"You needed me, Julius?" Alex opened the door with a lackluster wave. He seemed bored as ever when he walked into the classroom with the usual nonchalance. The Prince glanced up from what seemed to be a green letter he was just reading. His face quietly grim, but he seemed glad Alex was here. The events a few days ago was rather taxing for the young Cadet when his former friends became sworn enemies. "I do. Take a look at this and tell me your impressions."
He handed the letter to the boy.
Julius calmly supplied as he watched Alex's face scrunch up in scrutiny and confusion, "It came into my office just this afternoon. Serenity and Victor took a look at it, but there's nothing we can use to track them back with."
"These are the same bastards who attacked the Maw before? Why are they sending us this just now? Why you?" Alex seemed worried. Irritated in the surface, but concerned. How were they able to waltz in here and into his office with just this letter? It boggled his mind. Nothing like this ever happened before. And the worst of all is that...
"They're taunting us," the Prince calmly began. "They appear to want me."
They seemed so fixated with him, that was for sure. Julius expected a bit of danger with his status as the Queen's son and the Captain of the Cadets of Class Zero. However, unlike many of the Psyche-Terrorists before, they were clearly different and they were dangerous unlike many ways. The fact they were able to use Sera for that attack in the Maw was indicative how perilous they were to deal with.
"Then send me in! I'll mop' em up!" A fire lit in Alex's eyes as his lips creased into a smirk. It was just what he needed after all of this shit that happened lately. Julius pondered on it with his fingers pinching his chin. It was an obvious trap, with the letter itself screaming at him to accept their invitation. They wanted him earlier and that didn't seem to change just yet. Perhaps it was best to stay on stand-by for now and then step in if his subordinates need his assistance. After all, the current set of Cadets right now proved themselves a couple of times already despite some of them meeting failure. "Very well. Alex, I want you to take control of the situation. But, not alone. Assemble the rest of Class Zero. I'll send the law enforcement to secure a perimeter--"
The sudden retreating sound of footsteps interrupted him. Alex darted back to the classroom door and saw the quickly receding figure of a woman in school uniform and distinguishable long hair. It was obvious who this was. Alex rolled his eyes. "It's your brat sister. Can you guess what's on her mind?"
Julius narrowed his eyes at this. It was true Lisa failed her first mission. But quickly made it up with the next ones. However, it was still with the assistance of her fellow Cadets no matter how much she hated to acknowledge it. It didn't take very long to get him to realize what was running through her head as she sped off to a certain place in Vista Square. He finally ordered Alex, "Assemble your team and head out. I will meet with you there."
Alex's smirk deepened, he was eager. There were criminal Psyche-Terrorists to make mincemeat out of. Because he was in the back-burner that night before, it'd feel great to take part again in the actual front-line. As the boy left, Julius pulled out his phone and began to call out the orders he needed to issue.
"Please patch me to your chief officer. It's important."
