shackle hits near the neck, it will snap shut around the neck and temporarily enslave
them. Inflicts minor fire damage (Tier 1) to a single target, and has a 10% chance
to inflict the Charm ailment.

Crushing the figuring against your chest in battle deals 50% HP damage to the user, but casts a 45% Mamudoon on enemies. Enemies killed by this effect reward full EXP
