Edgar's black hair is thick and styled in the latest fashion of mohawk, it naturally spills over his back and face like a glorious mane. His sapphire blue eyes stand out from beneath these strands, refracting the light from his hair and turning it into an expression of warmth. Edgar's broad shoulders and masculine stature seem to tell a story of a man who hasn't lived that much of a comfortable life. His muscular forearms also seem to stand out and end with big, cumbersome hands. It's a little embarrassing to him, but Edgar's smooth legs, however, teem with exceptional definition and seem to catch his pants around the calf area. His skin is golden brown and relatively free of blemish. His height is currently 6'4.

As for clothing, it's either business casual for work-related things or his usual attire, which is a black hoodie with dark blue, orange, and tan-colored accents. He also sports dark blue/orange shoes, as well as an orange hairband. The hoodie has a collar that resembles the teeth of an open mouth. The sleeves end as his elbows with orange cuffs stopping at his forearms.

Personality: A very observant individual, Edgar is almost always reserved or calm in any situation. Being more of a thinker, he prefers to simply sit in the background while quietly chasing his ambitions and monitoring his environment. This way of thinking has caused a mild sense of paranoia when it concerns other individuals. He isn't so much distrustful as he is aware, not willing to put much past, anyone. He always has a feeling that under the right circumstances anyone is capable of anything, whether it be acts of kindness or betrayal. However, this isn't something he holds against people, being that he knows that even he is fully capable of the same. Rather than allow himself to be caught unaware, Edgar prefers to just be ready to deal with any situation at a moment's notice. That said, he comes off more guarded at a first meeting than he would with someone he has known for a long while. He will often spend time sizing up a person to see if they are as genuine as they claim to be. This makes Edgar give off an inquisitive air about himself, as he will often show interest in topics he deems worth his time.

However, he doesn't necessarily pump people for info but rather allows them simply be themselves and reveal who they are naturally. With a sort of "gift of gab", Edgar almost always finds it rather easy to get on people's good side; a trait he is known for. He plays the role he needs to play to get what he needs. That said he sort of thrives on not making himself unapproachable, in fact, he honestly enjoys the company of others and isn't shy around new people. Simply put he is just a bit more cautious about what he says and does around people. Never allowing himself to appear at a disadvantage if he can help it, Edgar would rather show the best sides of him rather than his worst.

—Description: Like any detective, Edgar has an enhanced perception when it comes to finding evidence and connecting the dots. Things that don't stand out as naturally to others or seem out of place are more obvious to him, including the average acts and behaviors of an individual who has something to hide. Naturally, this title grants him access to normally difficult places as long as it's within vault Olympia's jurisdiction.

—Description: With the situation of the vault expanding and the appearance that the world is going to hell, OPD has been increasing their training regiment to maintain order and protect the civilians. When it comes down to it, Edgar does have Aikido training, firearms training, and knows his way around a baton.

—Strength Name: It's the experience that matters
—Description: Even more than money, Edgar cares a lot more about the experience that he gets from every event in his life. When it comes to mission and battle completions, can get a x1 increase to the items he receives as a reward.

—Description: Edgar has a rather strong social media presence as a model and a vlogger. Besides taking provocative pictures and vlogging about how to make the most of vault life, it shouldn't take away from the fact that Edgar knows his way around a camera and video equipment. However, he does try to keep his personal life and vault life separate.

—Description: Not to say that Edgar is on the take, but he was more than willing to work with the "unsavory bunch" to solve a tough case or problem. One of the reasons why Edgar made detective in the first place was due to accepting the help of the lesser of two evils.

—Description: To those who specialize in a single thing, they have gone over the hump in their training that Edgar has yet to reach. Edgar is not necessarily the top sniper or a master swordsman. In the face of such people, Edgar's skill can only take him so far before ultimately showing that he's not their match.

—Weakness Name: Tax Cut
—Description: If anything, Edgar is not the best manager of money and is probably getting small cuts to his pay without even realizing it. Due to this, when it comes to the VC rewards for battles or even missions, Edgar receives a 15% decrease.

—Weakness Name: Unfortunate Thottery
—Description: There are times where he can bring about some unwanted attention, with his dm's being more about his body than the content he cares about. With this being a hobby that he does on the side and his occasional submissions to "Olympia Athletics Magazine", people tend to confuse his internet persona with his true self.

The Background

History: (At Least 2-3 Paragraphs. Keep in mind that the Fall of France pre-dates current events by about 40 years.)

With the fall of France, Edgar only knows about the vault life from the time that he was born in his family. It was all he knew, and the stories of how life was before the events that took place were more or less a fairytale for him. Like his father who died in the line of duty that encountered an enslaved criminal, Edgar also followed the path of being an officer. However, it wasn't for the same sense of justice, not the exact type of justice that his father had. Besides the pay, the power that comes with the title made it more convenient to look out for people and added some status to his name in this chaotic world.

To Edgar, the means didn't matter as long as justice was achieved. He wasn't above working with unsavory people to get to that, thinking that people of all walks of life had something to offer in this world. Believe it or not, even though Edgar likes his job, he doesn't consider himself to be a hero. Heroes simply don't live that long, and his life is just beginning.

As a general rule, EXP boosting Strengths are a no-go, especially now that Level-Ups can grant skills. I'd like to see a change made here.

Once this changes, Edgar should be approved. I really like what I'm seeing here. Interested in seeing where Edgar goes.
