//"Maybe we're the Queen's guards?"// She shrugged while Jinguu hummed to herself. Shiina knew what the Persona was thinking, and her restraint was impressive. Was this related to the User's own mentality at the moment? Either way, it looked like the Persona was thinking of a few possibilities should they find another demon like that again. None that she would directly tell Shiina about; there was no real need for that.
//"Well, let's keep going. I think there's something else up ahead..."// Just a few steps forward should do...

"The Queen's guards.... that does ring awfully accurate. Though I don't remember Alice from the story breaking people's minds, we can only hope her story will have a different ending." Athena commented as she did her best to keep up with the better trained cadet.

"Arrest Alice?" A voice could be heard from before them, and the White Rabbit appeared once more. It floated before them and tilted its head. It was, of course, ready to run at any signs of closing the distance between them.
"Are you really here to arrest Alice? Really?"

Shiina raised an eyebrow and thought for a moment. Would it be wise to lie to this thing? It probably was ready to defend Alice at any time, right? Tch... eh, it had already heard them, what use was lying now? Going back on her word wasn't something a Tsurinai did anyway.
//"What kind of question is that? Of course that's what we're here for. Yare yare..."// The Wild Card sighed and crossed her arms. Jinguu stared at the rabbit with a disinterested crimson gaze that betrayed no real emotion out of her. More like she was just analyzing the creature and relaying the information to her User. //"It's also starting to get late, so if you're planning on defending her, I suggest you cut the shit and attack us already. We're plenty tired of running around pointlessly when our target is so close."// Now this sentence betrayed some emotion in Shiina's voice: annoyance. Something a Tsurinai wouldn't usually be seen without, if her cousin was any example.
//"May I?"// The Persona started to draw her blade, but was stopped at her User's mental command. //"Wait one more moment..."// Surprisingly, Jinguu looked more like a tamed beast than a ferocious creature at the moment...

Even though Athena didn't expect the rabbit to appear out of the blue it's sudden approach din't seem to faze her. She wondered if she should let Shiina do the talking or try to persuade the rabbit using her charm, after all last time the wild card spoke to it she scared the poor creature half to death. "Surely you're aware that Alice is not a very good person." Athena finally said to the creature as if it was a child "She caused harm to a lot of people. You see Alice doesn't actually wish to cause warm to them or you but she's very sick, though her illness is one that affects her mind instead of her body." Even though the girl was aware of taking a risk by revealing their intentions but at that point she felt the bet was well placed. "Our job is to help people like Alice, we take them to special hospitals where they heal them. Please, help us save Alice from herself." Despite caring little for the terrorist Athena was able to sound passionate.

Shiina's eyes widened as the rabbit spoke. So apparently the bad cop good cop routine Athena tried to undergo was pointless. Even then, those words... the Wild Card didn't know what to feel. For a moment, though, she could have sworn she saw Jinguu form a little smirk out of the corner of her eye, before the Persona turned away from the group with a more relaxed expression.
//"I see... then, I suppose I couldn't ask you to tell us more about this? Alice needs to be brought to justice, after all, and find some repentance for her crimes."// The Cadet took a cautious step forward and extended her hand. //"My name is Shiina Tsurinai, a Cadet of the City of Endymion. If this Terrorist has wronged you, then please, allow us to do everything in our power to bring about her punishment. All we ask is for your help."// And with those words... she smiled. A smile characteristic of a knight who swore to defend her people.
//"In the name of Endymion, I promise you. We will dispel this awful world and bring Alice to justice, so that she may come to realize the error of her ways. Please, lend us your aid."//

The smile on Shiina's face quickly vanished. Well, it didn't matter, the most likely scenario, even if she wanted to make it otherwise, was that Alice was beyond saving anyway... but something about the way this thing spoke to her.
//"Every terrorist who is arrested ends up dead or rehabilitated as a Cadet..."// She muttered this, obviously deep in thought. Her Persona whispered to her, telling her to kill the girl who apparently had kept this thing trapped for years on end...

//"Years of his life, he says? Alice has only been active for a little while, with only four victims. It's not possible for her to have maintained this area for years, or at least, there's no evidence of such..."// Gears turned in Shiina's head, and her glare only turned stronger. //"You... tell us the truth, rabbit, how is it possible for you to have lost years of your life to her? Unless there's other public victims we're not aware of, she hasn't even been around long enough for that to be possible. Logic dictates you slip up far more when you're new, so why would she only show signs of existing after so long? It doesn't add up."//
//"May I now, User?"// The malice emanating from Jinguu's form was nearly palpable, matching the ferocity of the Wild Card's glare. //"Our mission tasked us to bring her in, not kill her. As such, no matter the result, I shall obey my superiors. We will apprehend Alice, and in the worst case scenario, we will end her life. Unless you plan to stand in the way of the law, I suggest you stand down and give us the key. Jinguu..."// The Persona's blade was already drawn, and even already starting to freeze over...

"Stop shitting me! If you're not going to kill her then what use are you? Cadets!? Cadets are supposed to protect the innocent yet you're not going to execute a known terrorist who has ruined countless lives? That door stays locked then, and you two get buried here with us." The rabbit's previous cute voice began to morph into something distorted. The world of Wonderland through Alice's eyes began to fade slowly but surely, and the angry white rabbit before them began to writhe in anger. Golden hues became evident as its cute white fur was ripped by what appeared to be broken bones jutting out of its back. The previous rabbit was replaced by what seemed to be the remains of a human turned demon.
You've found the leader of this Domain! ...Bring it to Justice!
"With Alice locked away, this has been my world. If I'm going to be a monster now, then I'll play the part. I'll start by killing you two." The Corrupt Rabbit pointed towards the two while its free hand raised a golden key and threw it behind itself. Though one would except it to hit the dirt, the figure of a hat caught the key and ran into the brush. The Corrupt Rabbit spat to the side before focusing on the trio.
You've encountered a leader of the current domain you are in. When these leaders are defeated, a large number of the domain's forces will disappear, making it an overall easier dungeon. These leaders count as main bosses and not side bosses and all have their own gimmick to lead to their defeat. Some may even need separate cooperation to defeat entirely.
This is the Corrupt Rabbit. A human turned into a demon by Alice's twisted mind. They are long gone and a danger to society. With the key in safe hands, this creature will be confident in its ability to defeat you all. This is where teamwork is important. Two of your current members will need to remain to fight the rabbit. The third will need to go get that key, or this battle will be a losing one. It is your choice who you choose to send after the Mad Hatter.

Jinguu's face was once again obscured by her mask, but not before the Persona gave the rabbit one final triumphant grin. With an animal-like roar, the woman returned to Shiina's side and coated her blade in frost, ready to attack.
//"You said yourself you'd play the part of a monster, so I wouldn't expect you to understand. Cadets are supposed to protect the innocent, yes, but I am not about to take another life for the sake of justice! Sacrifices must be made, yes, and you were one already. For the sake of this city, I'll save your souls, both the victims' and Alice's alike."//

"It's clear now. Your mind is as twisted as Alice, our duty as cadets obligates us to stop you/ Even if we fail to save you body at the very least we're going to free your mind.
Athena who had remained quiet as Shiina dealt with the Rabbit now stepped forward with her persona by her side and her soulbound weapon on her arms, it was obvious the girl had summoned both when the Rabbit began revealing his true nature.
"Stand behind me, Shiina, the battle with the cat must have been exhausting. I'll gladly take whatever this demon can throw at us and return them tenfold..." Suddenly the girl paused and a disgusted expression set on her face. "Blegh! That's so cheesy! Just forget I said anything."
Passives:
—Strength Name: Right words for right minds —Description: Penelope simply knows what to say to manipulate other. That girl over there looks too confident, it would be bad if someone commented on that mole she's been trying to hide, that man doesn't pay much attention to Athena? A compliment here and a hint there and he'll be following her around like a puppy. [Mental Aliments are 10% stronger]
—Strength Name: Fancy —Description: Everything Athena does it appears to be refined, even actions that could consider rude or uncouth are far more charming (though still to be frowned upon) when they're done by Athena [Mental Aliments cast by Athena last 1 more turn than normal]
—Weakness Name: Impractical Defense —Description: Athena doesn't get sick often but when she does she gets sick hard. Her body is vulnerable and takes longer than average to recover. [Debuff effects last 1 extra turn to Athena]
—Weakness Name: Fragile —Description: Athena has little muscle mass on her body and thus she's not build to endure a beating. On top of that pain seems to annoy her more than the average person. [Physical Persona Attacks deal 10% more damage to Athena]
Human Skill Name: Exposed Emotions
Description: Every ally’s attacks deal 10% more damage to enemies who are affected by a mental aliment, but only if Athena was the one who caused the enemy to have the affliction. This effect lasts for as long as the ailment lasts. The effect can also be reapplied with another ailment once the original one ends, and the type of ailment doesn’t matter as long as it is applied by the owner of this skill
Action:
Moving to the Vanguard Defenses raised by 25% Attack raised by 10% SP and Luck reduced by 30%
Casting: Garu | Inflicts a small amount of Wind damage to one enemy. | 3 SP | Tier 1
