| Hmm, really..? The Shadow's expression would turn into one akin to an amused sneer after hearing the request. That was a bit different than Sephtis' original idea was it not? Maybe the other should have kept to something similar to what he thought up before he saw the wind and what it could do. Because this route was certainly one that could be seen as a mistake of sorts. Despite the Shadow being more human like than most of them, that still didn't change what he was. Not for no reason. And while his interest wasn't to kill the other, as it would be more of an inconvenience than anything else...he could always mess the other up without going as far as knocking him out. Afterall, that wind ability was normally meant to be used in battle. It was certainly risky to trust a Shadow to use it on someone without causing any side injury on top of doing what was asked of him. One could only wonder what that would lead to... Alas, Sephtis was lucky in this case, if nothing else. The Shadow seemed to be about to say something, but instead, his eyes would narrow in some sort of annoyance, before he ended up toppling over backwards. ''...Ghn..'' He would proceed to stay laying down for several moments, clutching his head as if in pain. Amongst other things. But from such an angle, Sephtis wouldn't be able to see much of what was going on anyway. Not by looking up from the ground. Nor would he really be able to do anything, unless he chose to do something drastic...but would he without knowing what was up? Regardless, the little 'interruption' wouldn't last for very long, as he'd eventually get back up on his feet, coughing a bit. He appeared to be generally fine, except for the fact that he seemed to have coughed up a bit of blood. ''A word of advice. Don't ask someone like that to use their power on you unless you wish to also get hurt on the way.''
Indeed, Sephtis wouldn't really have been in any trouble had the suggested method involved anything except the usage of the supernatural. Trusting a Shadow to not openly go ahead and try to bite your head off is one thing....this is another. But for now, the man was safe. Afterall, the Shadow and the human were two different beings, despite sort of sharing a body. ''Now then.'' He would snap his fingers, making the wind, before moving back a few steps to leave open space for the other. The rest was up to the guy, as long as he hadn't changed his mind after what happened. Regardless, he would wait to see what Sephtis planned to do next.

| Sephtis was no fool when it came to shadows. Nor was he a fool about his request. He understood that what he was dealing with was something that was dangerous. Something that probably picked up on his dislike for its kind and maybe for that or other reasons wanted to harm him. He understood the risks, but took the chance anyway bracing himself for the worst should the creature comply. As the hunter moved away from the wall to prepare for a running start, he would pause before moving as he heard a sound come from the hole above. Crimson eyes would drift towards that gapping maw of darkness that hid his companion well enough. While he couldn’t see anything, he heard what sounded like suffering or something and sensed a shift the air. The bitterness was going out of the air, but…why did it sound like trouble was occurring along side this good thing? Being ever cautious, the hunter remained where he was listening and sensing. When whatever happened up there ended, the boy appeared at the hole again coughing. To this, the hunter narrowed his eyes. Despite appearance, he could see even in this strange light the glint of something on the boy’s lips and chin. Something that carried with it the scent of copper. Blood…the boy had coughed up blood, but why? Did flipping back and forth hurt him? “….”The hunter was quiet for a moment as he heard the words that came down to him. As the words set in, the hunter would smirk lightly at the child in the hole. “…amble be ‘ucky tis ime. Eep worbs in mim yes,” the hunter would say back to the other in slightly amused tones suggesting he either liked risks or maybe he was simply happy to have the kid back. Regardless of emotions, what could be said was that the hunter seemed a bit more gentler now that the shadow was more or less away for now. When the boy summoned the wind a while later, Sephtis surprisingly did not hesitate with his plan. He would use the boost and the wind to make his way into the hole having only a moment of ungracefulness as he scrambled upward to get in the hole fully. Once up, the hunter would crouch at the edge of the hole like some strange bird as he looked over the boy with a careful gaze. While he was happy for the help, he was concerned more about the boy. “…Okay?” he would ask the other after a moment not really sure what expect from that. The boy had his secrets and quite frankly he held them well, so Sephtis would not be surprised if the boy ignored the question or even lied to him at this point. After all he had no obligation to be honest with the hunter now did he? The slight show of concern would last only a moment before Sephtis shelled back up and looked around the tunnel. Hmm, a straight shot forward to somewhere else. Right. Crawling a bit further in the hole, Sephtis would pause only when he got near the other. It was true he could move around him at a close range since the tunnel was more narrow than it was long; however, the hunter had a sense of respect that kept him from running on that impulse...initially at least. “Fter, oo,” the being would say as he nodded towards the way forward. If Saki took the lead. then the hunter would follow; however, if the boy did not move, then he’d have to contend with Sephtis sliding past him to go on. Either way, the hunter would move on to the next section of this strange place. **
A few moments of uneventful walking through the straight tunnel, Sephtis would come to a halt at the edge of the hole and looked around. Well, the hole exited out into another room that was about the same size as the room they just left, except the shape was square. The black ooze was here again stretching out in all directions until it dead-ended at what appeared to be some form of concrete platform. Outside of that and the fact that strange green light was in the area, the place seemed normal enough. Still, the hunter didn’t move to go in as he frowned at this. He….didn’t like calm. It made him uneasy and the idea of going back into more of that slime only made his reluctance to move on grow. “Hrmm...” the hunter muttered as he remained at the edge of the hole looking first around the room and then down to the sludge below. He was not eager to go forward. Not at all. |

| Lucky....? Strange. Despite how this guy was determined to find and kill his 'targets', he was giving off the impression that he was willing to just risk dying half-way through for a gamble. Did that mean he knew what could have happened, or was that just something he came up with as a response? Regardless, golden eyes would just blink, in an attempt to ignore pointless thoughts. ''Gambling could get you killed before you reach your goal.'', he'd respond, albeit his tone was more so neutral right now.
That said, he would just wait until Sephtis got up there as well, tilting his head slightly when he noticed the other looking at him. A little confused, he was about to ask what that was about, but he was beat to it as the other spoke up first. He would stare at the guy blankly for a few moments, before he just gave a puzzled frown. ''I'm...fine. I've had way worse than this.'' The confusion was mostly due to the fact that he had no idea why Sephtis suddenly chose to care enough to ask, although the other would probably not know unless he had a great deal of intuition backing him up. Regardless, his answer was truthful enough. This wouldn't really inconvenience him in the long run as long as he wasn't forced to do it several times...and honestly, he had almost forgotten about the blood already. Sure, he could still taste it and all, but it was far from the first time anyway, so one could argue he was actually used to it. Which was probably not really a good thing to be...but what can one do...
Past the weird moments and all, he would follow the other's gaze towards the other end of the tunnel, giving a shrug as he was asked to move. But he'd do it regardless. And he didn't necessarily like the outcome of that. This just looked like they were getting nowhere. Speaking of that, was there even an exit? They fell from above, but who's to say there was another way out on the other end of this underground whatever? ''Now what? We can't stand here forever.''

| The hunter would smirk at the words he heard from the boy when he mentioned gambling. While it was true the hunter was dedicated to hunting down his targets and would pretty much stop at nothing to complete the job, there was a little secret about the hunter that only the dead or insane now knew: The hunter liked gambles. It not only lightened up and gave life to the usual, but it also gave him much needed information when taken. For example. The shadow very well could’ve stayed in control and punished him for his toss; however, for whatever reason the boy had regained control and stopped such madness from happening. The end result revealed an interesting conclusion of the boy. One: he actually did care about others despite remaining neutral or uncaring like. Two: he had didn’t really care at all, but through some logic saw the action of its other side as a bad thing. Maybe damaging the hunter endangered him and he simply took control in order to keep a tool around. Or finally: the hunter really did get lucky in his gamble. Likely? Not really considering the hunter did not truly believe in luck despite his words. No, if something good or bad happened it was either due to planning or some other logical reasoning. Luck was non-existence in the matter. “’ermaps…ut tin ‘in ermaps no. Still ‘ere evan if ‘amble,” the hunter would say to the other in calm tones before focusing on the kid and his condition. His study made the child curious or maybe even uncomfortable and his question seemed to puzzle the guy when asked. While it was true Sephtis knew only what he was given by the kid, he still had smelt blood on the kid before and blood usually meant bad things…no matter how small the amount. It was whatever bit of human nature the hunter had in him still that caused him to ask his question or be the slightest bit concerned. Sure, they may not be friends, but that did not mean the hunter was heartless. He viewed the child as a person despite the whole shadow thing involved. Besides….he had some knowledge of the bad results that could come from shadows and hosts not exactly being compatible with each other….He didn’t want to be unprepared for a mess if the kid happen to fall in this unfortunate category. Despite the odd moment, the kid did answer and that in turn only got him a quiet nod from the hunter as Sephtis looked at the child with thoughtful gaze for a second before blinking to break the moment. He could accept that for now. “K,” he would say softly before shaking away concern and refocusing on the situation. The hunter would take the lead once more, the kid following him as they pressed on. When they came to the end of the tunnel and got a view of a near identical location as the one they left, the hunter would become quiet as he thought for a moment. When he heard the boy’s words, the hunter would let out a light sigh and open his mouth to answer the other; however, instead of words, the boy would find himself in a rather odd position as the hunter unexpectedly pushed back as if he was trying to force the other back into the tunnel. Depending on how close the boy was, the hunter may or may not have hit him on his way back. Regardless of this, Sephtis would remain pushed back as something from below reached up and slapped at the edge of the hole with heavy and loud smacks. Something wet and slime like... like a tentacle of goo. When said thing couldn’t get at the hunter (and hopeful the boy would be safe too), there would be a light sigh and then silence once more. Sephtis would stay in his position for a moment longer listening for more trouble. Whether he was on the kid or not from moving back was an irrelevant fact as the hunter remained still for a few more seconds. During this time of stillness, a strange wheezing laugh would come from below followed by an equally strange voice. “Ya’ll dun wanna play? How disahpointin’,” the voice would say, the words slurred and dripping with malice. To the sound of the voice Sephtis would frown as he moved a bit making sure to stay within the hole and out of the sight range of the one below. “ Crow…” he would mutter in a low voice that only Saki could hear. This was not exactly planned, but at least now one target was found.... ________________________________________________________ Information:Here comes trouble! - Target 1:
Name: Scarecrow – called Crow by Sephtis. Type: Forgotten Mentality: Completely off his rocker and sees everything as fun and games. He has high aggression and even higher lust for battles and blood.
Info: He is ice based, but has formed the power into something akin to water. As a result of this his shadow powers can flow into the ooze around him allowing him to manipulate the substance to form whatever he needs to get the job done. As far as the records show, he is completely reliant on his unique technique.
View on Saki and Sephtis: Dinner Time! (Translation: Yeah…he wants to shred you.)
- Corrected Information on Sephtis:
Name: Sephtis Type: A Broken Forgotten – His shadow was taken from him some time ago leaving him weakened after barely surviving the ordeal. His power comes from years of working with the fragments of shadows left within his torn body. He is earth and electric base. His main weapon is a sword he had designed to strike down shadows with years of research. It cuts the soul, but it also can cut physically. It his main method of attacking since using too much of his powers tires him out. A sad result of being broken.
Mentality: Mostly sane…even if he does like a gamble here or there. View on Saki: He trusts the boy a bit due to the fact he didn’t let the shadow harm him for whatever reason. He does not trust the boy's shadow at all. View on Scarecrow: A bit torn considering he knew the guy before he became twisted by his own shadow's evolution.

| ''If that's what you say....'' The eventual response was a bit weary, but in general, it seemed he wasn't extremely interested in discussing the why's and what's behind gambling of any sort. It mattered not to him right now, and Sephtis was his own person, so there was no reason for him to go and openly challenge the other's views or whatever. It was marginally pointless in this situation. As much as he found the guy odd, he himself was no better. Therefore, they were even in a certain way. Despite having given an answer to the sudden question about his well-being that came afterwards, he was still rather confused about the whole notion. And the monosyllable he got in return helped it none. It was apparent that he did not seem to comprehend the idea very well, although the reason for that was currently unknown. Likely, it would remain so, as there was little reason for the two of them to engage in a detailed discussion over such a matter. Nor would he even go ahead and initiate it anyway. On one side, there was confusion. On another, a certain sense of apathy, which would in most cases result in him opting to not get too involved in anything for as long as it didn't concern him in a way that could affect his state of being seriously. From the viewing angle of a bystander, the most common impression would be that he simply did not care. Whether that is true or not would be a challenge to figure out on its own, for he would not go out of his way to deny such a claim, maybe even as far as agreeing with it to get the person poking at him to leave him the hell alone. ''...''Going through the tunnel obviously came up with nothing productive, and he was far from pleased with this useless game. He did not like closed off places like this at all. They tended to make him rather irritable after a certain amount of time, if he couldn't get out when he felt like it. If there was something he actually detested, it was being trapped somewhere without his consent. For plenty of reasons. The fact that he was suddenly being pushed backwards instead of an answer, and with no warning at all was only making the situation worse. He ended up stumbling back, albeit not very eloquently for he had been given no heads up, nor a chance to turn around so he could actually see where he was going. As a result, he would eventually stop as he somehow managed to back up into the nearest wall, the only sound coming from him being something akin to a growl. But at the very least, he was out of the range of the attack that happened. Taking a moment to compose himself, his gaze would soon turn towards where the voice that spoke up was coming from. Golden eyes narrowed, the already unnatural color seemingly glowing even brighter than normally. ''Screw off.'', would be the answer to the question about wanting to play, even though it was obviously said in a foreign language, making it likely that the other two would not understand to begin with. Something was off. His tone was one of anger, perhaps even some sort of fury, and definitely rather hostile. Yet, it was different than the malice coming from the being that was attacking them. And this time around, whether Sephtis could tell or not, this change in behavior had nothing to do with the Shadow from before. What was going on? However, for now he would not move, as if waiting for something to happen first. - Rawr:
Gonna roll my boost here, since a battle is obviously up ahead. - Random number (1,23) :
- 14
*prays for coolness*
Also, a question. Do we keep the stats from before? Aka, HP and SP do not restore between battles at all. Or?
-in case you're wondering, he's speaking Portuguese in that last part. My brain went blank on the translation, so I decided to not bother. Although I swear I knew how to say that...lol.-

| The hunter would only turn slightly to give the boy a light smirk when he gave his response on gambling. It was true the hunter was strange, but at least the kid didn’t make too much of a fuss over it. Whether that was acceptance or something else from the boy was questionable, but all the same Sephtis could appreciate the boy’s ability to let certain things simply drop. It kept the pair on more or less even footing and saved them both from unnecessary headaches from pointless debates. In any case, the kid seemed to be still rather confused about his show of concern towards him no matter how brief it was. While the hunter gave no signs of his thoughts when observing the boy during this point, he had to wonder just what it was that caused the boy to act this way; however, given the situation they were in the hunter didn’t pry. Maybe if they caught some sort of break in the madness, they could attempt to connect better; however, for now the curiosities would have to wait. While personal difference could wait, what did not wait was an unexpected attack from below that caused the hunter to move backwards on instinct. He understood the kid was in the narrow tunnel with him, but in order to avoid as much damage as possible and somewhat protect that which was behind him, he had no choice but to move. Sure, the action caused a growl to come from the boy, who seemed to be getting more agitated by the second, but for the most part the kid did not attack, so Sephtis had no reason to feel bad about the discomfort he had caused by the move or the lack of words. Besides the one below wasn’t going to let him talk much anyway. Already the nutty being known as Scarecrow was chuckling to himself as he moved about below. He was pacing the “land” in the sludge below as pure black eyes looked up at the hole where the hunter was with a potential second party. The creature could hear various sounds from above, but from all the movement couldn’t quite pull the sounds off as two folk moving or simply the hunter moving about in the muck. Regardless, the creature was going to have a good time. When it had spoken, the response given back made the creature cackle even more as it heard the other language. Understanding it or not, the creature could read tones and knew whoever the voice belonged to was not pleased with the situation. Even so, “Crow” would not make things better. No he was aiming to make things worse. “Oho, such a foul sound,” he began with a shivering laugh before continuing on his country like accent. “ Yous pretty upset, why not just come ‘ere and play then. I am certain it will make ya feel so much better,” the scarecrow said as he came to the edge of the platform before becoming still and watching that hole, waiting and listening. Meanwhile back in the tunnel, Sephtis had noticed the shift in the boy and while he was unsure what this new development stemmed from he knew what he couldn’t afford…an irrational thinker. “Saki…calm…” Sephtis told the other as he looked over at him with his dull crimson eyes. His voice was low and calm as he remained in his low position to the tunnel floor. He needed the kid to be calm if they were to handle the nutbag below, but the question was would kid listen to him at all or would he fall prey to the creature’s taunting? - OoC:
See told ya, I'd get back to it. ^^
I think I answered this, but they auto heal if there is a space between battles. If it is back-to-back battles auto hill does not apply.
Proteguese huh? Interesting choice of language. ^^
- Information :
Sephtis: Tense due to the situation being a bit unpredictable. While he expects Crow to be hard to read variable, he is placed under pressure with a Sharaku being a second one. Despite this, he is remaining calm not yet attacking until he knows he won’t get bitten from behind. He is trying to keep Sharaku calm.
Scarecrow: He is not phased by anything it seems. He is taunting Sharaku thanks to his response. He may not understand the words, but he took note of the tone. Now he wants to tick the kid off just to see what will happen.

| What a funny guy. If anything, the following taunting only made him amused. Oh, there sure was a reason behind his litte blow up, and while he was certainly irritated up to a point, coming over would not help him. He was not dumb, despite having some issues here and there. In fact, in situations like these, it could potentially even turn out to be to his own advantage. Because as he saw it, this guy here was quite gullible, as long as one played the right cards in the game. Reverse psychology, perhaps? Or maybe just the simple act of keeping up the play. The initial loss of temper had not been planned, but he could use it to his advantage as long as...he kept it under control, which was something else to consider. One thing was for sure, however. Sephtis was not really right about him being an irrational thinker in this situation, nor was it something he should fear happening. No, his ability to process information was perfectly intact. It was something else at play, but whether his companion would come to the right realization with time or not remained to be seen. Golden eyes would flicker to the side, his demeanor shifting again, almost as if he was doing this at a snap of fingers. He appeared to be rather...lax right now, as he turned his gaze to Sephtis before speaking up in a low voice, seeming not really wanting the enemy guy to listen in to this. ''I am calm...and a lot of other things. I don't know how much can you trust me, but I'd ask you to just play along if you can. I will not go too far, regardless of how I act at any given moment.'', he would smirk a bit. ''Maybe the pompous fool will actually fall for this, albeit it was not what I originally intended.'' That he couldn't deny. There was still a possibility that he could just snap at random, but he was pretty sure he had enough self control to handle that. And there was one thing right in what the crow thingy said. Playing was fun at times. Except for the fact that he played his own games, not someone else's. With that, he would finally turn his attention to responding to the 'offer' he'd been given, his tone laced with a bit of snark. ''I'd love to, but what's in it for me? Games are no fun without a goal. What are we playing for..?''- Mmm:
Cool, I'll keep that in mind.
Also, yeah, that's his native language, heh.

| While Sephtis was indeed concerned about the outburst, as Crow responded back, the hunter had to wonder about the boy’s state of mind. One second the kid seemed upset and then the next…amused? Sephtis would stay in his spot observing the boy who seemed to shift from one mood to the other at the snap of a finger. Was this just his nature or did something else drive the boy’s mood swings? It was hard to say. Even harder to say when a moment after appearing amused, the boy seemed to shift moods again as his eyes flicked to the side for a few moments before those golden orbs were meeting the hunter’s. When the kid spoke the hunter’s eyes would narrow slightly as he took in what was being said. While he could argue the calm part, the matter of trust and this plan the kid had was another matter. He was asking him to play along and trust him? The hunter considered this for few seconds, crimson eyes lowering to observe the darkness below his boots. When he came to a conclusion, he would look back up at the boy with a nod. He would cooperate with the boy and who knew maybe he could outsmart Crow or find another way around the pain in the butt. Remaining quiet he would let the boy taunt the other…and just prayed this wouldn’t wind up an ugly mess. Meanwhile, Scarecrow was watching the hole with narrowed black eyes trying to hear what was going there. When he got mostly silence from his taunt, the creature’s strange face would split into a malicious grin. Was the idea of playing scary to the pair in the tunnel? Oho. How lovely if that was true, but wait what was that? The odd being’s grin widened into one of a madman as he heard the voice from before speak once more. “Cheeky aren’t ya?" the creature began with a harsh laugh "But you do have a point? What is in it for ya? I dunno. What do want to play for, hmmm? How about ya soul, huh? No, no even better both of ya’lls souls? I’ll let you keep them if ya play; however, if you lose they are mines. How about it?” the creature would respond back its tones as amused and playful as ever as he awaited a reply. - Hehe:
Sephtis: Decided to give Sharaku a bit of trust with this one, but still prepared for the worse.
Scarecrow: Oho? (Sharaku has caught its interest. The creature is willing to gamble if that is what you want. Potential negotiation open. Play wisely.)
OoC: That is pretty neat. I like that twist to him. <3

| Heh. Luckily for him, he didn't have to deal with two problems at once for now. Although, he had a feeling that Sephtis probably had a weird opinion of him by now. Yet, it was what it was. And he was who he was. Somewhere along the ride, he already sort of gave up on trying to make people actually like him. It tended to prove being more effort than it was worth. For most people just don't understand, and only make it worse than it already is with their cocky assumptions. Of course, everyone assumed something here and there, but certain things honestly just bordered on ignorance.
He would snort faintly. Very well. To be frank, it's not like this could get even worse, regardless of what he'd do, as long as he didn't go full stupid and let himself get squashed. Most likely, it would result in some sort of fight anyway, as he doubted this thing would just leave no matter what he'd say. At the very least, he seemed to be getting some sort of kick out of this. Maybe his state of mind really needed to be questioned, but who knows.
''I'm anything I want to be.'', he would chuckle faintly. ''Don't people already have their souls? We could just keep them without playing anything. One doesn't really gain anything by keeping what they already own.'', he would smirk thinly. ''Besides, what's a broken soul to you? I'd probably just give you a stomachache. Still interested?'' For now, he was just trying to gauge the thing's reasoning behind such an unpleasant idea of game. If there even was any.

| Sephtis would remain quiet on the other side of the tunnel his back leaned against the cold walls as he listened to this kid and Crow talk. It was indeed an odd thing to bare witness to. If he had been alone, there would’ve been no question about it. Crow would’ve been skewered alive for sure with no questions asked, but with another with him, Sephtis couldn’t afford to act as quickly. He had to weigh options more carefully…or so he thought. At first, the hesitation had indeed come from having the kid with him; however, the more he listened to what was happening, the more the hunter wondered just what he had truly gotten himself into when he teamed up with his rather unpredictable ally. On one hand, the kid was perfectly sane and then on another completely out of his mind. It was hard to place a finger on what to exactly think of the kid at this point. The aspects of the other clashed too greatly to make any sense of, so when Sephtis gave the kid a bit of his trust, the hunter shut down trying to cast the kid into a category he simply did not fit. Saki was out of the box far more than he was…and yet maybe this was exactly what was needed. After all, they weren’t fighting and both the kid and Crow seemed to be distracting each other. While it was tempting to act in this window of opportunity, Sephtis would remain patient and quiet as he continued to observe and listen. Meanwhile down below, Crow had taken off his hat and began to pull at the strings there as he listened to what was being said. To the kids words, the creature let out a bark of a laugh as he leaned over laughing. “Whoo, boy! Ya sure is an interesting catch,” it would begin quite amused as it continue to mess with the hat strings. “However, ya words is all wrong. I don’t go collectin’ what I already haz, see? I collect what ain’t mines. Souls ain’t any different. They make wonderful lights and even better snacks,” the creature said his tone becoming serious as he moved from his spot. There was a light splash, a sign that Scarecrow was in the sludge below. The slight slushing suggested he was moving, but for whatever reason the creature had stopped somewhere near the middle of the room. “Interested?” the creature repeated as it moved its hat and placed it back upon its head. “Broken or not food is food boy. So naturally I am all over this one,” the creature said as a light slurping sound could be heard from blow. Was that thing actually slobbering at the thought of eating someone’s soul…? - Hope it makes sense.:
Sephits: Observing Scarecrow: The amusement is keeping him at bay, but how long will he remain open like this when he is hunry? (Open to negotiation or battle. Choose wisely.)

| Someone was certainly self-absorbed. That was literally a one-sided offer there. What would they get out of this? Nothing really, if they even managed to stay in one piece by the end, that is. Hm. What to do though? There were some ways he could try to bait the thing, but he didn't really want to go there. And he was still in a decently annoyed mood, even though he didn't let it show much for now.
He would hum, not responding to the first answer right away. He didn't have anything nice to say to that either way. Though he would chuckle in slight amusement after the thing claimed that food was food no matter what. He'd love to see the results of that. Food could even kill sometimes, when you were stupid enough to eat something you really should not. Too much confidence can be your own undoing. ''You're rather sure of yourself. But you're free to try. I'll have to tell you though, that if you eat me, he will make sure to kill you from the inside out. I'm positive you'll enjoy it.'', he would smirk thinly. ''Now that's a game I like. I wonder what's it like. Wanna test how it feels to eat what isn't yours, pal?'', the Shadow would speak up, this time without taking over. It seemed that the two of them were actually on the same page right now, without any need to fight and squabble. This thing was risking it. Seeing as the two were bound together as they were, he'd have to deal with the Shadow as well, and Violet was by no means weak. Sometimes 'food' is not really meant to be eaten.

| Was this creature just really dense or was it just so confident it couldn’t see how wrong it was? Sephtis had to wonder this as he stayed quietly in his spot listening to the exchange. He knew that Crow wasn’t the brightest in the box, but at the same time he never pegged him for over confident. Was it the power he gained from the workers that got him this way? Or had the guy fallen so deep into his own madness he had no clue what he was doing? The change was questionable…even more so considering the odds here. While it was true the boy was a powerhouse on his own, Crow had not only failed to take that into consideration, but he seemed to have forgotten the boy was not alone. On top of that, the more the creature spoke, the more the creature dug itself into a grave…and yet he did not notice. How very sad. When the boy’s voice shifted sometime later, the hunter knew without a doubt the being below had lost. If Violet was back then it was no telling what might happen, so from here it was just a down hill slide to death….maybe for both if one wasn’t careful. The hunter’s head would bow, his wide brim hat blocking both his eyes and expression as he quietly moved his hand to a pouch on his belt. From it, he would pull out a handful of thin wooden pieces in the shape of needles that were about three inches long. Without much effort, he would line these needles up in his hand in a fashion that suggest he was going to throw them at something…that something being Crow, if the direction he was looking was any clue, but why the hunter would use wooden needles on a creature like Scarecrow was quite questionable; however, for now he just seemed to prepare and not attack as he let the pair continue their chat. Meanwhile the blockhead down below didn’t seem to understand just how much trouble it was getting itself into. Crow would literally hop up and down in the sludge below making quite a racket as it cackled in joy at what it had heard. “Oho! So there be two of ya! What a bonus! I love combos!” the creature would say sounding more like a kid at a candy store than some form of threat. Still regardless of this, the creature would eventually settle into a growl like giggle as it took a step back in the sludge trying to get a peak of its prey. “Hehe. Come on then!” it would challenge and that is when Sephtis moved. Shifting in his spot, he would move his body in such a way that he could remain in the tunnel, but still have some room to throw the wooden needles out of the hole. When they were thrown, a coating of ice would cover them making them thick and a few inches longer before they were out of the hole and heading towards…a wall? Why would Sephtis throw them at the wall? In any case, when the items collided with the wall they would make a cracking nose as they were broken and the remains fell down to the sludge below. A wasted spell or…hang on. Look. As soon as the items were thrown, the ice caught the glow of the room causing Crow to look up and follow the path of the thrown items. With a blank expression on its face, the being watched as the items collided with the wall broke and then fell into the sludge causing the areas around it to become still as the ice spread out a bit from the items. Not being the most focused of creatures, Crow simply forgot about the pair in the tunnel for a moment as he sloshed off to go explore the area the broken pieces had frozen…. - Sephtis: :

Human Skill Name: Elemental Needle Level: Tier 2 Cost: The cost of the element chosen. Type: Depends upon the element chosen. Description: Sephtis is an elemental mage and as such can choose one element from the list he has to coat the wooden needles in. When the needles are coated they do the same amount of damage as the spell chosen, but also does a small amount of pierce damage on top of that. > Spell used: Bufula | Inflicts a moderate amount of Ice damage to one enemy. | 6 SP | Tier 2 > Needles used as a distraction rather than attack.
So 241-6=235 SP

- Scarecrow:
Weakness: The Weakest Link Description: Due to not being the brightest or the most focused, Crow is overconfident, but not very smart. He is distracted by almost anything and talks so without thinking that if one is smart they can get him destroy himself.
> Distracted by the ice needles that has frozen some of the sludge upon landing. He is currently by the frozen sludge just staring at out of curiosity. His back is to the hole and he is wide open if someone where to attack him...

| His lips pulled into a frown. He was starting to lose mood for this. It's not that he didn't sometimes deal with special kinds of stupid, but this really didn't even need to concern him to begin with. At times he wondered why was he even trying, as this wasn't even meant to be his fight. To say the truth, he didn't want to actually be here, alas he had basically no choice in the matter. And taunting someone is pointless when the target doesn't even listen properly and just babbles their own crap. He had been aware this guy was not the brightest crayon in the box, but in reality it went beyond what he suspected at the start. ''.....whatever.'' This was dull. Golden eyes flickered to the side as the other guy decided to pull out the theatrics all of a sudden. Should he care? Perhaps, but in a way he really didn't. This was bound to either end up a fight or a neverending talk anyway. So fine with him at this point. He would stare at the scene blankly at first, before deciding to just get this done and over with. Maybe frying this guy would do the trick. In all honesty, he could have done that before as well. There was little space to run in a cave. With the range of his fire, he could have just blasted this dumbass into the next century long ago. ''Boring.'', he would mutter, as he made to walk towards the edge of the hole while the guy was distracted, before throwing a ball of fire into the cave below, which would then explode in a wave of fire that would literally swoop down on the guy like a fiery rain a good 20 meters wide and long. Maybe the useless sludge would sizzle out as well. He was starting to have enough of this. - Sharaku:

That HS would totally not be a T2 lol Being able to choose whatever element you want at will is a no go for most things, unless it is high enough Tier, or has some limitations or conditions as well. At best a randomized element when you use it, but something like this basically gives you the power to hit almost any weakness easy peasy, and you don't have to worry about limited skill slots cause look, I have one skill that covers all elements in one. On top of that, you wrote it deals some Pierce damage too, and two-typed damage generally doesn't even pass as a T3. This much free variety and whatnot is such a nope for T2 lol
