Milton was prepared to take the impact, bracing his arms out to hold the beast's mouth open. But Morgasimer's sudden entrance onto his side of the battlefield left Milton off balance and on the ground. Quickly jumping to his feet, he had Phobetor try a new method of attack. "I'm not certain! This wasn't a function I was told I possessed. It called to me and I answered. Now, keep up the attack!"

The giant creature reared back in pain as it's mind was assulted, however this did little to quell it's assault.

Morgasimer pulled her arm from the beast's mouth and quickly ran to Milton's side, a cool blue light washing over him as she did. "OH no... You don't get to die until you explain exactly what the hell you just said! What the hell is a Junction, and what do you mean you're a machine? I admit you don't look Human right now but... Fuck what the hell is going on?"

The last attack from the beast hit hard. Milton tried to brace against the attack only to find some of it's teeth tear at the mesh protecting his body. He managed to dislodge himself from the beast but had to take a moment to recharge. While his suit mended itself, the minor strength he felt beforehand had been sapped, even harming his defense by the same amount. With the healing recovering his strength, Milton jumped up, anger flaring in his eyes. "This is not the time! Phobetor, forget the curses. It's time we start dealing actual damage! Full force!

The giant creature let out an earth shaking roar as it slammed it's full form back into the ground, calling forth a shock-wave of awe inspiring magnitude..
