The Biography

Birth Name: Wilhemina Krause Aliases: Mina, The Reclusive Sniper Gender: Female Age: 20 Birth Day: May 11th
Arcana: Portrayed as an old man in a dark place or cave, holding up a lantern, the Hermit is associated with wisdom, introspection, solitude, retreat and philosophical searches.
Pros: The Personas of the Hermit Arcana are commonly Personas excelling in Mental-Ailment skills (such as Panic, Charm, etc). Users have a 15% more chance of causing Mental-Ailments.
Place of Residence: Lived on a ship called the Nurn and became a resident of the Philemon when she was young. Evoker: Persona Module
Occupation: (We'll fill this out later.)
Appearance: Wilhemina is a young woman with sometimes bushy purple hair and fair, light skin. She has light gray, round eyes and has a rather short stature of 5 feet and is slight and thin build-wise. Wilhemina is the type of person to select the clothes on the top of a wardrobe and put it on, though sometimes her clothes have simple designs or embroidery.
Personality: Wilhemina likes to keep to herself or mind her own business, never really starting conversations on her own. Her expression can be interpreted as someone who is constantly nervous, and as a general rule of thumb tends to take things at face value, or assuming the worst and jumping to conclusions, leading to some trouble in normal conversation. However, she tries her hardest to get along with everyone, and really feels at home on the Philemon.
Unfortunately, Wilhemina is a schizophreniac and this can manifest in irrational paranoia, a tendency to become flustered or erratic, and on some, very rare days is unable to concentrate at all and finds it hard to participate in anything. Fortunately for her, she is trying all she can to remedy this condition, including forcing her to speak with people and taking minor medications. Those who get to know her really well know she's a really enthusiastic girl who loves company and wants nothing more to fit in.

The Potential

Racial Bonus: Humans are varied but simple being, with many lack clear focus as they tend to struggle with identity and whatnot. Typical edge. As such, the bonus granted to Human characters is the following:
[Human characters gain an additional 3 stats to distribute freely on every level up] This bonus increases by 1 on levels 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70, maxing out at a value of 10. Additionally, Humans gain a new ability at level 35, as they train their Potential.
Strengths: (Anything your character is skilled in, such as Martial Arts/ Drawing/ etc? You are allowed a maximum of five strengths and a minimum of three.)
—Strength Name: Nimble Fingers "I-I'm pretty fast...I think?" —Description: As an accomplished sniper, Wilhemina has mastered the art of quickly loading firearms. As a result she can Fire her sidearm twice on her turn, instead of once.
—Strength Name: Steady Aim "O-oh, you want me to hit that? Should be easy enough..." —Description: Wilhemina has a steady hand and excellent spatial perception, skills essential to aiming and hitting targets. She gains a +10% boost to crit chance when using her firearm or gun skills.
—Strength Name: Firearms Expert "Y-you like it? Thank you, I modified it myself!" —Description: Wilhemina is adept at any engineering related to firearms. She has a keen understanding about how they work and can take them apart, rebuild and modify them easily. She gets a 15% boost to gun skills and firearm attacks.
—Strength Name: Restraint "I-I gotta st-stay calm." —Description: Wilhemina knows her limits well, and knows when to stop. As a result Negative mental ailments are 10% less effective.
—Strength Name: Speak Up "H-hey! What are you doing?" —Description: Wilhemina, despite her timid disposition she admits she does need to go out more, and as such can force herself to speak up during a conversation and pointing out something she finds wrong or unreasonable. She can even stow her fear and stand up for herself if she deems it necessary.
----- ((A floating Strength is a strength you've gained inRP. For example, if you were on a Kendo team for some time, you'd naturally know Kendo which is where this strength would come in. However, be aware, it will not be as strong as any of your actual strengths and is a small plus.)

Weaknesses: (You must have the same amount of weaknesses as strengths. These weaknesses pertain to you and not your Persona. IE: Physically Weaker, lack of attention span, etc.)
—Weakness Name: Panic Attack "Aaaaaa! Oh god, we're all going to die!" —Description: Unfortunately for her, when under duress Wilhemina tends to break down. When under 50% of her health, she has a 20% chance to be inflicted with the panic ailment at the start of her turn.
—Weakness Name: Weak "O-oh shoot, that didn't hurt it...!" —Description: Wilhemina lacks physical strength, and as a result She suffers a 20% penality to non-gun dex attacks.
—Weakness Name: Low Endurance "I-I think I may just lie down...zzzzz..." —Description: Wilhemina isn't the most energetic person to start with, and her frail body can only put up with so much. She has a tendency to crash, or fall asleep extremely early if put under stress. The sleep ailment is 15% more effective against her, and the "Restraint" strength doesn't apply to it.
—Weakness Name: Low Self-esteem "Wh-what is it? Did I mess up again? —Description: This weakness is self explanatory. Wilhemina has a difficult time admitting stuff she has done is good, or praising herself in any way. She can dejected easily.
—Weakness Name: Schizophreniac —Description: Wilhemina suffers from Shizophrenia, which manifests in a lack of concentration, erratic actions, irrational fear, and a lack of social graces making it a huge detriment in social situations.

Side-Arm Name: Persecutor Side-Arm Description: A long, gray colored bolt-action rifle, with a little bit of silver lining and a small scope for Wilhemina to aim, complete with a small red laser. Side-Arm Image: N/A Side-Arm Attack Type: Gun Side-Arm Style: Revolver
Revolver - Single Shot - Accuracy is increased by 20%. Consumes only one type of ammo per use. Can shoot only one enemy at a time.
Shotgun - Scatter Shot - Accuracy is decreased by 30%. Consumes 3 types of ammo at once to fire -must be same type of ammo. Can shoot all enemies with one attack.
Machine Gun - Muti-Round - Accuracy is decreased by 30%. Consumes 3 types of ammo at once to fire -must be same type of ammo.)

History: Wilhemina was taken on a small spaceship with a small crew that was like family to her when she was very little. They travelled space and barely touched land save for resupplying. As a result, Wilhemina's social awkwardness and lack of social graces stemmed from never quite being around any other children her age, and she grew up in solitude, never really doing anything of note. It wasn't a normal upbringing but far from an exciting one. However, the kindly crew taught her how to shoot and she took to it immediately, with it being her primary source of entertainment and sole focus for a long time.
Even despite her young age, she was often forced by the crew to hunt bounties, earning her a reputation as a sniper against her will. Eventually, distraught and discontent by doing what she believed benefited the crew, and realizing all it did was hurt her, she decided she wanted to carve her own path in the world after years of wallowing in her condition and crushing loneliness. The crew of the Nurn reluctantly let her go. She found a place on the Philemon as a firearms expert. She never once looked back on her old life and is determined to see the world.

You can take a +10% bonus to crit chance with gun attacks instead. --- - Quote :

This weakness will also lower your dextrrity gun damage so Phanta and I suggest you instead take a -10% modifier to crit chance when using other physical elements. Or a -15% to damage with other physical element attacks. | |
