Welcome, Welcome! You've probably guessed by now, but this is a text-based Persona RPG site for Atlus fans, by Atlus fans. If you're new to Shin Megami Tensei, this place can still be for you, so no need to dash towards the doors! Your first stop should be the introduction board so we can introduce ourselves. Seshat's beam of light may as well have been a sparkler compared to Sumi's grand show of fireworks. The smell of burnt hair was nauseating but it seemingly did the trick and the enemy was knocked to the floor. As her teammates joined the fray to take advantage of the situation Susan hesitated instead, though her Persona lost control of its sense of self-preservation and leaped onto a demon to savagely tear into it.
"Eeeeaaanaaaaaaaaaa...! Eeeeeaaaanaaaaaaaaaa...!"
As beneficial as it was the timid woman was concerned that she had lost command in the first place. "N-no...! Y-you will listen to me and do as I say...!" The bandaged creature of papyrus gave no response to the meek woman's demands. Susan gripped her P90 tighter and set her gaze. "I said you will follow my commands!" Her voice echoed as she spoke, and as the rest of her team tore off the monsters her Persona disappeared, only to reappear behind her and shift and change to a much more personable form of flesh. Bandages wrapped themselves around her wrists, ankles, and neck as she emitted an aura of serene grace.
When the demons rose back to their feet one of them shot a beam of frost toward Susan, who dodged it by... not reacting at all. She had seen the arc of the blast, if she would have jumped backward or sidestepped it would have hit her. She kept her ground and the icy attack arced through the gap in her stance instead. She could feel the cold air coming off of it as it passed.
"It seems we are fortunate enough to have the means to pierce their defenses. I believe that no intervention of mine is required for the moment. I will prepare to assist when necessary."
Susan took a step back to signify that she was prepared to let the others handle the battle, raising her weapon across her body in preparation to dodge or block an incoming strike. Her eyes were empty, chilled and focused on the abominations before her.
Strength: Professional Courtesy - Charm and Rage have their success rates lowered by 15% against Susan. Strength: I'm the One in Control! - Once per withdrawal from Persona Overdose Susan can choose the target of a skill she uses instead of rolling randomly. She makes this choice after rolling for her target. The skill is still rolled randomly like normal. Weakness: Not According to Plan - Panic and Fear have an extra 15% chance to succeed against Susan. Weakness: Rip Off the Bandage - When Susan is suffering the negative effects after Persona Overdose she loses 10% of her total HP every turn. This damage can and will knock her unconscious if she isn't careful but it can't result in her death since her Persona won't willingly kill its host.

—Strength Name: Glorious Melee Combat —Description: There's nothing more manly than two warriors shanking each other with a piece of metal, at least that's what Albrecht thinks. This love for melee combat makes the Forgotten even more effective at it granting a 10% Dex damage with melee soulbounds.
—Strength Name: Langschwert —Description: As one of the Black Lions, Albrecht received intense military training and his weapon of choice was the long sword. He know effectively how to use one and various techniques, such as half-swording and sundering. This strength allows Albrecht to perform two dexterity attacks in combat.
—Weakness Name:Melee Fighter —Description: Despite having accesses to ranged weapons, it is far from being his field of expertise, his focus on melee combat required that he sacrificed some ranged combat training. Gun attacks deal 10% more damage.
—Weakness Name: Not GLORIOUS MELEE COMBAT —Description: Gun fights are alright, if you are into that sort of thing. Certainly not nearly as good as GLORIOUS MELEE COMBAT. Albrecht deals 10% less damage with Gun.

—Weakness Name: Pacifistic —Description: Cecilia cannot and will not bring herself to harm a living being. The violence she witnessed during the Eternal Divide fucked with her developing mind to the point where the mere thought of hurting a living entity on any level or scale sickens her. As a result, she can never attack someone directly regardless of the circumstances. Her soulbound cannot be used to inflict damage, she doesn't get to carry a side-arm with her, her Persona can't use attack skills, she can't slap/punch/stab someone, etc. It doesn't matter if she's about to die or even if it means the downfall of the government -- she simply cannot bring herself to stain her hands with the blood of another. And while she does accept it as a necessary evil and will allow the rest of her party to kill, she will always advocate for a more peaceful route if her opinion is asked for -- especially when it's humans she's dealing with.

The hallway was empty as the smoke cleared from Ms. Sumi's last attack, yet Seshat did not violently try to strangle her as she often did. Susan could feel the bandages gently let go of her limbs as Seshat went from vivacious back into the decaying papyrus she was known to look like. Through keen observation the businesswoman would be apt to pat herself on the back, feeling a surge of confidence rise through her at her astute tactics. Confidence and power. The strength of her spirit soared and she took a deep breath, breathing out through her mouth. Seshat extended a shaking on to the back of Susan's head not to grasp her by the neck, but to heal and protect. A light grew over her body from the mark of a reed, filling her with what was hard to describe as anything else but... prescience. Understanding and with it, Life. As if all were written before her in a book.
This light extended in a wide radius around her, sigils that appeared to be a notched ring, the Shen Ring. This glowing luminescence spread across the hallway and combated the miasma, fighting it back and supplying her teammates with peace of mind, comfort in knowing, the mental ease that everything was decided ahead of time and they alone knew the answers deep within their souls. It took focus for her to maintain this healing glow, she did not believe she could do so during a battle, but it would help them throughout their race against time. Susan had spent enough time relishing in this newfound confidence. Now was the time to prove herself, despite who did or did not notice her big moment. She would bound after her teammates feeling just a bit quicker in her new sneakers and new sense of self.
