There was an sense of unease, knowing that he was going to be assisting in someone's murder that night. Pendleton wrote horror stories. Tales of tragedy, death, and revenge. And while it seemed like tonight he'd be creating one in real life, he had run into a slight issue. He had no idea where the hell he was. He was in Suzie-Q, that much he could tell, but he had never been to this part of Endymion before. He wasn't even from Endymion! His nerves were starting to get a bit...yeah. Then there was the other problem here. He had run out of pills, and the Playhouse hadn't given him anymore. Boogeyman was getting restless, and that meant it was only a matter of time until he went through with his vague threats of murder.
Pen groaned to himself, as he turned another corner. He was only getting more and more lost. Boogeyman was only getting more and more agitated. As he turned another corner he sensed something...wrong. Pen turned his head just in time to get blindsided by a fist. Boogeyman floated, glaring down at him. Nerves, and lack of drugs had finally allowed him to take control. Which was...admittedly not good at all for Pen. Of course, it only got worse when Boogeyman launched another attack at him. More specifically, a large chunk of Rock that Pen barely rolled out of the way of. Unfortunately, it collided with the sidewalk, giving off a loud banging sound, and leaving the stone embedded.

Life was going on as usual under the starry night for Suzie Q. While the same couldn't be said in the House of Cards, it certainly can't be the same for the citizens witnessing the chaos in the streets. An intrepid few were recording with the cameras and the smarter majority began seeking cover while screaming in terror of the sudden appearance and belligerence of a ghostly Persona. The Psyche-Terrorists were here.
Of course, a stationed police officer was privy to the beginning of a brewing and sudden shitstorm in his car. He was barking reports and orders through his radio, calling in for the Cadets and prayed that they would come soon. As the sirens began to blare and a few cruisers arrived, he knew help was here and more on their way. But will they be enough? He hoped so as he began to help his fellow officers to clear off all the citizens while the rest were aiming their guns at him.

Pen gave a heavy sigh as he stood, donning his Terrorist outfit. he wasn't sure what the police were expecting, but...Boogeyman apparently have other ideas. With a gleeful laugh, the Persona briefly took it's attention off him, focusing on the ones who'd take the kill that it deserved. Mediums sized, jagged chunks of rock began to form in the air, each one at least four feet long, and two feet wide. They hung for a moment, before turning to point at the Police Officers, and firing. They flew through the air quickly, but really...it was their fault for getting involved.

"▂▂▃▃▄▄▅▅!!!"
The shrill beastly cry that erupted alongside a motorcycle's engine was the only warning before the red-clad Persona sped past the Police officers. With unparalleled speed, or at least compared to the Terrorist's own Persona, the warrior drew her sword with a flash of white and sliced it across the air. The swing released a wave of frost, freezing the air around it as it sliced the slabs of rock straight through before stopping a few feet above the Terrorist's head. The shards would disintegrate into mounds of dust upon contact with the wave, leaving the police officers for the most part safe.
//"Jinguu-Tennou, protect them!"// The distant motorcycle was now at the front of the fray, just a mere meter behind the defending Persona. Its rider narrowed her eyes as she slid the safety into place and then hopped off her vehicle. //"Don't fire, I can handle this! Call for more backup just in case."// Thankfully, she was in the area and could respond immediately. Some times, having friends in different districts could help a lot during the ass-end of the day...
//"That was a warning shot! If you don't surrender right now it'll only be worse for you!"//
Shiina didn't know how strong this Terrorist was, but judging by the fact that her attack easily tore through his she could at least assume she had some kind of advantage. But that didn't matter right now, the biggest priority was making sure there was no way to escape or for civilians to stumble upon the area. But even then, she'd wait to see what choice he made. The Wild Card was on high alert, and Jinguu-Tennou had her crimson eyes fixated right on the other Persona, but if they could avoid outright conflict then all the better.

To much of their horror, they believed it was the end for them. No amount of cover was going to protect them. At least, until a Cadet finally made her arrival. While most of the Officers were at a wonder of what was happening, the lead officer barked orders. "Secure the perimeter! Give her room!"
It was enough to get all of them to gain their bearings before immediately moving to follow orders. Cruisers began to move back and eventually park towards every opening in the area. A car wasn't going to be much against a Persona, but it was enough to keep civilians away. The rest of the officers began moving back, but they still aimed their guns at him as they kept their eyes in the heart of the conflict.

Pen sighed. And as if the evening couldn't get any worse. "Look, as much as I'd love to not be destroying things, it's out of my control." He growled out, still, he summoned his soulbound. He was NOT about to be captured by the cadets. "...sorry, but I don't feel like coming quietly, anyway." Boogeyman seemed outraged by the Cadet's presence, and seemed to decide to assist until she was defeated. A green Light briefly enveloped Pendleton, before he dashed forwards, to perform a jumping slash once he got within Range of Shiina. If it connected, he'd follow up with a spinning slash. If it missed, he'd attempt to bring his absurdly large sword up to defend himself.

//"...is that so."//
It was a shame, but at least she asked first. As he refused the offer to come quietly, the Wild Card's eyes flashed a bright golden as her veins released a burst of sparks all around her body. The sudden speed boost from the Terrorist was a surprise, but she had a trick up her sleeve too.
She was faster.
-PvP Phase Combat Initiated - Press X to Pay Respects!-
Shiina's own enhancing skill gave her the small edge needed to see the attack coming and speed out of the way to her right. In a single leap, she swung to the Terrorist's left and put a good three meters of distance between them, Jinguu-Tennou logically following along at the same pace.
//"It's a shame, but I need to do my job."// One of her knives sparked into her now glowing hand, the highlighted greenish blue veins giving her a superhuman appearance. Jinguu-Tennou roared as she swung her sword in a wide arc to her right, causing a large wall of solid ice to spring up between the Terrorist and the police forces, covering a half-elliptical area that ran for at least five meters and grew upwards to four. At the same time, Shiina stomped the ground hard as she ran, her enhanced strength making a dent in the looser ground where she took off. The Wild Card had the edge in speed, and quickly circled to the enemy's back before lobbing the summoned knife towards his shoulder. Her other arm swung forward and materialized another Soulbound knife at the same time, but this one aimed instead at his leg.
Upon completion of this sequence, Shiina once again stomped the ground and jumped backwards around fifteen feet, both her enhanced strength and speed making it much easier to cross that kind of distance.
Soul Skill Name: Soul Alter - Full Accel Persona Name: Jinguu-Tennou Tier: Tier 3 Cost: 25 SP Type of Damage: Buff Description: To activate this skill, all Shiina needs to mutter is "Accel" with the intent to cast it. Upon usage, bright blue veins spark all across her body and she gains a glowing aura as the power is made manifest. The skill itself enhances Shiina's mind and body, making her feel not only as if time slows down around her while she stays the same, but her very strength is raised to superhuman levels due to this. Naturally, the boost extends to her Persona, hence the title of Soul Alter. Mechanics-wise, this skill increases Attack and Speed by 35% for three turns, but can only be cast on Shiina.
and then two Soulbound Pierce hits for 55 damage each.

Pen hissed in pain as the Cadet's first attack hit his shoulder, though he was able to defend himself from the second attack with his blade. He was clearly outclassed, in speed, power, and probably everything else, but...he refused to just give up. If he absolutely HAD to go down, it would be fighting. "...not bad." He offered, as a purple aura began to surround him. "Unfortunately...I can't allow myself to be defeated here..." He steadied his blade, which was glowing with a similar aura, before dashing forwards again...however, instead of attacking Shiina, he would instead duck, once he got in range, as a chunk of earth flew from behind him at her. The same size as the others, four feet long, and two feet wide. Whether it connected or not, only then would Pendleton actually slash at her with his blade...though he hadn't thought through what could happen if his distraction wouldn't work as well as he thought.
Soul Skill Name: Dark Aura Persona Name: Boogeyman Tier: Tier 1 Cost: 10 SP Type of Damage: AOE Mudo Description: Pendleton dashes around, slashing with his Soulbound Weapon, while covered in a dark purple aura. AOE T1 Dark damage, with a 10% Chance of inflicting Fear.

//"..."//
The thing about Shiina was that she had no fear of being harmed in combat. She knew there was backup incoming, and she knew that her own skills were far more powerful than this Terrorist's. She also understood that she wouldn't be able to defeat herself in just a few blows either. Therefore...
The Tsurinai Shadow Acceled straight at the Terrorist and through his strikes, her sheer speed countering any force she might have felt pushing her back from the direct blows. With crimson eyes, she stared at the Terrorist's mask just a few inches from his face, and her edge in speed had her grasp his clothes by the stomach and quite literally lift him up off the ground. With a display of strength only possible through her new ability and with the carrying momentum from the Shadow Accel, the Wild Card swung the Terrorist straight into the previously created ice wall and through his Persona if necessary, though Jinguu-Tennou would, in tandem with these actions, quickly swing her blade at the Persona after crossing the distance as a leaping blur, again from just a few inches away. It was unlikely he would react fast enough to see the supernaturally-powered dash coming, but should he somehow manage to evade being literally smashed against the wall of ice that'd immediately assault his body with its power, Shiina would conjure up another of her knives and slash at his Persona to break it and leave him, for better or for worse, defenseless. As she was at point blank range from him, it was likely that his Persona was also close enough for her to only need to extend her arm to hit it properly.
//"Owari da. My apologies for the brutality."// Should all of this be successful, Shiina would drop him on the ground, presumably unconscious. //"It wasn't your fault fate dealt you a bad hand."//
Taking the incoming hits head on while using a Shadow Accel to prevent being knocked back by them.
Using Shiina's increased physical strength and the resulting momentum from the Shadow Accel (plus the actual speed boost afterwards) to push Pendleton into the preexisting Mabufula ice wall for 168 Ice damage
Hack & Slash | Inflicts a small amount of Slash damage twice to one enemy. | 8% HP | Tier 1 targeting Boogeyman, deals no damage but counts as two hits for the purposes of Persona Breaking.
No critical hits.
If the push doesn't manage to work out, then Shiina summons another knife and slashes at Boogeyman. Again, no damage, just another hit for Persona Breaking.

Quill was left with no time to defend himself. He had a boost in speed, but no ability to keep up with the Cadet. She had a slight edge, and it payed off in the end. The user himself was flung towards the solid wall of ice, colliding into it with a cry, rendering the last of his strength gone. The Cadet how proven herself victorious that night.

With the short fight over, Shiina sighed. Even if she had the decisive victory, she still felt like she had expended more resources than usual just to beat this one Terrorist. Though maybe that was more of a side effect of fighting alone... probably. Either way, the Wild Card crouched down to face the unconscious terrorist before grasping his mask. With a simple movement, she ripped it straight from his face like she had done with the Demon Painter, allowing his identity to be revealed.
//"...I guess we're both really too young for these lives."// The Tsurinai shook her head and gestured for the rest of the police force to move in. //"Make sure he didn't have allies hiding around the area. If there's anyone else, we can't leave them alone... though I don't think they'd be dumb enough to show themselves now as opposed to when we were fighting."// She crossed her arms and hummed. //"For now, could you spare a patrol car to get us to Class Zero? I'll park my motorcycle around here and come back for it after I report to His Highness. Thank you for the assistance, officers."//
//"If it wasn't for your fast report and securing of the perimeter this could have turned much uglier. Thank you very much."//
After giving her thanks and presumably securing a car to get the terrorist to Class Zero, Shiina walked to her motorcycle and turned on the ignition, but only to guide it towards a parking space before leaving it at rest. She retrieved the helmet from its spot hanging off the steering of the bike and returned. Hopefully nothing else needed to be done before departing... though she'd quickly send Cecilia a message to head to Class Zero instead, as the issue had been dealt with.

With firearms pointed at the center of battle, the officers seemed to relax once the Psyche-Terrorist was finally defeated. At Shiina's prompting, a couple of officers began to approach the two with the lead while the rest began organizing the perimeter to seek out any stragglers. But it didn't seem like there was anyone at the moment.
"We all did our jobs. That's what matters tonight," the commanding officer gave a curt nod before barking additional orders for any reports. There were, of course, none. He finally called in for a squad car which subsequently forced the unconscious Psyche-Terrorist inside with cuffs with one officer to the side him in the seat. There was enough room for Shiina to enter inside. With a couple closing slams of the doors and with the Cadet inside, the cruiser drove off leaving the lead officer lighting a cigarette and thoughtfully looking back at the resulting environment changed by the battle that transpired.
