| Morning finally set in as if it were part of a natural order in the World. Maria yawned loudly as she just passed another meandering student in the hallways. Sleeping was a bit hard for her after the events last night. Cadet work promised to be full of action... and of concern. Lisa was definitely out of commission from what she heard, and she would need all the rest possible if they were to be sent out again tonight. As for Maria... She had all the time until that next evening to do what she wanted. Any preparation would be nice, but there really wasn't much she could do with her lack of funding. How troublesome. Training in Ree's dojo would be nice, but at times you might want to stick close to the place you frequent the most and a place where your work is going to be. As usual, she ignored the looks she seems to be getting with that enormous coffin strapped on her back. Right now, she was... lost. "Hmm... where is it?" - OOC:
This is to be the Sorority thread for Courage points.

| It was finally morning again to what seemed like an eternal night. Sure, it was filled with new things to process and exciting stories that Liam couldn't tell anyone but it still was another night he didn't, and frankly couldn't even if he wanted to, sleep. The good side about that was this wasn't the first time he hadn't slept some nights in a row and we was rather used to operating in low energy mode and his build body and more overall look gave him the appearance of slightly tired that the girls (and boys) find kinda sexy theses days as opposed to his old panda eyes on the strange red kid look is older self sustained for quite some time. He was back at school grounds yet again for some learning, but before that nothing better than a morning training session to get his body going and get his brain working properly. He nonchalantly changed into his training gear and grabbed his wooden sword before heading to the Martial Arts club ready to trade some blows when he seriously stopped on his tracks because he doubted if he was still sleeping. ~ ...Huh? ~ A coffin with a pair of lags stood right next to were he was going to and he couldn't figure out if that was a demon from the night before and he still was in it, if this was a dream or a real coffin. then, it spoke! It just served to get the guy even more confused. ~ Uh... Do you need something? ~ Dialogue proved very effective on yesterday's mission so maybe this would work? Or he could just pinch himself. But it looked to real to be a dream... | |

| Maria was just swiveling around, looking for that one club room. It hasn't been particularly long since she joined the Seven Stars Academy and being a Cadet even shorter. But eventually, she jolted to the sound of a voice addressing her. What greeted her eyes was a pleasing sight of a young male. Handsome features aside, he seemed to have a rather tired countenance perhaps from staying up all night doing God knows what. God, he was pleasing to look at. She mustered through her flushing face with all she could and began to speak. "H-hi! Uh, do you know where I can find the Martial Arts Club? I wanted to join them." Simple enough, right? Hopefully Mister Handsome here knew where to go. It would be a sad parting, but nothing to be missed. She wasn't here to ogle at pretty boys. Maria was a Cadet, and she had obligations to fulfill. | |

| In the end, it wasn't a two-legged coffin walking around, but a girl with a coffin strapped on her back walking around. It all made sense now for him, after all he was in a school setting for people that were trying to be heroes of the city, so things like this would eventually happen and he had already been the quirky one with a very glaring different thing going on. Aside from his relief from seeing he was still awake and everything was real, he could just rub his eyes to try to shake away some of his sleep deprivation before offering the blue haired girl a smile and tending to her question. ~ I'm going there, actually. It's pretty close by, you can follow me there it ya want... ~ He pointed up in the direction of the club and proceeded to go in that way, passing her and waiting to see if she followed. | |

| Thank the small fortunes, here was someone who knew the way. She nodded and started to walk after him as the male started to lead the way. If there were a few things that she noticed other than his admittedly pleasant face, he didn't even seem to mention about the coffin yet to his credit. Perhaps he probably have thought to take a more conservative side of things by not asking too many questions. Or he was just that uninterested. Whatever the case, she appreciated this.
As they would continue to move through the hallways, it would be too silent to not keep talking, Thanks for leading me. I'm Maria. So, are you a member of the club?"

| ~ Nice meeting ya, I'm Liam! ~ He turned around briefly to smile to the blue haired girl before continuing on to the club. ~ Yeah, I just transferred a couple days ago but I can't stay without some exercise, u'know? ~ He said nonchalantly, trying to not think about the coffin too much. He knew that if she wanted to talk about it she would, and if she wasn't talking it wasn't something he should be asking about. The red haired stopped and turned to a door, opening it so she could see inside and enter. ~ We are here. Go on ahead! ~ | |

| "It's nice to meet you, Liam." she smiled back at him and nodded in agreement, "Need to keep moving and all. I know how you feel. It's easy to feel restless with all that energy, haha."
It was a feeling she was familiar with. After having initiated her training ever since finding herself within the Church's treacherous wings, Maria began to have that habit of needing to exercise daily. There was so much energy pent up and some of it needed an outlet.
When they finally arrived, she had expectations of a gym or something among those lines. "Thanks, don't mind if I do!"
And so she entered and peered inside to see what this club had to offer.

| Keep moving. That was an expression he knew all too well. Always keep moving and maybe things will get better in the end. They did for him in some degree so he couldn't agree more to what she has said. More than that, the man entered the room were they would be practicing and closed the door behind him. it was a spacious place with all sort of equipment you would want to train for bare handed martial combat, on the most part which was why he was carrying his own wooden sword. They even had that wooden dummies that we see in every martial arts movies, but it goes without saying that something done by the government would be that well equipped. Liam just smiled and walked past by the girl, pointing to one of the guys already training. ~ He is the one in charge, talk to him if you have any doubts, ya? ~ | |

| It was rather well-equipped, but that was to be expected for a facility that was run by the government. Just by looking around, Maria had a feeling that this place would be adequate for her needs. But it paled in comparison to what the Orishiki dojo was outfitted with and it was much bigger. Yet, Maria was satisfied with this layout. She nodded at Liam and said a pleased smile, "Thanks again for helping, Liam. Wish me luck!"As expected, while entering the room, the occupants were noticing the obnoxiously large coffin on her back. But she ignored their eyes as usual. Walking up to the club leader, she began to garner his attention and even his enthusiasm as she stated her intention to join. Though, it was clear by the look of his face that he didn't seem all too convinced. Eventually, she was able to get in with a promise to sign in forms next time. She happily marched off out of the club, but soon returned in more... comfortable clothing. Walking around in her attire, she was still ignoring the glances the club members were making at her presence. The coffin was already set aside, but she never had any idea why they kept up the looks. But once she really got going, these people would have a bigger reason to be surprised. Though she decided to start off on some stretches, after all, it wouldn't do to get yourself injured during exercise, right? | |

| ~ Break a leg! ~ Was the last thing that he said to the girl before going to stretch a little while she talked everything over with the leader of the sorority. It was a lazy day for him for sure, so he just got the stretching done and got on to observe the people doing their exercises and thought about the consequences of really training with his own style there on a place full of possible Cadets. It was something he had to look out for anyways because now he was in the other side, he wanting or not. While he mindlessly made the most basic moves around there the blue haired girl came in again and by the looks of the others present there she was garnering an attention not by her coffin, but for her looks. The red haired smiled a bit, remembering that he already had been in that situation a couple of times, but more than that he kept his eyes on her to see what she was capable of for know before making any other move. | |

| With her warm-ups over, Maria began to get her hands with a pair of weights that had been set aside for people to use. But seeing how nobody seemed interested in using them, the Cadet quickly commandeered the pair for herself, until someone asked for them. And they were... surprising light, especially for seventy pound weights. So light that she tried holding the weights by the ends, but it wasn't much of a workout as she soon found out. How troublesome. The girl tried to look around if there were any others. But all she could see were the stares all these people were giving her, evidently surprised that someone of her stature could lift them without much trouble.
It seemed like the Cadet was having trouble looking around for more weights that were more her liking. Being new to this sorority, it was going to take a while. Though there are quite a number of people here who could help, it didn't seem quite right to come up to them as a newcomer and bother them.
Instead, she finally spotted the earlier boy she met. Allowing her grip on the weights to slacken and to set them aside, she made her way to him and asked, "Oh, hey! Do you know where I can find the rest of the weights?"
Surely he could help her out again this time, after all he seemed to be a member of this club.

| He did start some basic sword practice, but was surprised to see that the coffin wasn't the only thing that made that girl he met before special. It proved that she was indeed carrying a real one and not a novelty kinda thing, but it just made him wonder what could be inside of it that she had to drag it everywhere around her to be able to lift so much weight like she did so easily. Maybe it was part of a prior training she had done and had nothing to do with the coffin? He got a little lost in his thoughts, probably due to the lack of sleep and the fact that he was so used to practicing that he just noticed the girl next ot him when she was already talking. ~ Oh... Oh yeah! All the weights are there, at least that's where everyone pickes them up ~ He pointed over to the place with his wooden sword before looking back to Maria. ~ You sure are stronger than you look, huh? ~ Maybe a conversation with her would make his thoughts more clear even if it was just by a little. | |

| Maria leaned and peered toward the directions where the weights were as per Liam's instructions. And true to his words, there were quite a few people coming and going towards that isolated location in the room. Looking through the swathe of walking people, it was easy for Maria to see there were weight racks just sitting there to be used. "O-oh! I see them. Thanks!"
She was going to scurry off on her own, but Liam made a remark. Maria paused for a very small moment and smiled back at him, "Strong? Nah, I don't think so. I still have a long way to go."
The Cadet knew she was actually formidably strength-heavy thanks to her experimental enhancements. But she soon knew that wasn't enough. Despite it, she was very familiar with the fact that she needed to continue attaining all sorts of strength.
"Hm, Liam? You practice the sword?" she asked, upon noticing the wooden blade in his hand. Ever since the beginning of her combat training after the procedure, she had an odd growing interest in some styles. "What style do you practice in?"

| ~ If you have a long way to go I have double of that, then... ~ He laughed that off, still looking kinda sleepy but thinking that it added to his more chill and friendly type of dialogue he was going for with her. It was surprising to think that she still wanted to pursue more strength but it goes only to say what everyone was putting themselves into to become the top and be selected by the Queen after all. He was just going back to practicing his movements again when he noted that she was still around and asking him questions which means that his tactic worked. ~ Yes, I practice for a long time now. ~ He waved the sword around before doing one of that famous but wacky kung fu movies poses before grinning sheepishly ~ I do Kung fu! But not like the movie ones. Maybe some day i can walk on air and do that stuff ya? And you? Do you practice something or just like pulling some weights? ~ | |

| "Hahaha... Well, we all have room for improvement. Getting there is just an essence of time with a bit of diligence and effort. It should be fun," Maria replied with a bit of a nervous smile. She was growing very aware now that how much she's failing to just fit in and not garner any attention. Then again, after walking in with that ridiculous coffin? Any means to be inconspicuous was already moot at this point. Really, she definitely needed to find those dumb eggheads at the Church for giving her such a stupid weapon. Why couldn't it be one of those instead? "Oh, Kung Fu? That's interesting. I've rarely seen actual practitioners these days," she remarked with a pensive index finger on her lips before replying sheepishly, "Mmn, something like that. I was taught a mix-mash of basic things... for stuff. The weights are to help me keep in shape on top of what I'm learning." She had truly wanted a Church Executor's full course, but Sister Louise had told her she must focus on the basics first. It was an annoying restriction, but hopefully Maria would be able to prove herself in the future Cadet missions. "If you do manage to walk on air, you'd show me, won't you?" She wasn't really serious about it. It wasn't like she hasn't seen a few battle-hardened Executors walk on walls at times like a bunch of inhuman freaks. It would be nice if she could learn something like that for her job as a Cadet. But, no. she just liked to banter a bit. | |
