| "W-What!?" Jack's eyes glued themselves to the skys as the demons plummeted towards the water. For an instant he was terrified that they had decided to attack in mass and the group would be over ran before they could get the civilians to safety. This initial fear passed as he saw the vile forces nose dive into the water one by one, each making a very satisfying splooshing sound. "I-I can't believe it... They're leaving! The demons are leaving! We did it!" A wave of relief washed over Jack as one by one the threat that had came to destroy the peace of the islands was banished back below the waves."Claire... I... How?" Jack would listen intently to whatever explanation Clair gave, then to the impromptu speech by Tamara.
"Azami huh... That's a new one to me." Jack would comment before quieting up for Sentinel's part. The guy sure did know how to ask the right questions, Jack had been wondering those himself. Not wanting to rehash any treaded ground, he would have to pick his questions carefully."Nozomi... As in Nozomi Kichida? That's a name I haven't heard in a while... What dose he have to do with all this? And where is he and this Azami person right now anyway? I mean we saw that big flash during our little scuffle, but that doesn't really give us a location now dose it... So where are they? And how do we help them prevent this Core thing from eating our world? It is in your best interest to just cooperate at this point. After all, you're stuck here with the rest of us now, if this world gets eaten with you still on it well... I'm sure you're a smart cookie you figure it out..."

| Well, this was pretty boring, Sada was weak in energy and it seemed like the role that he could possibly play with all of this occurring as thinning itself out to the point of being an unseen transparent line. It was like being there but not, and that's ok, because Sada would rather be under the radar as "non-threatening" anyway. Stands for less opposition if no one cares for him or what hes doing. "I see, you might be exchanging one problem child for another if you aren't too careful. So maybe you should ease up on the killing a bit of it starts turning that way. As for me, pretty soon i'm going to have to start making my mistake if nothing else is happening, i'm sure they wont just let me walk so easily after that, and im not fond of being in cuffs. But, is there anything else you can tell me about whats going on? " | |

| /Mae's legs wouldn't give in. Not with Charles embracing her waist ever so tenderly and holding her like that, firm, strong, together. So the kiss ended up lasting until Mae's body turned into a rotting corpse. She'd squirm and try to escape but Charles was too much into the moment to notice her wanting to stop the kiss so he held her tight. She eventually died but he still kept kissing her. It wasn't until her skull crumbled beneath his kiss that he'd notice. And, by then, the world'd have died already as well, overrun by intelligent ASS-Weapons dead set on ending humanity. Which they did. And then they too died. And Charles was the only one left on planet Earth until the Sun with a valley accent exploded and he too ended up dead./ Psyche, nope. He did hold her, though, but he'd let her go after french kissing for about a minute or so. Figured she'd need the air. Either way... "Yes, let's not." He whispered into her ear with a smile. "Speaking of fighting... I've never seen you do it before. You were magnificient. Your flames burned so brilliantly. Beautiful, just like you."On the topic at hand, Charles had no clue what was being talked about. All the Nozomis and Azamis made no sense to him, really. And the threat was gone. What a relief. Now he'd have some time with Mae... They had a lot to catch up on. Ahhh~ Love. It was so beautiful, just like Mae. "Shunnosuke?" He'd give the richie-rich a questioning glance before chuckling. "Mae, you'll just have to get used to him. He's like this on the outside, but loveable on the inside." Still, all this end-of-the-world talk sounded serious and he was determined to help in any way he could. He was going to do that for everybody's sake. | |

| Tamara chuckled. "Nozomi? He's far below this world, making sure it doesn't crumble. But he doesn't know the truth of it. In saving that world, he's going to destroy yours. Your two worlds have a balance. When one moves one way, the other will move the opposite. If one goes up, the other goes down. If one gets pushed from impending doom, the other will get destroyed. And him being there is the result of someone. I won't say who I think is causing it though, cause I believe that they have a reason for all of this." Claire looked down at Tamara. However before she could do anything, nearby on the beach a woman in red showed up, and took a around to see two familiar faces. Both Claire and Tamara looked at her presence as she stood there, with almost nothing to say. It was as though she walked in on a party uninvited, everything grew silent from those two.
Aldred looked at Sada and shook his head. "I disagree. They didn't go after you did they? Plus you'd have plenty of time to escape if they did. I wouldn't worry too much about that. However..." he looked up in the direction of the group. He too could sense a familiar person was there, and not just someone familiar, but a dear friend. "It appears I must go. I wish you luck Sada. Just understand what you truly want. And realize what you need to do in order to achieve it." And with that, he would begin to traverse back to the group to see them.

| From one mess to another, isn't it? Not that Sharaku had an idea which one of them was better to be a part of at this point. Maybe it didn't even truly matter in the end. Still, since he had followed the shadow woman, he would find himself nearby her soon after she dropped in. Yet, he would do nothing at the moment, simply glancing around to count who all was gathered at this place as he stood with his arms crossed over his chest. He had a feeling this would really be a long day. With all these people, it sure would. Regardless, he would wait for now, wanting to get a clear picture of what was going on first.... | |

| ...Shunnosuke would simply turn his face to the said, ignoring the small compliment he had just received and the whole lovey-dovey vibe between those two. Of course he was a bit flustered by the android's reaction, and so he opted to ignore it, for the sake of bigger issues in hand. — Ah, you WILL say who's behind this if you know what's best for you. I have no patience for guessing games right now and you're in no position to refuse anything, just say who has put Nozomi there already! Where have you taken him?? — If Tamara was a regular person, Shunnosuke would have treated to land his hand on her face in a bitch slap, but since she was a demon and he had the means to counter one, his hand instead moved to his evoker, signaling the young man was prepared to summon his Persona in a physical threat, and if no one hold him, that's exactly what the Kurosawa would do. Mentioning Nozomi was enough to startle him and put his senses into awareness, but playing around with words and enigmas when the guy was already on the verge of a nervous breakdown, after a long, stressful day...ah, that was a whole different level he wouldn't tolerate. | |

| " Oh geez, really?" Mae replied to Charles' compliment with a slight blush. " I... I'm not strong enough though..." A reality she had come to face the moment she had fought Tamara. She may be a strong fighter, but she was clearly not strong enough. Had the others not been here, she wouldn't have been able to protect what she wanted... She just ended up relying on others to do the fighting. " Oh, you two know eachother?" Mae looked at Shunnosuke and Charles with raised eyebrows. " Anyway, your relatives weren't any issue at all, Shunnosuke-kun. And..." She gave the young man a gentle smile. " Thank you for keeping him safe... As far as I'm concerned, we're even." After that, she'd turn back to Charles. " Now then... I guess we have some survivors to corral? You know the way, Charles. I'll round them all up with Lia first, and then we'll leave as soon as we can. We need to get these Civilians to safety." - OoC:
My next post will be an exit, regardless if Lia has replied or not. This thread has gone on long enough, imo

| The android listened very carefully to what Tamara was saying, the two worlds had a balance, when one got stronger, the other got pushed to their doom. At the same time, Nozomi was over there and empowering the other world, and seemed to be playing the same role as Azami was. However, Tamara did not share the information about who put Nozomi there and their reasons for it. The android came up with an idea rather quickly, two powerful forces placed in both worlds to ensure that they would not crumble. Two worlds, that were on the brink of being destroyed and had a balance between them. It seems as though a balance had to be achieved, maintain the balance of power so that both worlds could stand together seemed like the ultimate goal behind everything.
When Shunnosuke snapped, the android was a bit surprised, and when he saw his friend going for his evoker, he placed his hand on his friend's. "Easy, she's trying to get under your skin." the android said, he knew Tamara very well, and knew she would do anything to spite them. As he turned his head back towards Tamara he noted that her attention was toward a woman who seemed to just suddenly appear, as was Claire's. Given the silence, it was easy to say that the woman was part of Claire's group, but what caught the android's eye was the person with the woman.
Sharaku, so he was okay! Well that was a relief to see his friend, and the android waved the distant man over to the group near Tamara. With that done he looked back down to Tamara, "Now, you were going to tell us about the person who placed Nozomi on the other side, and their reasoning." he said with a hint of anger, "Because we're past the stage of asking nicely, and not cooperating does not improve your position at all." he explained and he removed his hand from Shunnosuke's. "My friend's patience is running out, and mine is not far behind." He said glaring at Tamara, the android would make good on a threat if he had to. It can all be avoided, but he wants a solution that doesn't leave her beaten down. However, before the android threw more questions at her, he wanted to hear her answer Shunnosuke's and then he would be able to properly question Tamara further about the situation. Furthermore, if the others joined then they could figure out even more. He knew they were looking for Azami, and he presumed it was in order to protect this world. He just needed a few questions answered before doing anything else. Then he could contact Isla to send help to survivors and secure the areas, but he had a question about her as well.

| Sada gave a casual wave to Aldred and proceeded to go his own way. That's how it always was, alliances don't necessarily last too long and Sada had no real place there. Also, he had no use of being a prisoner to them of any sort. Leaving was the best option before they start to have a change of heart. Whenever they cared or not, Sada was going his own way. "Now what?" It was something to mull over atleast while Sada began to take his leave. He was definitely no hero, so none of this mattered to him anyway. What he needed was power, something he couldnt get by standing around and talking. "What i truly want, and what i need to do to get it, right?" What he truly wanted?

| Rita didn't bother talking for quite a while, instead taking the time to observe and condense all the information in her mind. There were a few persons of interest right now that grabbed her attention, and half of them were mentioned by Tamara right now. This was a conundrum... However, once she saw the young man seemingly lose his cool, the performer shook her head slightly. Sure, she understood his reaction, it wasn't easy to know a friend was in such peril, and she likely would have done the same if it were Lia, or Mio... but something didn't sit right with her.
"Stay here, sweetheart. We'll be sleeping away from home for a few days, okay? It's kinda like camping." The blonde smiled and pet her daughter's head kindly. Her words made the child pout for a second but then nod obediently. It wasn't obvious to most others, but Rita's tone was a little special to Mio specifically... the tone her parent put on when she was worried. With that, though, Rita walked over towards Tamara with a cool head, deciding to take her time.
"While learning who this person is would be pretty valuable, their reason for placing this Nozomi person in that other world sounds like the most important thing to learn about." She spoke up and looked at Tamara with a neutral expression. "For now, though, I think we should all go to the Prison, and we're taking her with us. When we're all safe and with a guarantee that we'll have a bed to sleep in, we'd be in a much better position to start interrogating her, right?" Rita shrugged. "Besides, she already said it's only who she thinks is causing it. There's no guarantee she's right, guys."
Inside the Circus, Lia would be pretty busy gathering up all the guests alongside the rest of the workers, with everyone working together to help the refugees pick up all their stuff. Mae would only barely be able to catch her, and Lia only really gave her a quick "sure" in response to her request. If she wanted to go get more refugees, that was her business. Not like the performer stuck around to listen to Shunnosuke's objection to it.

| "Two worlds tied to one another like two sides of the same coin eh?...Yet another example of duality, that makes like what... five now right? Heh, am I the only one who's starting to see a theme around here? Ya know I never would have pegged the supernatural forces of the universe to be so into fallowing Newtonian Laws." Finding the light side of all this darkness was a difficult task to say the least but one he felt it was up to him to do. After all he obviously was the comic relief around here, no point in fighting when it's easier to just go with the flow in situations like this. Though it seemed one of the group was rather flustered when he heard about Nozomi, probably a close friend. Tch... Even more bonds stretched to the breaking point by this super natural bull crap. Though to be fair Shouty and Mr.Cool and Colected did a good stab at "Good Cop, Bad Cop", gatta give em that.
"What I'm getting from all this is that we need to balance the worlds out... And whatever Nozomi is doing on the other side is causing a reverberation overhere... Then it sounds to me like our course is simple, head down there and let him know the situation." Made Sense to Jack at least... Though there was still much work to be done up here. As long as Dunbar was running around there was no way Jack could leave... "And Reason or not, you should really tell us who the man behind the curtain is on this, even if it is just a theory it's more then we have to go off of... And who knows? I might be able to knock a few charges off your ass if you cooperate. Also, Rita is right, we need to get the civilians to the prison ASAP, it's being used as a safe house for refugees."
THEEEEEEEN even more newcomers... Jeeze it was really starting to become a party wasn't it? Though Jack would have to crack an eyebrow at the pale man who had made his rather abrupt yet quiet entrance"Well I'll be damned... Sharaku? Is that you!? Long time no see, You uh... kinda missed the party but boy am I glad to see you Pal..." Jack could tell that Sharaku had little interest in joining the conversation any time soon... But felt he needed to welcome him regardless... I-It's not like Jack wanted Sempai to notice him or anything!... heh....

| Claire looked to Shunnosuke. "Please, don't. I don't want more fighting. And I don't want to have to fight you guys to keep you from hurting others." It didn't exactly sound like a threat, but then again she nearly fought someone already because they suggested it, and she had just fought one of her oldest allies. Tamara laughed at the whining boy. "Go find out yourself. I think I know yes, but I have it on good authority. But if you want to take me to your human prison, I won't stop you. I shall remain here, as a pawn like the rest of us." Irina looked towards Tamara. 'Pawn' was not the word she liked to hear. But the more she thought about her situation, the less she was sure. Before she could say anything, the black knight Aldred returned, and to his surprise, saw Irina nearby. Irina quickly ran towards him and gave him a tremendous hug, to which he cautiously returned. It wasn't as though he minded it, but she never gave any warning before it happened. "Irina. You're well." Aldred said. Beneath his black mask was a smile. Irina scoffed and let go. "What do you expect? I was far from death." she said, turning back to Tamara. It seemed their reunion couldn't last forever. They returned to the women shortly. "Your laws mean nothing to me, unless you truly are as stupid as you look. You will not get the answer from me. You all are pawns, just destined to get sacrificed because your world was never good enough. The other Azores will be saved, and this one will fall. It'll keep other worlds from falling around it by maintaining a balance. Saving both will be impossible; Azami will never get the strength she needs to protect this place. She is far behind Nozomi, and he is closing in. Soon he will reunite with Yufosa and they can keep whatever pitiful worlds they care for stay afloat. If your friend here can't find a way to balance the world here, you'll die. But that's the tragedy no? It's impossible for cretins like you. Nozomi will take what Azami owes him in the end, and this madness will be over. Just like me." She remained silent, with a sly face after speaking. She had nothing more to say; after all she told them enough. Though perhaps she inadvertently told them who the real mastermind was, though it made no difference to her. She failed, and she was willing to roll with it for now until she found her nearest exit. | |

| Rita's eyebrow raised at Jack's little outburst. Sharaku? Hell, the performer even found herself cracking a smirk at seeing the man again. She casually waved a hand towards Sharaku, momentarily ignoring Tamara's rambling, but that couldn't last forever, and reunions could wait until they were settled down.
"Well, Jack, there's been the Angels and Primordials, the Alternate Azores and our Azores... Hell, even us and our Personas." She shrugged again, and scoffed, then turned to Tamara. "You make a decent enough display of bravado and mockery. For such a half-assed villain like you, I'd expect nothing less. Either way... what you said just now is important. Nozomi will take what Azami owes him? Sounds to me like we should stop him from doing that if we want this world to stay up... but, if we did that, then the alternate world would fall. Just no easy answer here, is there?" Rita crossed her arms and took a bit to ponder. Two worlds, both seeking a balance to keep all others from falling... And two people whose very life held up each of the worlds. It sounded to Rita like it was in these people's best interest to keep both of them alive and well, so both worlds stayed up, no?
"Hrm... Never good enough, huh? I can see what you mean. We had Angels come up and offer us a better deal before, then Primordial things strutting around like they owned the place... Hell, if I didn't know better, I'd say this world was screwed from the beginning." Even saying that, she smirked, then leaned in closer to Tamara. "But guess what. It's us, and we're idiots, so we'll give it the good old college try and see what happens. Can't blame us for trying, can you? If we didn't, then we'd be dooming ourselves anyway. Best case scenario, we all go back to our regular lives by the end of the month. Worst case scenario, we lived out our final days having fun like old times. If you can call this fun, that is." With a triumphant smile, Rita reached out and patted Tamara on the head. Now that she was defenseless, adding that little extra bit satisfied the performer quite a bit.
"Now then, can we get moving? Lia and the others should be finish rounding everyone up." Rita was frankly already getting tired of staying around here. It was late, she was tired, and the yawn she let out illustrated that quite well.

| For the majority of the back and forths from everyone, Sharaku would stay where he was, listening to what was being said. Apparently, this was about the general issue of the worlds being destroyed. Is this related to the whole Core deal he he heard about before? It could be, although he wasn't quite sure why exactly would two people be so important in terms of keeping some balance over here. He would turn his gaze towards Jack when he was called out tough. ''I've been busy elsewhere. I think I know enough anyway.'' He only heard the recent chatter, but it wasn't that hard to conclude what had it been circling around for the most part. Having nothing else to do now that Irina was doing her own thing, he would walk over to the rest of them.
''If there is no way to keep this balance you all speak of stable, then perhaps we should focus on the source damage which is causing the worlds to fall apart in the first place rather than only the people that are apparently preventing it from fully happening. Ensuring a blockade isn't exactly a complete solution to a problem.''
Just a thought, but it was up to the which way they wanted to go. Was it even possible to somehow deal with the Core from here? Based on what he was hearing, it was obvious Yufosa would know quite a deal about this all, but it was doubtful that man would willingly assist them just like that. Not when he apparently had his own agenda in this situation. Not that they knew where he resided either.
''I'm guessing you lot plan to also stay the night at the prison...?''
He heard Jack mentioning the place and something about refugees and all, though he was wondering if everyone planned to stay there as well or do something else after walking all the way there.

| Shunnosuke glared at Claire with fiery, serious eyes, as if he was about to burst anytime, even though his voice came crystalline and in a calm tone between greeted teeth. — I don't recall asking for what you want and what you not. If YOU don't want any more fighting, tell your darling demon friend to walk in line or leave adults to handle the business, you child. — Regardless, at least the intervention of Alphonse did soothe his urges to land a hand on Tamara, and so he refrained from his cantankerous intention to end her for once. Which doesn't mean, of course, he would abide to any rules or suggestion thrown at him. He glanced briefly to the other people in scene, namely one specific man he wasn't hoping to meet right and whose presence would only thwart him more, before turning back to the blond girl performer and her crew. — I am not going to the Prison. If you all can spend the night in such a crowded hellhole, that's ultimately your call, but don't count on me to make room with a bunch of sweaty, smelly people. Lewis, are you going with them or coming with me? — Shunnosuke didn't want to be close to these people for the time being. It doesn't seem like Tamara would say anything else, despite the threats and demands from the people. One thing, however, was clear: the importance of Azami and Nozomi in the great scheme of things. Nozomi was sent to the other Azores to save that, while Azami, as odd as it may sound, remained in this world to save this. Even without proper thinking, a reasonable enough person could match two and two together, and make their own conclusions about the balance needed to save both, or focusing on one world leaving the other to its own doom. — ...It's no use exchanging words with this devil anymore, so be it. I'm acquainted with both Azami and Nozomi, though he's detained in the alternate dimensions, meaning we have to make due with what's within our reach. It's not like Tamara is the only source of information there is, and I dare say, a lame source who gave us more questions than answers. Nothing I can't manage, Zachary himself must know something he hasn't told me, and arrange a meeting with either Azami or him shouldn't pose as a problem. As for you, Alphonse? Lewis? — What would they both do in the mean time? | |
