver on her mother in a heated conflict about nothing more than money. Her mother had grabbed a hunting rifle that the father had used occasionally. They both continued to yell as a almost three year old Alter watched from behind a door. The mother pulled the trigger on her father and vice versa.
With both her parents dead in front of her, the girl could only cry. Eventually the authorities had came and taken her away. With no family alive, she was sent to foster care where she spent another two years in before it was burned in a mysterious fire and everyone who lived there was scattered to various other homes. In this new home, she was about six and longed for company. Using materials that she had found hanging around she made a small doll with her poor sewing skills. She named this teddy bear 'Tokyo' and claimed it to be her best friend.
a few more years went by and Alter was ten. She had stayed in the same foster home four years straight. This was the fifth year she had went to school, and already she felt out a place and the trauma from her parent's death was creeping up on her and slowly turning her into a silenced girl. It wasn't until the age of fifteen when Alter's emotional scars became a nuisance, she cried everyday and had panic attacks, life had thrown new forms of stress she could not deal with. Her being a stressful person, new forms of that would push her over the edge. She ran away from the foster care home and to this current Region where she has lived for some time hiding from the government who is still looking for her a year later.

There really is no good reason for a Shadow to be home-schooled. Also, two of your weaknesses are the same. The last two, referring to your health dropping. You need to change one of those weaknesses or clarify one of them so it is easier to understand what it means. Also, you can have the Hunger Arcana, but for the sake of understanding what it is to people who look at it, clarify somehow next to it that it is the Strength Arcana. Apart from that, it looks good.

So I take it her ORIGINAL self was homeschooled, however the Shadow isn't currently being homeschooled. If that is the case, then approved.
