Ability Name: Hyper Mutation
Appearance while in Hyper Mutation: Julie's outfit changes and shifts into a decorated stylish orange dress reminiscent of a gaudy opera. It seems themed after the Hallow's Eve, as it's decorated with pumpkin motifs as well as various bat wings strewn across the outfit. A sort of reference to how she was branded a witch, but with such an innate purity that one can't help but dismiss the possibility of that accusation being true.

Description: Depending on the stability of the Splicer’s genes, when they drop below 50% (low), 25% (Medium), 10% (High), or 1% (Very High) health, they enter a state of hypermutation as their genetic code begins to break down. This causes their bodies to grow monumentally stronger depending on how unstable their genes, and by extension powers become. Low Stability gain a 10% boost to all passive skills and stats. Medium Stability gains a 25% boost to all passive skills and stats. High Stability gains a 40% boost to all passive skills and stats. Very High Stability gains a 60% boost to all passive skills and stats. High Stability and greater also experience a boost in Tier of damage for their skills. This form lasts as long as their health is below their stability threshold and can only be entered once per battle.

Outside of combat, this skill inspires courage into all who hear it, giving them the daringness to continue forward fearlessly and rest assured that everything will be alright. The serenade Julie sings in this song is her first original melody and is based on her own interpretations of what God would sing to His subjects if he came down upon Earth to reassure them.
