He is in fact a patron of Destruction under the Crawling Chaos; he is definitely not on your side. While it may seem harsh, it is recommended that you do not save this person, and leave them, for saving them may give them the chance to stop you from solving the crises in Azores or otherwise, causing mayhem to come about.
