Since I found out that tensions didn't work the same way I thought it did...

Damage Type: Fire / Wind (AoE)
Description of Attack: Gabe and Tomomi both flick their hands out dramatically, Goole appearing in front of the two. However, Goole quickly reveals to be a feint, as Gambler Shotaro suddenly moves from out of Goole's cloak, erupting in a burst of flame that engulfs the enemies. As quickly as it appears however, the fire settles down, with a sharp gust dragging the fire back and disappearing again into nothingness. Then in an act of bravado, Gabe bows, with Tomomi shrugging, disconcerting the enemy as to what had actually happened. This attack has a 30% chance to reduce the enemies magical attack by 40%.

Just to clarify, this is an AoE right? If it's an AoE you can't have the chance to reduce Physical or Magical attack by 40%, you have to pick one.
