Upon usage, bright blue veins spark all across her body and she gains a glowing aura as the power is made manifest. The skill itself enhances Shiina's mind and body, making her feel not only as if time slows down around her while she stays the same, but her very strength is raised to superhuman levels due to this. Naturally, the boost extends to her Persona, hence the title of Soul Alter. Mechanics-wise, this skill increases Attack and Speed by 35% for three turns, but can only be cast on Shiina.

At any time, she can simply let it slip out, and it functions like any regular pocket watch. However, it has another extra button aside from the ones used to regulate its time, which is used to activate the supernatural shield it truly is. | |
