| Valentine's Day Gift: Phoenix Vow Description: A Small Silver Pendant with a Phoenix Motif. It's said that this pendant shall shield it's wearer from flames if they should pose a threat. Effect: If the wearer is Weak to Fire, any incoming Fire Attack has a 10% chance to get repelled back towards the caster. Increased to 20% if wearer is near death (i.e when your health falls below 20% of max). Effective in PvS Only

The Cha-charm!
-Description: A simple yellow star on a pin, made from plastic. Charles bought it in an accessory store on a whim, not even knowing why exactly. He just saw it and, whaddop, he bought it.
The item is an accessory and can be worn anywhere as the pin is removable and there's a piece which you can tie a string around. So yeah, around the neck, as a hair pin, pinned to the clothes... wherever you'd like.
-Effect: Charles's power of the stars channeled through the item is now within the user's grasp!
Grants a passive Invigorate effect depending on the Social Link rank between Charles and the user of the item.
Rank 1-4: Invigorate 1
Rank 5-7: Invigorate 2
Rank 8-10: Invigorate 3
