things would have affinities to them, and people could create Personas/Demons/etc. that resisted/are weak to them too
but they wouldn't be equivalent to regular resistances/weaknesses, only equivalent to each other

if you're resistant to one of those four elements, you gotta be weak to one of the other three to compensate, can't take a weakness to a regular element

it's like a soft second tier of elements, they're stronger than the regular elements, but they're also a bit harder to get
the stronger bit is that they have naturally higher POW ratings for each skill

Nuclear and Psychokinesis have unique passives that replicate Technical Damage from P5 instead

Nuclear and Psychokinesis deal extra damage to enemies inflicted with certain ailments
for Nuclear it's elemental ailments like frozen, shocked and burned; for Psychokinesis it's mental ailments like charmed, feared and asleep
overall they make ailment builds more reliable
